Objective To investigate the effects of oestrogen-receptor(ER), progesterone-receptor(PR), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and kinase insert domaincontaining receptor(KDR) in uterine bleeding induced by intrauterine device(IUD). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of ER, PR, VEGF and KDR in endometrium from IUD bleeding group and normal control group, respectively. Microvessel density(MVD) was evaluated by using anti factor Ⅷ-related antigen (F8-RA) antibody to mark stromal microvessels. Results The expressions of ER, VEGF and KDR were significantly higher in IUD-induced endometrium bleeding group than those in control group(P0.05). 2.Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity and associated gene expressions in cervical cancer

Objective To study the associations between neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (NACT)sensitivity and expression of relative proliferation and apoptosis genes in cervical cancer tissues. Furthermore,the potential roles of relative genes expression as monitor in the chemotherapy against cervical cancer tissues were studied. Methods Fifteen pathologically proved Ⅱ A stage cervical cancer patients with HPV 16 positive were divided into effective group and non-effective group according to the clinical response to NACT, the changes of HPV16-E6, p53 genes and proteins expressions were measured by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot. At the same time, MTT assay was used to detected proliferative activity to paclitaxel liposome and carboplatin (paraplatin) in HeLa cells. Results In effective group, the overall response rate was 73.3 % (11/15) and the HPV16-E6 mRNA and protein level after NACT was significantly decreased than that before NACT (t=3.359, t=3.614, P<0.05), while p53mRNA and protein level increased significantly (t =5.852, t=2.838, P <0.05). However, there have no significant different between pre-NACT and Post-NACT of the two genes in the non-effective group. After using chemotherapy HeLa cells growth decreased. Conclusion HPV16-E6 and p53 expreesion level are useful paraneters in evaluating NACT response in cervical cancer tissues. The detection of the two genes expression is a method for predicting efficacy in NACT.
3. Effects of preemptive analgesia by nalbuphine combined with flurbiprofen on pain and platelet activity in patients with decompensated cirrhosis

Objective: To observe the influence of preemptive analgesia by nalbuphine combined with flurbiprofen in the platelet activity indexes of the patients with decompensated cirrhosis, and to explore its quality of analgesia in the patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with decompensated cirrhosis were randomly divided into combination group (40 cases, given nalbuphine combined with flurbiprofen before anesthesia), nalbuphine group (40 cases, given nalbuphine before anesthesia) and flurbiprofen group (40 cases, given flurbiprofen before anesthesia). The postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) was carried out with sufentanil in all the patients. The indexes of visual analog score (VAS), PCIA compression number, sufentanil consumption, Ramsay score, thrombelastogram (TEG) indexes (R value, K value, a angle, MA value and CI value) and the maximum aggregation rate by arachidonic acid (MARAA) and β-endorphin (β-EP) level, recovery time, and agitation occurrence rate of the patients in various groups were recorded 12 h and 24 h after operation. Results: The indexes of VAS, PCIA compression number, sufentanil consumption and 3-EP level of the patients in combination group were lower than those in the other groups 12 and 24 h after operation (P< 0. 05), but the differences of the above indexes of the patients in nalbuphine group and flurbiprofen group were not significant (P>0. 05). The Ramsay scores of the patients in three groups had no differences at 12 and 24 h after operation (P>0. 05). Compared with nalbuphine group, the R values and K values of the patients in combination group and flurbiprofen group at 12 and 24 h after operation were increased (P<0. 05), and the a angle, MA values, CI values and MARAA of the patients in combination group and flurbiprofen group were decreased (P<0. 05), but the above indexes of the patients in combination group and flurbiprofen group had no significant differences (P> 0. 05). The recovery time of the patients among three groups had no significant difference (F=2. 054, P=0. 102). The agitation occurrence rate during recovery period of the patients in case group was the highest (F=5. 624, P= 0. 001), and there was no significant difference in the agitation occurrence rate during recovery period of the patiens between nalbuphine group and flurbiprofen group (χ2 =3. 020, P=0. 091). Conclusion: Combination of nalbuphine and flurbiprofen in the patients with decompensated cirrhosis before analgesia can improve the quality of postoperative analgesia and can' t inhibit the activity of platelet obviously.
4.Application of forward-return way in endoscopic resection for gastric fundus stromal tumor (with video)

To evaluate the value of forward-return way in endoscopic resection for the treatment of gastric fundus stromal tumor, patients with gastric fundus stromal tumor in muscularis propria diagnosed by endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography at the Department of Digestive Endoscopy of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were prospectively enrolled in the study. All patients were treated with endoscopic full-thickness resection under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. The success of forward-return way, endoscopic procedure, operation performance, pathological classifications and complications were analyzed. A total of 12 patients were enrolled. All of them were confirmed as having stromal tumor by postoperative pathology, with 10 of very low risk and 2 of low risk. Forward-return way was successful in 9 patients and failed in 3 patients. Nine patients were successfully treated with endoscopic procedure eventually. No intraoperative bleeding occurred in any patient. In endoscopic resection, the scores of same direction of forward and backward, endoscopic field of view, and endoscopic body stability were all 2.00 points. Forward-return way has clinical application value for the endoscopic treatment of gastric fundus stromal tumor.
5.Stress and morphological characteristics of intervertebral foramen of cervical rotation-traction manipulation for treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy:a three-dimensional finite element analysis

BACKGROUND:Cervical rotation-traction manipulation is effective and safe in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and has been widely used in clinical work.However,its effects on the biomechanics of cervical vertebra and intervertebral disc and the area of intervertebral foramen have not been systematically clarified. OBJECTIVE:Based on the finite element analysis technique,a relevant research and analysis were carried out to provide digital evidence for the mechanism of effect of cervical rotation-traction manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. METHODS:The CT image data of a volunteer with no neck diseases were selected as the finite element model material at its left-handed physiological limit position.The initial construction of the finite element model was completed by Mimics 19.0 software,Geomagic Studio 2013 software,Hypermash 14.0 software,and ANSYS Workbench 2020 R2 software,respectively.Based on the literature,the grid division of cervical structure and the assignment of elastic modulus and elastic coefficient were completed.Based on the previous work of the team,the mechanical effects of cervical rotation-traction manipulation were simulated on the model.Effects of cervical rotation-traction manipulation on the mechanical parameters of each vertebral body and intervertebral disc in C3-T1 segment and on the cervical lateral foramen area were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)During cervical rotation-traction manipulation,the stress of bone structure was significantly higher than that of soft tissue such as intervertebral disc.(2)When operating the technique,the stress at the top of each cervical vertebra was higher,the stress at the bottom was lower,and the stress at the facet joint and transverse process was lower.The stress at the top of the intervertebral disc was lower,the stress at the bottom was higher,but the highest point of the intervertebral disc stress was outside the top.(3)In addition,after loading the lifting force,the projected area of the C6/C7 intervertebral foramen increased significantly compared with that before loading.(4)It is indicated that the cervical rotation-traction manipulation has the mechanical characteristics of changing the stress structure of the cervical spine itself,and can expand the C6/7 intervertebral cervical foramen area on the opposite side of the patient's cervical rotation,so as to achieve the purpose of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
6.The investigation and analysis of college students' awareness, cognition and usage of shared courses on the internet

Objective To investigate college students' awareness and cognition of 84 shared courses on the Internet and analyze the discrepancies between different ethnicity and majors in Xinjiang Medical University. Methods Purposive sampling was adopted with questionnaire of 1 448 students of 26 classes in Xinjiang Medical University. The survey aimed to investigate students' awareness and cognition of these In- ternet courses. Obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 13.0, and the test level α=0.05. Result The hits of preventative medicine, Chinese medicine, clinical medicine and pharmacy were 19.0%, 33.3%, 35.7% and 11.9% respectively. Among the courses whose hits exceeded 50,000, clinical medicine accounted for 50%, preventive medicine for 21.4%, Chinese medicine and pharmacy for 14.3% respectively, there being no significant difference in overall hits (P>0.05). 90.1% of the surveyed students knew shared courses on the Internet, there being no difference between gender, ethnicity and profession (P>0.05). 89.8% had an accurate understanding of the concept of shared courses on the Internet, there being differences between gender and major ( χ2gender=11.013, P=0.026; χ2major=136.08, P=0.000) without significant differences in ethnicity ( χ2=11.378, P=0.497). 71.9% of the students used shared courses on the Internet as reference resources for the course study, 46.6% for the learning content, 35.5%for the understanding of other resources related to the course, 30.1% for lab-class and exercises, 10% for discussion on online course forum. The Han and Kazak students used the courses as a study, experiment and exercise tool, while the Uyghur and Kazak mainly used these for learning and discussion on the forum, there being differences in ethnicity ( χ2=26.889, P=0.001); the usage rate of the courses of preventive medicine students is higher, whereas pharmacy students relatively low, there being significant differences in major ( χ2=38.01, P=0.004). The Kazakh and Uygur students mainly used the courses to formulate learning plans, and the Han students to learn the current curriculum. 44.7% of preventive medicine students used the courses to improve their abilities, which was significantly higher than those of other majors. Only 18.4% and 1% of pharmacy students used the courses to formulate learning plans and to improve their abilities, which were both lower than those of other majors, showing ethnic and professional differences ( χ2ethnic=37.654, P=0.001; χ2major=73.68, P=0.000). Conclusion Students' awareness of shared courses on the Internet is high and their cognition is accurate. However, there are differences in the ways and purposes of the employment of the courses between different ethnicity and majors. The main reason may be related to major, the quality of the courses, as well as the lack of effec-tive supervision and evaluation system, suggesting that the management department in our university should strengthen the supervision and evaluation of the courses and give full play to the important role of shared courses on the Internet.
7.Assessment of quality deviation of pork and salmon due to temperature fluctuations during superchilling.

Superchilling is an emerging technology for meat preservation; however, the temperature changes during the process have been commonly ignored. Thus, the effects of temperature fluctuations on meat quality during superchilling are yet to be evaluated. In our study, pork loins and salmon fillets were stored for several days (0, 8, 15, 23, and 30 d) under different temperature fluctuations based on -3.5 ℃ as the target temperature. The results showed that after 15 d of superchilling storage, the values of total volatile basic nitrogen, total viable count, and lipid oxidation were significantly (P<0.05) altered in the ±2.0 ℃ fluctuation group compared with the constant temperature group. On the contrary, there was no significant difference in these parameters between the ±1.0 ℃ fluctuation group and the constant temperature group after 30 d of storage. In addition, irregular temperature changes significantly accelerated the modulation of various indicators. In brief, temperature fluctuations and irregular temperature changes accelerated the destruction of muscle structural integrity, increased the water loss, gradually widened the water loss channels, and thereby reduced the edibility by accelerating the spoilage of meat.

8.Comparison of two and three dimensional quantitative coronary angiography to intravascular ultrasound in the assessment of left main coronary artery bifurcation lesions.

BACKGROUNDAngiographic evaluation of left main coronary artery (LMCA) bifurcation lesions is often limited. two dimensional (2D) quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) with segmental analysis provides accuracy for quantification of the degree of stenosis in the main vessel and side branch ostium but can be affected by foreshortening and variable magnification. The accuracy of three dimensional (3D) QCA has recently developed to overcome 2D QCA limitations, however, accuracy and precision of 3D bifurcation QCA measurements in LMCA bifurcation lesions has not been established.
METHODSWe investigated whether such 3D and 2D bifurcation QCA measurements differ in their accuracy in assessing significant LMCA bifurcation lesions defined by intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) as a minimum luminal area (MLA) <6 mm(2) of LMCA and MLA <4 mm(2) of proximal left anterior descending (LAD) and/or proximal left circumflex (LCX) RESULTS: LMCA bifurcation lesions were assessed in 44 patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention. From 2D QCA measurements, MLA correlated moderately with threshold intravascular ultrasound MLA for LMCA (r = 0.81, P < 0.000 1), LAD (r = 0.54, P = 0.000 1) and LCX (r = 0.58, P < 0.000 1). Severity of lesion as MLA by derived 3D QCA, correlated moderately with threshold intravascular ultrasound MLA for LMCA (r = 0.84, P < 0.000 1), LAD (r = 0.53, P = 0.000 2); LCX (r = 0.66, P < 0.000 1). Overall, the C statistics tended to be slightly higher for 3D QCA and 2D QCA measurements in LMCA segment compared with proximal LAD and LCX segments, and there were no significant predictive power of percent diameter stenosis and percent area stenosis on 3D QCA for LCX IVUS MLA <4 mm(2) (percent diameter stenosis: area under curve 0.55, cutoff 23%, sensitivity 88%, specificity 37%, P = 0.618 6; percent arer stenosis: area under curve 0.56, cutoff 41%, sensitivity 83%, specificity 38%, P = 0.518 4, respectively).
CONCLUSIONSThe accuracy of 3D bifurcation QCA in detecting significant LMCA bifurcation lesions is limited, especially the proximal LCX ostium. When IVUS is not available or contraindicated, 3D QCA may assist in the evaluation of intermediate LMCA lesions with MLA.
