Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment for thyroid nodules.Methods The clinical data of 352 patients with thyroid nodules who had received surgical treatment were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results The post-operation pathological diagnosis showed these cases were composed of 182 thyroid adenomas,75 nodular goiters,38 adenomatous goiters,16 Hashimoto's diseases,40 papillary carcinomas and 1 follicular carcinoma.Surgical complications included 4 recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries,1 superior laryngeal nerve injury,1 chyle leak,2 neck hematomas,1 pneumoderma,2 wound infections,1 transient hypocalcemia and 1 death from tracheal collapse.9 cases of recurrence were observed.Conclusion Pre-operation evaluation of patients with thyroid nodules should be well performed in order to identify surgical indications.Appropriate surgical procedures and experienced surgical hands may help to reduce operation complications and recurrence rate.

Objective To observe the changes of TNF‐α,interleukin IL‐6 ,IL‐10 and gas analysis though one lung ventilationone with two different pattern to study the effects lung injury and values of oxygenation on patients undergoing esophageal surgery . Methods 60 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups of A and B with 30 cases each .A term :contin‐ual one lungventilation and 4 cm H2 O peep until the end operate ,B term :intermittent one lung ventilation each 45 min with two lung ventilation 5 min .Blood gas analysis were determined immediately before one lung ventilation ,30 min following OLV ,60 min following OLV ,90 min following OLV ,120 min following OLV ,the end of the OLV ,after operate 24 h observe the MAP ,HR ,P , R ,SpO2 .PETCO2 and airway peak were recorded during operate .Results (1)SpO2 in group A was decreased at T3 and reached lest level at T5 ,which was higher than that in group B at T3 ,T5(P<0 .05) .(2)the levels of IL‐6 ,TNF‐α and IL‐10 in the two groups began to rise at T3(P<0 .01) ,reached peak level at T6 ,and decreased gradually at T7 ,which were still higher than those at T1(P<0 .05) .(3) The levels of TNF‐αand IL‐6 were lower in group A than those in g roup B at T3-T6(P<0 .05) ,T1 ,T2 ,T7 (P>0 .05) .The levels of IL‐10 was higher in group A than those in group B at T3-T7(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Compared with A term ,B term without VT has more lung injury although it increases values of oxygenation .

Objective:To investigate the effect of EBV protein on the production of Immunoglobulin(Ig)by cultured B cells.Methods:The purified human umbilical blood B cells were treated respectively with UV and Heat-inactivated EBV and cultured in complete IMDM. CD5, CD3, CD4 and CD8 cells were measured by flow cytometric analysis. IgG and IgM in the supernatant were detected by ELISA. At the mean time, IgG and IgM in the supernatant of cultured EBV-transformed B lymphocytes were detected by ELISA,and compared with that of UV-inactivated EBV group at the same period.Results:In UV-inactivated EBV group,CD3, CD4 and CD8 T cells couldn’t be detected,CD5 + cells occupied about 42% of all detected cells at the 14th day; and at the 28th day, 47%.The IgG A value of the 10th、18th、22th and 26th day in UV-inactivated EBV group have a significant difference compared with that in the control group ( P

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia caused by multifactors.The incidence of type 2 diabetes is gradually increased.Its prevention and treatment are paid more and more attention.Intestinal flora is one of the hot spots in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Intestinal flora is expected to be a new direction for the improvement and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.In this paper,the relationship between type 2 diabetes and intestinal microflora in recent years,pathogenesis and treatment were summarized.

Objective:To research the relationship of urinary cytology positive rate with the grade and stage of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer.Methods:A total of 104 cases of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer were recruited in this study.The urine of all paitents was collected for preoperative urinary cytology de-tection.The urinary cytology detection rates were compared among different grades and stages of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer.Results:The overall unnary cytology positive rate of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer was 34.26%.The overall urinary cytology positive rate was 43.59%in the advanced stage group and 11.54%in the low stage group,with a significant difference(X2=8.740, P=0.003).The difference in positive rate between the advanced stage group and the low stage group in the high grade with inferior segment group of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer was statistically significant(X2=10.628,P=0.001).The difference in positive rate between the advanced stage group and the low stage group in the high grade group of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer was statistically significant(X2=5.678,P=0.01 7).The difference in positive rate be-tween the high grade group and the low grade group in low stage group of primary ureter uroepithelium can-cer was statistically significant(X2=12.860,P=0.001).Conclusion:The unnary cytology positive rate of primary ureter uroepithelium cancer of high grade and low stage is higher.

Objective To explore the clinical of value minimally invasive therapy for elderly gastric carcinoma patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after gastrectomy in improving the survival quality.Methods 12 gastric caecinoma patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after gastrectomy were treated by percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD) plus biliary stenting.Results 12 patients were successfully accomplished the procedure of bile duct puncture and stenting.The life quality of 11 patients was promoted in varying degrees proved by reduced jaundice and normalization with transaminase level.One patient died of cardiac failure in a week.The one-year survival rate was 25 ％ (3/12),tow-year survival rate was 8.3 ％ (1 / 12).Complications occurred in 25 ％ of patients,including 1 case of hemobilia,and 2 cases of cholangitis.Conclusion The minimally invasive therapy of PTCD plus biliary stenting provided safe and effective bile drainage for elderly patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.

Mental task classification is one of the most important problems in Brain-computer interface. This paper studies the classification of five-class mental tasks. The nonlinear parameter of mean period obtained from frequency domain information was used as features for classification implemented by using the method of SVM (support vector machines). The averaged classification accuracy of 85.6% over 7 subjects was achieved for 2-second EEG segments. And the results for EEG segments of 0.5s and 5.0s compared favorably to those of Garrett's. The results indicate that the parameter of mean period represents mental tasks well for classification. Furthermore, the method of mean period is less computationally demanding, which indicates its potential use for online BCI systems.

Objective To discuss effects of Wugong Baidu Drink on expressions of Bcl-2, NF-κB mRNA genes related to the apoptosis of HaCaT in psoriasis. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group, Western medicine control group, TCM control group, and Wugong Baidu Drink high, medium, and low dose groups. They were given normal saline, methotrexate suspension, compound natural indigo capsule suspension, and the different doses of Wugong Baidu Drink for gavage, respectively. Drug-containing serum of each group was prepared, and was put in the HaCaT respectively to subculture. The intervention effect of different Drug-containing serums on expressions of objective genes were detected through PR-PCR method. Results Drug-containing serum of each group could decrease the expressions of Bcl-2 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA. The most obvious effects were shown in the groups of Western medicine control group and Wugong Baidu Drink high dose group. All Wugong Baidu Drink groups showed a dose-response relationship. Conclusion Wugong Baidu Drink probably can promote the apoptosis of HaCaT by reducing the gene expressions of Bcl-2 and NF-κB. It can also decrease immune response by regulating serum factors related to T cells to play the role of anti-psoriasis.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of early postoperative inflammtory small bowel obstruction,and discuss its diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction were analyzed retrospectively.Results Within the 68 cases,65 cases were cured by non-operative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression,anti-inflammatory drugs,somatostatin,total parenteral nutrition(TPN) and traditional Chinese medicine.The mean time from the onset of symptoms to the recovery of bowel function was 14 days.Three cases were cured by transferring to operation.One case of them was transferred to operation for strangulated intestinal obstruction during the period of conservative treatment.One case underwent oper.ion because the patient didn t recover after 4 weeks expectant treatment.One case underwent operation for the impatience with the conservative treatment of both the doctors and the patient.Conclusion Non-operative therapy should be the first choice for the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction,and its therapeutical effect was well-accepted.

Objective To investigate the NOx(nitrogen oxides,esp.NO2) output of household ozone generator and the control method.Methods Ion chromatogram,pH detection and iodine titration were used to study the outputs of ozone and the by-product,NOx,generated by some certain household ozone generator in normal operation condition.The method of controlling NO2 simply by pure water absorption was also studied.Results At about 15 min,the ozone generator produced NO2 and turned into NO3-,the amount increased along with the operating time.After 60 min,the NO3-was almost in proportion to the operating time,the pH value decreased clearly.pH value was a proper and simple substitute parameter to display the generation and accumulation of NO2.NO2 could be efficiently controlled by pure water absorption.NO3-absorbed in a 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution was less than 0.01 mg/L after a pure water absorber which had an effective depth of 12cm,with little influence of ozone production.Conclusion NO2 will be generated inevitably and the amount of the by-product increases with the running time of the household ozone generator.Pure water absorption is efficient to control NO2 generation.
