ObjectiveTo assess the characteristics of left ventrlcular ( LV) systolic syncnrony before and 6 days after percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation(PTSMA)in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) using two dimensional speckle tracking imaging(2DSTI),and to investigate correlation between the LV systolic synchrony and LV outflow-trace gradient (LVOTG).MethodsLVOTG were measured before and 6 days after PTSMA in 21 patients with HOCM.The two dimensional loop-cinec were obtained in three levels of the short axis views of LV (mitral valve, papillary muscle and cardiac apex). The time from the onset of QRS complexes to systolic peak strain from the radial vectors (TRs) was recorded using 2D-STI.The standard deviation of the TRS of 18 segments (TRsSD) were calculated as indicator of LV systolic synchrony. Results Six days after PTSMA,LVOTG decreased significantly from (84.3 ± 19.1)mm Hg to (40.6 ± 8.3)mm Hg( P <0.01).TRS of the base and middle segments of anteroseptal were prolonged dramatically( P <0.05) 6 days after PTSMA compared with that before. There were no significantly differences in TRs-SD of LV between before and 6 days after PTSMA ( t =1.03,P > 0.05).Decreased LVOTG correlated moderately to prolonged TRS of the base segments of anteroseptal ( r =0.657,P <0.05).Conclusions2D-STI can detect exactly the characteristics of LV systolic synchrony before and 6 days after PTSMA in patients with HOCM.

Purpose To develop the folate-targeted theranostic nanoprobe, investigate the active targeting behavior of nanoprobes to hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in vitro, and discuss the effect of enhanced US/MRI dual-mode imaging in vitro and the synergistic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound on HCC killing. Materials and Methods The folate-targeted nanoprobe loaded with iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) and phase-shift material perfluorohexane (PFH) was prepared by double emulsion method and carbodiimide method. The average particle size, morphological structure and the ability of liquid-gas phase transition were detected. The active targeting ability of the nanoprobe to HCC BEL-7402 was observed in vitro. The ultrasonic imaging effect of nanoprobe was observed by HIFU irradiation in vitro.MRI was performed on the Fe3O4nanoprobe with different content of magnetic particles. The synergistic killing ability of the nanoprobe combined with HIFU on liver cancer cells was detected with in vitro apoptosis experiment. Results The folate-targeted nanoprobe loading iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) and phase-shift material PFH was prepared, with the average size of (402.50±66.43) nm. It was in the shape of regular sphere with the magnetic particle Fe3O4scattered inside. The HIFU irradiation caused liquid and gas phase transition. In vitro targeting experiments showed that BEL-7402 cells were surrounded by a large number of nanoscale probes. In vitro dual mode imaging showed that the ultrasonic echo intensity was obviously enhanced after HIFU irradiates nanoscale probes. The MR negative imaging ability of the nanoprobe was also enhanced with the enhancement of Fe3O4concentration in nanoparticles. In vitro apoptosis experiments showed that the nanoscale probe had the ability to significantly enhance the effect of HIFU on the killing of HCC. Conclusion The prepared folate-targeted theranostic nanoprobes exhibit the excellent capability for in vitro targeting. They can be used for ultrasound and MRI as multimodal imaging agents and coordinates with HIFU to enhance the effect on killing HCC, which realizes the early diagnosis of tumor and targeted precision therapy.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the substance basis and the mechanism of pseudoanaphylactoid reactions (PR) induced by Shuanghuanglian injection (SHLI).
METHOD(1)The study of PR and the substance basis of PR of SHLI: ICR mice were divided into different test groups, the mice were intravenously injected with solutions of different concentration of SHLI, baicalin, forsythin, caffeotannic acid, positive control Compound 48/80 and normal sodium. All test substances were mixed with 0.4% Evans blue. The reaction and vascular permeability of the ears were observed and measured 30 min after SHLI injection. (2) The study of mechanisms: Mice were pretreated with an oral administration of Astemizol, intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 75 mg x kg(-1) or Compound 48/80 4 mg x kg(-1), then mice were intravenously injected with SHLI. At last, vascular permeability of the ears in pretreated groups was compared with SHLI treatment alone group.
RESULTSHLI of 300 mg x kg(-1) and 600 mg x kg(-1) caused obvious vascular hyperpermeability, but baicalin, forsythin and caffeotannic didn't cause vascular hyperpermeability in the ears. The Astemizol can decrease the degree of SHLI-induced vascular hyperpermeability of the ears in the mice. After intraperitoneal injected with cyclophosphamide, there was a slight decrease in the degree of SHLI-induced vascular hyperpermeability, but there was no marked changes in the degree of the SHLI-induced vascular hyperpermeability after the mice were pretreated with Compound 48/80.
CONCLUSIONSHLI in clinic equivalent dose can cause vascular hyperpermeability. Baicalin, forsythin and caffeotannic may not result in the PR of SHLI. The mechanism of the PR maybe relate to that SHLI stimulates histamine release, the activation of leucocyte maybe take part in the SHLI-induced PR, too. Antihistamine drug can prevent the genesis of PR which induced by SHLI.

OBJECTIVETo provide data for the occupational health supervision by analyzing the occupational health status in manufacturing industry in Guangzhou, China.
METHODSThe occupational health investigation was performed in 280 enterprises randomly selected from 8 industries based on industry stratification. According to the occupational health standards, 198 out of the 280 enterprises were supervised and monitored. Sample testing was performed in 3~5 workplaces where workers were exposed to the highest concentration/intensity of occupational hazard for the longest time. Comparative analyses of the overproof rates of hazard were performed among enterprises, workplaces, and testing items from different industries.
RESULTSThe concentrations of occupational hazard in 42.93% (85/198) of enterprises and 22.96% (200/871) of workplaces were above the limit concentration. The most severe hazards were the noises in shipbuilding and wooden furniture industries and the welding fumes in shipbuilding industry. Less than 30% of enterprises were able to provide occupational health examination and periodic test reports of occupational hazard in workplaces. The rate of the workers with abnormal occupational health examination results and the need for reexamination reached 6.63% (832/12 549), and they were mostly from shipbuilding, wooden furniture, and chemical industries.
CONCLUSIONThe occupational health supervision should be strengthened in enterprises, and hazard from noises and dusts should be selectively controlled or reduced. The publication of relevant data and information of occupational health in enterprises should be promoted to enhance social supervision.
