1.Clinical Observation on 50 Hz Frequency of Electricity Stimulating Finger Extensor Tendon for Hand Dysfunction Caused by Incident Storke
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(7):565-567
Objective] To study the effect of 50 hz frequency of electricity stimulating finger extensor tendon for hand dysfunction caused by incident storke. [Methods] 67 cases diagnosed as hand dysfunction of incident storke patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group(33 cases in treatment group, 34 cases in control group). The control group was given Bobath method for hand function recovery training. The treatment group was given 50 hz frequency of electricity stimulating finger extensor tendon on the basis of Bobath rehabilitation treatment, 5 times every week, for 4 weeks. Evaluate patients' symptoms improvement, before and after, with Fugl-Meyer grade(hand part) and modified Barthel index evaluation, and then make statistical analysis of the results. [Result] After the treatment, the grades, Fugl-Meyer grade(hand part) and modified Barthel index, of two groups both increased significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.01); Both of the grades of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.01). [Conclusion] 50 hz electrical stimulating finger extensor tendon can significantly improve hand dysfunction caused by incident storke, improve their abilities of daily life.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and complication of combined endoscopic trerapy of the acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP). Methods 70 cases of acute biliary pancreatitis were treated in our hospital in recent 7 years.37 cases(group E) admitted undergone emergency endoscope procedure were treated with endoscopi- cretrograde cholongiopancreatography ( ERCP ), endpscopic sphincterotomy ( EST ) and endoscope naso-biliary drainage(ENBD) in 24h after be hospitalized. 33 cases(group C) were treated with conservation treatment or opera-tion treatment. Results Achievement ratio of endoscopic management was 92 %. There was no severe complication or mortality in group E. The duration of symptoms and hospitalization in endoscopy group were significantly shorter than those in group C(P<0.01). The change of serum and urine amylase was not significant between two groups in the first day after treatment(P > 0.05). But the serum and urine amylase of group E were significantly lower than those in group C in the second day(P< 0.05) and more significantly lower in the third day after treatment(P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Early endoscopic therapy is safe and effective in ABP patients. It is a valuable method to treat a- cute biliary pancreatitis.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic hernioplasty for inguinal hernia in aged males.Method Forty cases of inguinal hernia in aged males were treated with laparoscopic hernioplasty(group L),while other 46 cases were treated with traditional inguinal hernioplasty(group S).Results To compare with group S,the time be in hospital and the time leave off the bed were significantly shorter in group L(P<0.01 or<0.05),but the mean operation time were longer and the operation expenses Was higher in group L(P<0.05).Followed up for 2-47 months, there were no recurrence in two groups. Conclusions Laparoscopic hernioplasty for inguinal hernia in aged males can shorten the hospitalization time, quicken postoperative recovery. The comphcation is little and the wound ache is light.Along with the further improvement of laparoseopic technique and the amelioration of laparoscopic instrument.the opera-tion time will further shorten, the expenses also will descend. It will be a ideal way for the therapy of inguinal hernia in aged males.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and rational treatment of traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma(TRPH). Methods Retrospective analysis was done on the clinical data of 96 cases of TRPH admitted in our hospital in the past 10 years. Results Eighty two patients received operation, of whom,73 combined with other celiac organ injuries. The other 14 patients were treated by non surgery. Two patients combined brain trauma and 1 with hemorrhagic shock died during operation, and 2 died of multiorgan failure postoperatively. Conclusions Early diagonsis depends on clinical appearance, abdominocentsis, B ultrasonography and CT. Operation should be done immediately,if the patient has the following condition:(1)apparant hemorrhagic shock after blunt trauma;(2) comfirmed celiac viscera trauma or blood vessel trauma;and (3)retroperitoneal hematoma caused by penetric trauma. Kidney surrounding hematoma or hematoma in pelvis area needs no immediate operation.

Objective To investigate the principle and its clinical initial application of the dual-energy imaging with the dual-source CT and increase the realization of it. Methods According to the research results of the dual-energy imaging with the dual-source CT and the course of development of the dual-energy imaging to analyze and summarize the basis radiological physics, the principles, the correlation parameters and the clinical initial application of the dual -energy imaging with the dual -source CT. Results The dual -energy imaging with the dual -source CT is different from other common dual-energy imaging, it has its own special feature. Conclusion According to the analysis of the dual-energy imaging with the dual-source CT, greatly increase the realization of the dual-energy imaging with the dual-source CT.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Objective To improve the diagnostic accurate rate by studying best values of chest posterior-anterior digital medical images in soft-copy reading. Methods 100 normal adults’ chest posterior-anterior digital medical images in recent 10 days in our hospital were randomly chosen. Five specialists of our department were invited to see these images by soft-copy reading and the best WW/WL values of different parts of the chest they selected were recorded. All the data were analyzed in statistics and the best WW/WL was got. Results The best WW/WL values of soft tissues of chest wall were 2 083/4 840,ribs 2 667/4 908,lung fiber 2 067/4 960,hilum of lung 1 848/5 130,heart and large vessels 2 206/5 438,mediastinum and diaphragm 2 180/5 530,thoracic vertebrae 1 471/5 801,ribs that covered by heart and diaphragm1 428/5 975. Conclusion Different parts in chest poster -anterior digital medical images need special WW/WL in soft-copy reading for better diagnosis of images.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of cholecystokinin receptor antagonist proglumide on the pancreatic function of post-ERCP. Methods The frequency and mortality of acute pancreatitis of post-ERCP, and the plasma contents of cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK-OP) and amylase were compared among control group(group C),octreotide treatment group(group O) and proglumide treatment group(group P). Results The frequency of acute pancreatitis of post-ERCP in group C was 13.6%(3/20), which was significantly higher than that in Group O(5%,1/20) and group P (4.0%,1/25)(P0.05). The contents of plasma CCK-OP were significantly lower in group P than those in groups O and C 4h after ERCP (P0.05). Conclusion Proglumide could inhibit the action of cholecystokinin-octapeptide, and decreas the hyperamylasemia and the frequency of pancreatitis of post-ERCP as octreotide.
