1.Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with hemorrhoids were chosen as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,40 cases in the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The symptom scores before and after treatment,the symptoms disappear time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than 75% of the control group (x2 =4.12,P < 0.05).After treatment,the anal pain,anal edema,anal pruritus,bloody symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the symptom scores after treatment between the two groups had statistically significant differences (t =12.11,13.02,14.19,12.09,all P < 0.05).The disappearance time of anal pain,anal edema,anal urticant,bloody of the observation group were (4.1 ± 0.2) d,(3.4 ± 0.1) d,(4.0 ± 0.2) d,(5.0 ± 1.1) d,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group [(6.9 ± 0.5) d,(6.0 ± 1.1) d,(6.8 ± 1.1)d,(8.0 ± 0.2)d],the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t =13.10,13.09,14.18,11.29,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of patients with hemorrhoids,anal pain,anal edema,can significantly improve the patients’ symptoms such as anal urticant,bloody,the clinical effect is superior to conventional western medicine treatment.
2.Experimental study on the protection against podocyte injury by simvastatin in diabetes mellitus rats

Objective To investigate the protection against podocyte injury by simvastatin in DM rats. Methods We divided DM rats induced by STZ into 3 groups of NC,DM and SVT,measured Scr,TC and UAER,observed renal pathomorphology and FPW,and detected nephrin,podocin,NF-κB and MCP-1 by immunohistochemistry stain,real time-PCR. Results The levels of Scr,UAER,NF-κB and MCP-1 were higher in DM than in NC and SVT group.The level of FPW was higher in DM than in SVT group.The levels of nephrin and podocin were lower in DM than in NC and SVT group (all P<0.01). Conclusions Simvastatin can suppress inflammatory cytokines,maintain podocyte protein,relieve podocyte injury.
3.Retrospective analysis on 1563 cases of cervical cancer patients

Objective To analyze the trend of cervical cancer, age structure and influencing factors. Methods Retrospective study and survey. The 1563 patients with cervical cancer and gynecological medical examination of 600 non-cervical cancer patients who took part in Physical examination in the obstetrics and gynecology department received the enclosed analysis questionnaire. Results Cervical cancer is becoming a trend of cervical cancer patients being younger, high risk period at the age of 36 to 55, and the downward trend towards the menopausal women. The number of being pregnant, ma]-sexuality (the first sexual intercourse at a younger age, or many sexual partners), and smoking are the causes which lead to cervical cancer. Conclusion Give great importance to a trend of cervical cancer patients being younger; screening, publicity and education about cervical cancer;, missionaries and strengthen anti-cancer awareness, promote a healthy lifestyle, which is the key to prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
4.The clinical observation of methotrexate under hysteroscopy by tubal cavity injection with Huayu shapei pre-scription in the treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical effects of injecting methotrexate with hysteroscopic tubal can-nulation combined with Huayu shapei prescription in the treatment of salpingocyesis.Methods 82 unruptured salpin-gocyesis patients were randomly divided into the two groups.41 patients in the observation group were treated by hyst-eroscopic tubal cannulation injection of methotrexate combined with Huayu shapei prescription,41 patients in the con-trol group were treated by methotrexate intramuscular injection with oral mifepristone.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,the level of serumβHCG required for tubal pregnancy,the mass absorption and after treatment of tubal patency.Results Compared with the control group,the difference was significant of the decline of serum βHCG in the treatment group (t=2.67,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment effectiveness and the absorption of the mass in fallopian tube in the treatment group,the difference was significant (t =3.57,P<0.05 ).Tubal patency detected treated group was superior compared with the control group,the difference was signifi-cant(χ2 =100.23,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional treatments,injecting methotrexate with hyste-roscopic tubal cannulation combined with Huayu shapei prescription in the treatment of salpingocyesis can effectively reduce the HCG levels,promote the absorption and softening of the ectopic pregnancy mass,to achieve the purpose of killing embryos eliminate micro,it will help to improve patients with clinical symptoms and signs,to maximize the recovery of the patient's reproductive function and physical health.
5.Myocardial protective effect of ischemic preconditioning in patients undergoing open heart surgery: a meta-analysis

Objective To systematically review the myocardial protective effect of ischemic preconditioning in patients undergoing open heart surgery.Methods PubMed,EMBASE,Highwire,CENTREN and its affiliated clinical trial registration data center,CBM and CNKI were searched to identify all randomized controlled trials involving the myocardial protective effect of ischemic preconditioning in patients undergoing open heart surgery under general anesthesia.The quality of the studies was evaluated by the method recommended by Cochrane Collaboration.Evaluation indexes included the incidences of postoperative cardiac death,myocardial infarction and ventricular arrhythmias and postoperative inotropic drug requirement.Meta-analysis was conducted using the Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.0 software.Results Twelve randomized controlled trials (8 high-quality trials and 4 medium-quality trials) involving 626 patients were included in our Meta-analysis.Meta-analysis indicated that ischemic proconditioning significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative ventricular arrhythmias and postoperative inotropic drug requirement (P < 0.05) and had no effect on the incidences of postoperative cardiac death and myocardial infarction (P > 0.05).Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning can reduce the postoperative ventricular arrhythmias and have no effect on postoperative cardiac death and myocardial infarction in patients undergoing open heart surgery.
6.Research on Precise Location Algorithm for QRS in ECG

Objective To research the precise location algorithm of onset and end of one wave for QRS in ECG. Methods During monitoring the ambulatory electrocardiograph (AECG),it was necessary to design new automatic analysis algorithms. The windows formed by filtering and integrating process could be considered as the fiducially mark. From the window,the apex of Q wave and S wave could be recognized. Results Introducing an auxiliary line from the apex,we could judge the boundary of the Q and S wave with the distance from ECG curve to the line. Conclusion Many cases studies inelicate that the algorithm is of low level locating error,about one sample point,and the accuracy of judgement of S wave boundary is raised obviously compared with the same kind of software in the world.
7.Apoptosis of primary spinal cord neurons of rat embryo before and following injury in vitro

Objective To investigate the apoptosis rate of neurons in vitro among the primary culture cells isolated from rat spinal cords before and after injury. Methods The spinal cord neurons of Wistar rats at 14-day gestation were isolated and cultured. The neuronal processes were then injured by cutting. At different time points after injury, TUNEL method was employed to detect the apoptotic neurons. Results Before injury, there was almost no apoptotic neuron. However, a large amount of apoptotic neurons were observed after the injury. The highest incidence of apoptosis appeared on the first day, and then it gradually reduced in the following days, but increased in amount again on the seventh day. Conclusion The results of the present experiment reveal the regularity of apoptosis of neurons before and after injury, and it provides a platform for further research regarding therapeutic intervention in the treatment of spinal cord injury.

In order to study the roles of HBx and calcium inhibitor verapamil in apoptosis of human normal hepatic cells, L02-off, a pTet-off stably integrated human hepatic cell line was established, in which HBx expression was tightly induced by Doxycycline. The effect of different amounts of HBx and verapamil on apoptosis of human normal hepatic cells was detected. The study showed that apoptosis was triggered by accumulation of intracellular HBx, while verapamil had no effects on the apoptotic process. It was concluded that apoptosis mediated by HBx was dose-dependent but calcium-independent.

10.Situation analysis on kidney damage of the 1088 elderly health examination people

Objective To analyse the kidney damage situation of the elderly health examination people,and identify its characteristic.Methods A cross-sectional study was held which enrolled 1088 elderly health examination people.Urine routine,random urine albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR),serum creatinine,urea nitrogen were detected by biochemical analyzer,and estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) with CKD-EPI formula.Kidney structure change was examined by Color doppler ultrasound detector.Results The prevalence of hypertension,hyperlipemia,diabetes mellitus was 61.5%,62.1%,11.6%,respectively.The abnormal detection rate of urine routine was 19.0%,including 2.6% proteinuria,14.1% hematuresis and 5.4% leucocyturia.The abnormal detection rate in the people with was higher than those without (P<0.01).However,the albuminuria detection rate with random urine ACR was 25.1%,obviously higher than that of urine routine (P<0.01).The ultrasound results showed that 6.8% of the total were examined with elderly characteristic kidney change,the proportion of renal cyst was the highest,accounted for 21.8%.70.7% of all people were in the level of eGFR more than 60 ml· min-1 · 1.73 m-2.The level of eGFR<60 ml· min-1 · 1.73m-2 in the people with was higher than those without (P<0.01).eGFR was declined with age.When age increased every 10 years,eGFR was decreased 7 ml · min-1 · 1.73 m-2.Conclusions No matter in structure or function,the elderly people's kidney damage has its characteristic.We should make it clear to correctly diagnose and cure elderly kidney disease.
