ObjectiveTo investigate an optimal treatment of localized low flow type venous malformation located in the oral and maxillofacial region.MethodsFifty seven patients with localized low-flow venous malformation were treated by intralesional injection of PYM.The injections was repeated at an interval of 10 to 14 days, but not more than 3-5 sessions within a therapeutic period. If necessary, the secondary therapeutic period was performed 1 month later. The general and local adverse responses and the appearance improvement were recorded. The clinical outcomes and aesthetic effects were assessed with a follow-up of 1 to 3 years.ResultsAfter 3-8 injections, complete clinical resolutions were achieved in 52 patients. The deformity disappeared thoroughly. The surface skin and the appearance of lesions showed normal.4 patients received completed lesion control and showed nor mal skin or muco but a little hypertrophy tissue. One venous malformation reduced 2/3 volume after 8injections but improved slowly. The therapeutic time seemed to be related with the size of lesion.Diameter less than 3 cm could be usually cured within 1 treatment period. No ulcerations or scars were presented in injection regions. The function of nerves in oral and maxillofacial region remained normality in all patients. The systematic complication included transient pyrexia and poor appetite appeared in several cases. No allergy was found. No clinical recurrence was observed during the follow-up.ConclusionsTreatment of localized low-flow venous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region with PYM sclerotherapy reveals a high rate of complete clinical resolution,a fair cosmetic and function result, and does not damage facial nerves or form local scars. And it might be regard as an optimal therapeutic method to localized low-flow venous malformations.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of lncRNA-CASC2 (CASC2) /miR-155-5p/APC axis to the progression of non-Hodgikn lymphoma (NHL).
METHODS:
The expression level of CASC2 and miR-155-5p in NHL cell lines were examined by qRT-PCR. Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to verify the relationship between miR-155-5p, CASC2 and APC. The effects of CASC/miR-155-5p/APC axis to the proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of NK-92 cells were detected by MTT, Transwell assay and flow cytometry assay, respectively.
RESULTS:
CASC2 was downregulated in NHL cell lines. Overexpression of CASC2 could inhibit the proliferation and invasion of NK-92 cells, and promote its apoptosis. Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed that there was a targeting relationship between miR-155-5p, CASC2 and APC. The restoration experiments proved that knockdown of both miR-155-5p and CASC2 or APC could restore the inhibitory effect of miR-155-5p silencing to the biological behavior of NK-92 cells.
CONCLUSION
Overexpression of CASC2 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of NK-92 cells, promote the apoptosis of NK-92 cells via targeting miR-155-5p and upregulating APC expression.

Objective To evaluate the value of non-gated 64 multi-slice CT in left atrium and pulmonary vein imaging. Methods The clinical data of 127 patients with atrial fibrillation who had underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation from September 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, non- gated technique scanning was used in 107 cases (non- gated technique group), and gated technique scanning was used in 20 cases (gated technique group). The volume rendering (VR) of post-processing technique was used to observe the anatomic structures of the left atrium and pulmonary vein. Results In non-gated technique group, there were 101 cases with good left atrial filling, 4 cases with acceptable filling and 2 cases with poor filling; in gated technique group, there were 18 cases with good left atrial filling and 2 cases with acceptable filling. There was no statistical difference in the image quality of left atrium between 2 groups (P>0.05). Among 107 patients of non- gated technique group, the standard type of 4 pulmonary veins was in 90 cases (84.1%), and the variation of pulmonary veins was in 17 cases (15.9%). Conclusions The anatomic structures of pulmonary veins and left atrium could be displayed clearly in non-gated 64 multi-slice CT with reconstruction techniques, which has important value in the guidance of radiofrequency catheter ablation for treatment of atrial fibrillation.
4.Application of grey model and ARIM multiple seasonal model in the prediction of brucellosis in Chengde of Heibei Province
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2018;37(4):338-340
Objective The grey model [GM (1,1)] and the ARIMA multiple seasonal model were used to predict the incidence trend of brucellosis in Chengde, and the effects of predictions of the two models is compared. Methods According to the statistical results of epidemiological research results of monthly brucellosis patients in Chengde from 2008 to 2014,we established the ARIMA multiple seasonal model and GM (1,1) model, individually predicted the trend of brucellosis in 2015.Compared with the actual monitoring results, the average relative error was used to verify the reliability of the model. Results GM (1,1) model was (X)0(k) =0.001 6 (X)0 + 23 712.31) exp [0.001 6 (k-t0)],and the optimal model for determining the ARIMA multiple seasonal model of product was ARIMA (0,1,1) × (0,1,0)12.The average relative errors of the two models predicted in 2015 from January to December compared with the actual monitoring data were 114.82% and 11.66%.Conclusion The product ARIMA multiple seasonal model has better predictive effect on brucellosis, and can be used for short-term forecasting.

Objective To observe MRI features of H3K27M mutant type and wild type astrocyte differentiated diffuse midline glioma(DMG)in spinal cord. Methods Totally 91 patients with astrocyte differentiation diffuse midline glioma(DMG)in spinal cord confirmed by pathology were retrospectively enrolled and divided into mutant group(n=44)and wild group(n=47)according to H3K27M status.Clinical and MRI manifestations were compared between groups, and logistic regression analysis was used to screen the impact factors of H3K27M mutation. Results The incidence of peritumoral edema and spinal cord cavity in mutant group were lower than those in wild group(both P<0.05),while no significant difference of other parameters was found between groups(all P>0.05).All clinical and MRI parameters were included in logistic regression analysis, and the result showed that they were not influencing factors of H3K27M mutation(all P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of peritumoral edema and spinal cord cavity in spinal cord H3K27M mutant type astrocyte differentiated DMG were lower than those of wild type, yet not sufficient to be regarded as impact factors for predicting H3K27M mutation of DMG.
