Through contrasting the examination results of 306 normal and abnormal infants under 9 months with Vojta method, we find a series of standards appropriate to the infants of similar age in Nanchang. Using it,We examine 155 infants under 9 months that suffer from low motion ability or movement disorders according to neuroscinces examinations, suffer from brain partial atrophy and external hydrocephalus according to CT examinations. The results show that the method can not only objectively reflect the movement and posture condition of infants, but also can give appropriate diagnosis to those with slight early symptoms, therefore, it is effective on early disc0very of potential infant sufferers.

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of nuclear factor kappa B p65 ( NF-κB p65) and hippocampal neuronal apoptosis in acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) rats with brain injury. Methods Sixty-four SD rats were randomized into normal saline group (NS) and ANP group. The ANP rat model was induced by retrograde injection of 4% sodium taurocholate into the pancreaticobiliary duct of SD rats. Nissle stain was used to detect the brain injury. Neuronal apoptosis was determined by TUNEL.NF-κB p65 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results Hippocampal neuron was absent, karyopyknosis, unclear nucleolus and decreased Nissl bodies were found, the injuries was aggravated with time. The apoptosis index at the 3, 6 and 12 h in ANP group was 10.63 ±0.24, 21.02±0.25, 17.12±0.36, respectively, while they were 0.33±0.19,0.71±0.67, 0.45 ± 0. 33 in NS group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). The expressions of NF-κB p65 mRNA were 0. 63 ± 0.05,1.05 ±0.06,0.92 ±0.05, which were significantly higher than those in the NS group (0.11 ±0.01,0.12±0.01,0.08±0.01,P＜0.05).The chatge of expression of NF±κB p65 protein was consistent with that of NF-κB p65 mRNA. Conclusions The brain injury of ANP rats was highly correlated with neuronal apoptosis at the early and middle phase of ANP, and its mechanism may be related with NF-κB p65 activation.

Objective:To establish a real time dissolution determination method for furosemide tablets and compare the similarity of dissolution curves of furosemide tablets from 11 generic drug manufacturers and the original research drug manufacturer in four kinds of dissolution media to evaluate the overall situation of dissolution process of furosemide tablets in our country. Methods:A fiber-optic medicine dissolution process real time test system was used to monitor the dissolution process of furosemide tablets from 11 generic drug manufacturers and the original research drug manufacturer. A paddle method was applied and the rotation speed was 50 r·min-1 . The dissolution medium was pH 1. 2 hydrochloric acid solution, pH 4. 0 acetate buffer, pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water, respectively with volume of 900 ml. The absorbance wavelength was 277 nm. The dissolution profile was drawn and f 2 factor was used to evaluate the similarity. Results:The dissolution tests were not influenced by the excipients and the dissolution media. The liner range of furose-mide was 4. 44-26. 66 μg·ml-1(r=0. 9997). The average recovery of furosemide was 101. 26% and RSD was 1. 84%(n=9). Ee-spect to 11 manufactures, there was only one of the dissolution similarity can meet the requirements. Conclusion:A simple, fast and accurate fiber-optic method for medicine dissolution process real time test is established. The method can reflect the real dissolution and provide the information on how to improve the preparation technology and monitor the stability of the preparation technology.

Objective To observe the role of preoperative lung function test in predicting the risk of postoperation pulmonary complications in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) accepting non chest operations. Methods 80 patients accepting non-invasive chest operations during Oct 2006 to May 2013 in the third affiliated hospital of SYSU were studied retrospectively. All the patients accepted lung function test 1 week before operation. Based on the lung function records, patients were divided into 2 groups. 40 of them in COPD group, 40 in control group. The incidence rate of postoperation pulmonary complications in different group and the relationship between the severity of lung function decreasing and the rate of postoperation pulmonary complications were investigated. The differences of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification, body mass index, smoking index, length of stay, hospitalization costs between the 2 groups were also studied. Results The incidence rate of postoperation pulmonary disease in COPD group was 30% (12/40) while the rate in control group was 12.5% (5/40), the statistic difference was significant (P = 0.046). There was remarkable relationship between the severity of lung function decreasing and the rate of postoperation pulmonary complications(P=0.005), patients with mild to moderate lung function decreasing would be safer in operation, but patients with severe lung function decreasing would be in high risk(r=-0.451). Patients in COPD group were older than the control group, but there were no significant difference on body mass index, smoking index, length of stay, hospitalization costs between the 2 groups (P > 0.05). There was no relationship between ASA physical status classification and postoperation pulmonary complications. Conclusion Incidence of postoperation pulmonary complications in patients with COPD is high, which mainly manifests as pneumonia. It was important to test the lung function before non-invasive chest operations, especially in patients with COPD(P>0.05).

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation prognoses of children with traumatic brain injury (TBI).MethodsA retrospective analysis was made in 64 children who had been admitted for rehabilitation.Their clinical information,rehabilitation protocols,recovery of consciousness and ability in the activities of daily living (ADL) were analyzed. ResultsThe children's injuries were severe-42.19％ had consciousness disorders,but 80％ of them recovered consciousness after rehabilitation.Their limb motor dysfunction was dominated by hemiplegia (51.67％).For 65.63％ of the patients rehabilitation was initiated within one month after injury.The average length of stay in rehabilitation was 33.09 ± 25.96 days.Those with consciousness disorders stayed significantly longer than those without.The main treatments were hyperbaric oxygen therapy,exercise and neurotrophic drugs (the ratios were 95.31％,89.06％ and 82.81％ respectively).After the first course of inpatient rehabilitation,the conscious ness recovery rate was 81.48％ and ADL ability improved significantly.The total effectiveness rate was 90.63％.Univariate and multivariate analyses showed that the factors most strongly correlated with effective rehabilitation were age at injury and the rehabilitation intervention time.ConclusionThe results suggest that a general hospital should focus on early (acute and subacute phase) rehabilitation.So developing the rehabilitation network system is necessary and urgent.Rehabilitative therapy is very helpful in TBI cases.Being older at the time of injury and earlier rehabilitation intervention predict better short term outcomes.It is necessary to build and improve on a more standardized and systemic rehabilitation and assessment system for pediatric TBI.

Objective:To explore the influence on inflammation cytokines for anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis.Methods:The allergic rhinitis model in guinea pigs was established using ovalbumin(OVA).Hartley guinea pigs were randomly divided into the control group(group C,n=17),the allergic rhinitis model group(group M,n=27),the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group(group Z1,n=21)and the fluticasone propionate treatment group(group Z2,n=21). At 2 h,4 h and 8 h after the last treatment,blood was got by heart puncture,as well as nose was lavaged using 0.9% saline and the nasal lavage fluid( NLF) was collected.The level of cytokines was examined using ELISA kits.Results: In the peripheral blood, the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-18,IL-33 and TGF-β1 from 2 h to 8 h;TNF-αand OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 4 h;and IL-22 from 4 h to 8 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group(P<0.05).In the NLF,the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-22,IL-33,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 8 h;and IL-18 at 2 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1% anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment can significantly reduce inflammation cytokine levels in allergic rhinitis guinea pigs.

Background and purpose: Regional lymph node metastasis was significantly associated with the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study was designed to compare paclitaxel liposome plus cisplatin (LP) with gemcitabine and cisplatin (GP) in patients with regional lymph node metastasis of advanced NSCLC as a ifrst-line treatment. Methods:A total of 55 patients were randomly assigned to receive either liposomal paclitaxel (175 mg/m2) and cisplatin (75 mg/m2) or gemcitabine (1 000 mg/m2) and cisplatin (75 mg/m2) every 3 weeks. Results:Objective response rate (ORR) of lung primary foci was 37.9%in the LP arm and 30.8%in the GP arm (P>0.05) and the disease control rate (DCR) was 91.3%and 80.8%respectively (P>0.05);ORR of regional metastasis lymph node was higher in the LP arm (44.8%vs 15.4%, P<0.05).There was no signiifcant difference in DCR (93.1%vs 73.1%, P=0.101), although slight trends favoring paclitaxel liposome were seen;There was signiifcant difference in median overall survival (17.0 vs 12.0 months, P<0.05). LP was associated with significantly less thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal side effects (P<0.05), but no signiifcant difference was observed in hyphemia, leucopenia, hepatotoxicity, renal toxicity and allergic reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion: Liposomal paclitaxel plus cisplatin is superior to gemcitabine plus cisplatin with less toxicity and better tolerated, it deserves further research and clinic application for patients with regional lymph node metastasis of advanced NSCLC.
