1.Analysis and countermeasures on public opinion of online health and family planning

In the information era, Internet has become the main channel for health and family planning net-work opinion for the public health monitoring. This paper outlines the general situation of the public opinion of online health and family planning based on the monitoring analysis conducted in 2015 . It also studies the characteristics of the aforesaid public opinion, and analyzes and evaluates the focus of the public opinion of hygiene and family plan-ning. Based on this, further suggestions on the promotion of health and family planning were put forward.
2.Expression of Thymus and Activation-regulated Chemokine in die Kidney of MRL/lpr Mice

Objective To study the expression of thymus and activation-regulated chemokine(TARC)in the kidney of MRL/lpr mice and to elucidate the molecular pathogenesis of lupus nephritis.Methods The 24-hour urine protein of 4 MRL/lpr mice of 16 weeks of age and 4 age-and sex-matched BALB/c mice was measured.The expressions of TARC mRNA and protein in the kidneys of MRL/lpr mice and BALB/c mice were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot,respectively.Results The 24-hour urine protein and the expression level of TARC mRNA were significantly higher in MRL/lpr mice than in BALB/c mice(P<0.05).The expression of TARC protein was detectable only in MRL/lpr mice.Conclusion The expression of TARC increases in the kidney of mice with systemic lupus erythematosus,suggesting that TARC may be involved in lupus nephritis in mice.
3.Effect of acupoint massage on vital signs in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the impact of acupoint massage on the vital signs of patients with angina pectoris in coronary artery heart disease (CHD) during the operation. Methods Using non-concurrent cohort controlled design, 38 cases who with angina pectoris in CHD received interventional therapy, from June to September in 2015, in the therapy rooms of our hospital were selected as control group and received routine nursing. 38 cases who with angina pectoris in CHD received interventional therapy, from October 2015 to January 2016, in the therapy rooms of our hospital were selected as intervention group and received acupoint massage based on routine nursing. Heart rate and blood pressure of patients in two groups were monitored and recorded during the operation. Results Compared with control group, systolic blood pressure of patients in intervention group decreased obviously (143.26±17.67 vs. 153.18 ± 19.35) mmHg (1mmHg=0.133 kPa), diastolic blood pressure decreased obviously (83.16 ± 12.29 vs. 93.82 ± 16.54), and heart rate decreased obviously (71.89 ± 13.90 vs. 79.05 ± 12.63) mmHg (t=2.33, 3.19, 2.35, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Acupoint massage can effectively reduce heart rate and blood pressure of patients with angina pectoris in CHD during the operation, relieve patients' anxiety, and help for smoothing operation, shortening operation time and reducing operation risk.
4.Necessity of Rehabilitation Medicine Course as Core Curriculum of Clinical Medicine Graduate Degree

Rehabilitation medicine is not the continuation and repetition, but supplement of the clinical medical treatment, and also makes up for its limitations. Medical postgraduate, mastering modern medical theory and clinical skills, should know the basic knowledge and skills of modern rehabilitation medicine well. So it is necessary to bring rehabilitation medicine course into the core curriculum of clinical medicine graduate degree.
5.Influence of six-character formula on patients with stable COPD: a Meta-analysis

Objective We aim to objectively evaluate the influence of six-character formula on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which investigated the influence of six-character formula on patients with COPD were electronically searched in the databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese Science Technology Periodical Databases (VIP),Wanfang Data,PubMed,The Cochrane Library (Issue 6,2014) and ELSEVIER.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the references was screened,the data were extracted and the methodological quality of the included articles was assessed.Then,Meta-analy-sis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 10 studies involved,578 patients were included.The result of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,six-character formula significantly improved six-minute walk distance,forced expiratory volume in a second (FEV1) and FEV1 predicted value,reduced the score of activity limitation and the impact of the disease in St George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ).the value of MD and 95%CI were 22.62 (10.49-34.75),0.10 (0.01-0.18),3.08 (0.18-5.97),8.69 (4.09-13.83),7.60 (2.34-12.85).However,there was no statistical difference in the score of symptom.Conclusions Six-character formula plays a significant role in the treatment of stable COPD.However,more studies in large scale and high quality are needed to verify the result.
6.Analysis of the status of retention level and its influencing factors for male nurses

Objective To investigate the retention level and its influencing factors for male nurses,and explore effective strategies to increase retention level of male nurses.Methods A sample of 610 male nurses from many hospitals in Tianjin were investigated with the self-designed demographic questionnaire,Retention Scale and Perceived Organization Support.The results underwent analysis.Results Male nurses' retention score was (20.71±4.00) points.Single factor analysis found that marriage,age,number of children,time engaged in nursing work,the working years in present position,the purpose of the work had statistically significant influence on retention scores of the male nurses.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marriage,professional and technical titles,the purpose of work,work support and value identification were the predictive effect on the degree of the retention.Conclusions The retention of male nurses in Tianjin was in the medium level.Hospitals and all relevant departments should take effective measures,improve the professional sense of worth of the male nurses and job satisfaction,in order to enhance the man nurses' retention rate,promote the sustainable development of the nursing team construction.
7.Acquired Gitelman syndrome associated with primary Sj(o)gren syndrome: two cases report and review of literature

Objective To better understand the clinical features and the diagnosis of acquired Gitelman syndrome associated with primary Sj(o)gren syndrome (SS).Methods Two cases of acquired Gitelman syndrome associated with primary SS were investigated.Literature were reviewed.Results Two women with sicca complex presented to our clinic with intermittent muscle cramping and weakness involving both lower extremities for several months.Laboratory findings showed hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis, hypomagnesemia, and hypocalciuria,all these met the criteria for Gitelman syndrome.Diagnostic evaluation identified primary SS as the cause of the acquired Gitelman syndrome.Conclusion Acquired Gitelman syndrome associated with SS is rare.Kidney biopsy is necessary for the diagnosis of Gitelman syndrome.Further studies are needed.
8.The preliminary establishment of the satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse

Objective Based on the theory of Service Quality to develop a scale for measuring personal digital assistant satisfaction by nurses and to detect the reliability and validity of this scale. Methods Through the literature research, cross-sectional study and present satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse to build the item pool. The items were selected by 15 experts consultation and the pilot survey of 666 nurses. Results The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale consisted of 41 items;the exploratory factor analysis identified 8 principal factors and explained for 65.22%. Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension was 0.213-0.684(P<0.01). Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension and total scale was 0.574-0.798(P<0.01). The Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.928 and test-retest reliability was 0.934. Conclusions The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale has good validity and reliability. It can be used as a tool to measure the satisfaction for using personal digital assistant by nurse.
9.Joint effects of hydroxyethyl starch and furosemide on acute lung injury induced by paraquat in swine

Objective To discuss the jointly therapeutic effects of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 (voluven) and furosemide on acute lung injury induced by paraquat (PQ) in swine.Methods The ALI/ ARDS models were established with 20% PQ (20 mL) intraperitoneal injection in 18 healthy female piglets and randomly divided into three groups: voluven group (A), furosemide group (B) and voluven + furosemide group (C) (n =6 in each group).The heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), extravascular lung water index (ELWI), pulmonary vascular permeability index (PVPI), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) and oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) among the three groups were carefully measured by PICCO (pulse indicator continuous cardiac output) before modeling (baseline), just aftermodeling (t0), and 2 h (t2), 4 h (t4), 6 h (t6) and 8 h (t8) after trearment.Needle biopsies of lung tissue were made before modeling and at t0 and t8 and prepared for microscopy observation after Hematoxylineosin staining method (HE staning).Repeated measurement data were compared among repeated measures by the ANOVA and the difference between groups was compared by one-wey ANOVA.Results (1) The HR and MAP of all animals increased obviously while the oxygenation index declined significantly at modeling just made (t0) compared to those before modeling (all P < 0.05).At the same time, the HR and MAP of A and B groups were significantly lower than those of C group after treatment (all P < 0.05), while the oxygenation index of A and B were significantly higher (all P > 0.05).(2) The ELWI and PVPI of all animals increased obviously at modeling just made (t0) compared to those before modeling (all P < 0.05).The ELWI and PVPI were decreased after treatment.And at the same time, the ELWI and PVPI of A and B groups were significantly lower than those of C group after treatment (all P < 0.05).(3) The alveolar tissue showed obviously injured changes at modeling just made (t0).The injury was relieved 8h after trearment, which was most markedly in group C.Conclusions With the combination of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and furosemide administered, the acute lung injury induced by paraquat poisoning can be effectively relieved, promoting gas exchange, and improve oxygenation.
10.Mutation analysis of CSMD3 gene in a pedigree of familial cortical myoclonic tremor with epilepsy

Objective To investigate mutations of CSMD3 gene in a pedigree of familial cortical myoclonic tremor with epilepsy (FCMTE).Methods Peripheral blood (5 ml) was obtained from FCMTE patients (7 cases),suspected cases,and control individuals.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and purification of PCR products for sequencing were used to detect the existence of mutations in 73 exons of gene CSMD3.The resulting products were subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis and gel-imaging system.The PCR amplification products were sequenced.Results The sequencing results of 73 exons were compared with CSMD3gDNA sequence in human GenBank.We neither found any DNA sequence variation nor disease-related mutations.Conclusions The family does not have a mutation in the CSMD3 gene.We need to further find the disease genes and the mutations in this family.
