China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:In order to promote the rational drug use in China,we undertook a multi-center international indicators field survey of rational drug use(RDU).METHODS:According to the international RDU indicators of WHO/IN?RUD,a multi-center,random and on-site survey to the prescriptions and patients was carried out on the same day at7dif?ferent level hospitals.RESULTS:Prescription indicators:the average number of drugs per prescription was2.63;the percent?age of antibiotics prescribed was38.3%;and the percentage of preparations for injection prescribed was20.4%;the percentage of drugs prescribed from essential drug list(EDL)was69.6%.Patient care indicators:average consultation time was7.17minutes;average dispensing time was15.4seconds;percentage of drugs actually dispensed was100%;percentage of drugs ac?tually labeled was99%;percentage of patients'knowledge of correct dosage was86.3%.CONCLUSION:It is practicable and effective to get the data by using the indicators of WHO/INRUD.The rational drug use and the care from doctors and phar?macists to the patients are not enough in China, which remains to be improved.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(1):1-4
Objective To investigate the level and relationships of posttraumatic growth (PTG) and psychological distress among patients with prostate cancer. Method Totally 116 patients with prostate cancer involved in the investigation by a self-designed demographic questionnaire, posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI) and distress thermometer (DT). Results The total score of PTGI was (53.12 ± 13.51), at a low level, and the score of DT was (4.32 ± 2.59), at a medium level. The score of DT was negatively correlated to the scores of PTG and its dimensions (all P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with prostate cancer show a low level of PTG and a medium level of psychological distress and they are negatively related . Therefore , nurses should take measures to reduce the patients psychological distress and then improve their PTG level.

Objective To study the expression of transcription factor miR‐200b and CEA and the correlation between the two transcription factors in the process of occurrence and development of colorectal cancer .Methods Expression miR‐200b and CEA mRNA by real‐time PCR in 60 colon cancer tissues and corresponding normal tissues were detected and the results were compared with the clinical features and pathological characters .The relationship between the mRNA expression of miR‐200b and CEA in 60 colon cancer tissues was determined .Results The expression rate of CEA mRNA was detectable to highly expressed rates in colon cancer tissues than that in matched normal tissues (P<0 .01) ,whereas miR‐200b mRNA in the colon cancer tissues was signifi‐cantly lower than that in the matched normal tissues(P<0 .01) .There was no significant correlation between miR‐200b ,CEA mR‐NA expression and age ,sex ,tumor location(P>0 .05) .Loss expression or down regulation expression of miR‐200b mRNA was de‐tected ,whereas CEA mRNA was detectable to highly expressed in the different histological grade and Dukes stages .The expression of miR‐200b mRNA and CEA mRNA were positively correlated with the histological grade in colon cancer .A significant correlation was found between the expression of miR‐200b mRNA and CEA mRNA (r= -0 .790 ,P<0 .001) .Conclusion Loss or down regu‐lation expression of miR‐200b mRNA ,whereas CEA is detectable to highly expressed in colon cancer .Negative correlation occurred in miR‐200b mRNA and CEA mRNA indicates that miR‐200b and CEA provide the new clues of genetic diagnosis and treatment .

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of blocking blood flow in interstitial tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscopic opening-taking embryo operation. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with lump interstitial tubal pregnancies (requesting reserve procreate function) from January 2006 to December 2013 were chosen.Among them,56 patients were in study group (January 2010-December 2013) and 42 patients were in control group (January 2006-December 2009).All patients were treated with opening-taking embryo by laparoscopic operation. In study group,we first blocked the uterine artery and ovarian artery blood supply of pregnancy lump, secondly opened pregnancy lump and stripped gestation sac with hydraulic pressure separation during operation.Whereas,in control group,we opened pregnancy lump and taken out pregnancy tissues according to convention method without blocking blood flow.Operation success rate, operation blood volume, operation time, persistent ectopic pregnancy (PEP) happening rate, fallopian tube unobstructed information, and pregnancy information after operation were compared between two groups. Results In study group, operation success rate was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (61.9%) (P <0.01) ; operation blood volume was[(20.7 ± 10.4)ml],which was significantly less than that in control group [(60.7 ± 18.4) ml] (P < 0.01) ; operation time [(46.6 ±14.2) min] was significantly shorter than that in control group [(66.5 ± 19.4) min] (P < 0.01) ; there was no PEP in study group, while there were 5 PEPs (11.9%) in control group.Fallopian tube unobstructed rate after operation in study group (76.9%) was significantly higher than that in control group (41.7%) (P < 0.05).Conclusions Application of blocking blood flow in opening-taking embryo by laparoscopic operation on lump interstitial tubal pregnancies is safe and effective.

OBJECTIVE :To explore the influencing factors of rational drug use(RDU)and time length of effect after intervention on RDU.METHODS:A field investigation was carried out on the core indices of international RDU index by the way of comparison. The investigation was carried out at three stages:1 year before intervention,1 year after intervention, and 4 years after intervention.Data statistics was analyzed by SPSS 11.1 software.RESULTS:The number of drug varieties per capita dropped from 2.76(before intervention)to 2.09(1 year after intervention),and remained 2.08(P

Objective:To investigate the optimal time of coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) after taking nitroglycerine, and to provide basis for improving the image quantity of CCTA .Methods:43 patients underwent CCTA were scanned with coronary artery calcium score (CACS)after taking nitroglycerin 0,3,5 and 10 min. Then the diameters of the same coronary artery from the same anatomic location and the expanding rates were measured, and the change regular was analyzed with single factor analysis of variance of SPSS 17.0 software. Results:The average coronary artery expanding rate was 8% 3 min after taking nitroglycerin, and the difference was significant compared with 0 min (P<0.05);but there were 5 patients whose coronary artery didn’t expand. The coronary artery expanded obviously 5 and 10 min after taking nitroglycerin compared with 0 and 3 min (P<0.05);the maximum expanding rates at 5 and 10 min were both 38%.There were 13 and 28 patients whose coronary artery reached the maximum expanding rates (17% and 19%)5 and 10 min after taking nitroglycerin, respectively;the coronary artery of 2 patients expanded at a same level at 5 and 10 min.The average expanding rates of coronary artery had no significant differences between 5 and 10 min (P>0.05 ).Conclusion:Taking nitroglycerin can significantly expand the diameter of coronary arteries. It is necessary to perform CCTA during 5-1 0 min after taking nitroglycerine.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(8):1034-1036
The operating room is the main place of surgery, but there exist many ethical problems when developing quality nursing service in operating rooms. These problems mainly related to the imperfect preoperative and postoperative visit systems, the lack of effective communication and protection of patients privacy during the operations, and the lack of self-discipline spirit. To solve these problems,we should improve the preoperative and postoperative visit system, strengthen the psychological counseling for patients, cultivate the nurses' self-discipline spirit, respect and protect the privacy of patients,so as to improve the quality of nursing service in the operation rooms, and better service for patients.
