MiRs display an important role in a variety of biological, physiological and pathological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, individual development, occurrence and progress of diseases. Recent studies have discovered that miR?424 is the significant regulatory factor of angiogenesis, and is involved in many diseases such as infectious diseases, vascular diseases, central nervous system diseases and genital system disease. This article reviews the expression, effect and possible mechanisms of miR?424 in non?tumorous diseases.

Objective To investigate the Cardioprotective effects of sevoflurane postconditioning on surgery patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass with diabetes mellitus ,in order to provide theoretic basic for clinical practic. Methods 180 patients of undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass sugery were divided into 3 groups:A group:64 patients undergoing heart valve replacement with Type II diabetes. B group:64 patients Pa-tients undergoing heart valve replacement without diabetes ,the group A and B were treated by sevoflurane post-conditionging for 10 minutes before the end of cardiopulmonary bypass. C group:60 patients undergoing heart valve replacement without diabetes,no sevoflurane postconditionging;Three groups of patients detect perioperative tro-ponin T and Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme-MB ,observed and following up the occurrence of postoperative com-plications. Results CK-MB and cTnT were compared at 8 and 24 hours after operation:two biochemical indi-cators of group A and C at different time points after operation were significantly higher than those in group B (P < 0.05),With significant statistical difference , The number of patients with heart failure and malignant arrhythmia in group A and C was higher than group B(P < 0.05),Differences in 30 day mortality and other clinical data between the three groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion Sevoflurane postconditionging has significant myocardial protection effect for patients undergoing valve replacement surgery without diabetes , however ,the myocardial protective effect of patients who undergoing valve replacement surgery with diabetes was weakened.

Therapeutic efficiency of advanced stage liver cancer is insufficiency, which has become the hot spot of research.Clinical observation found that prognosis of liver cancer with integrity amicula was better. It is generally accepted that silicon dioxiode(SiO2) can induce pulmonary fibrosis, resulting in the formation of pneumosilicosis.Use of SiO2 as embolism material induces hepatic fibrosis and forms the fibrosis amicula around the liver carcinoma, and then restrains the recurrence and metabasis of liver cancer, which has been turned into one of the aspect of liver carcinoma therapy. The possible mechanisms of inducing hepatic fibrosis by SiO2 are peroxidative damage by free radical, releasing of active cytokines,or inducing cell apoptosis and the activation of HSC etc.

Objective:To explore the inhibition of microRNA (miRNA, miR)-5590-3p on the expression of transforming growth factor beta typeⅡreceptor (TGFBR2) gene and its effect on the invasion and proliferation of gastric cancer cell line HS-746T.Methods:The gastric cancer cell line was cultured in vitro. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to analyze the expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. The miR-NC and miR-5590-3p mimic were transfected into gastric cancer cell line HS-746T by lipofection, and named as miR-NC group and miR-5590-3p group, respectively. qRT-PCR was used to measure transfection effects. Transwell assay and cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay were used to detect cell invasion and proliferation after transfection. The bioinformatics software predicts and the dual luciferase reporter gene system validates the target gene of miR-5590-3p. qRT-PCR and western blot were used to measure the expression of TGFBR2 and its downstream proteins in the transfected cells. Results:The expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues ( P<0.01). The expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer cell lines was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosal epithelial cells ( P<0.05), and lowest in HS-746T cells ( P<0.01). After transfection, the expression of miR-5590-3p in miR-5590-3p group (11.76±0.21) was significantly higher than that in miR-NC group (1.06±0.21), with statistically significant difference ( P<0.01). The number of invasive cells in miR-NC group and miR-5590-3p group were (101.20±15.47) and (26.53±6.53), respectively, and the invasion ability of miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.01). Compared with the miR-NC group, the cell proliferation ability of the miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.05). Bioinformatics software showed that the target gene for miR-5590-3p is TGFBR2. The dual luciferase reporter gene system confirmed that miR-5590-3p can target the TGFBR2 gene ( P<0.01). Western blot results showed that compared with miR-NC group, the expression of TGFBR2 in HS-746T cells in miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.01), the expression of ZEB-1 and ZEB-2, and the expression of CDK1 and cyclin B proteins were decreased as well. Conclusions:miR-5590-3p can inhibit the invasion and proliferation of gastric cancer cell HS-746T by targeting and regulating the expression of TGFBR2 gene.

Objective To develop an all-in-one multifunctional thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest for land and water rescue of thoracolumbar injury and investigate its application effect. Methods According to the thoracolumbar physiological curve, type Ⅰ thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest with keel and inflatable airbag and type Ⅱ thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest with additional lifesaving balloon and inflatable cylinder were developed using thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)-nylon composites and polycarbonate (PC) as the main materials.Clinical application of type Ⅰ thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest in 532 cases of thoracolumbar injury was discussed.Type Ⅱ thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest were tested at marine rescue and related parameters measured were automatic inflation time, buoyancy force, floating time, floating condition and victims' face orientation.Clinical outcome was quantified by the MacNab standard, and VAS for pain was recorded. Results According to the MacNab standard, excellent outcome was achieved for all cases.VAS improved from 8.2 points to 2 points after the bracing was applied, showing 100% improvements. The brace into the water showed automatic inflation time of 3-5 seconds and maximum buoyancy force of 100 kg,and ensured a 90 kg dummy of floating over 96 hours. At marine rescue, the wounded in braced condition showed face upward with 24-hour buoyancy loss ≤5% and freedom of movement. Conclusions The multifunctional thoracolumbar fixation rescue vest provides dual immobilization and ensures marine rescue for its automatic inflation device. This invention provides the feasibility to remove, transport and evacuate the thoracolumbar fracture patients in cabin.
