Objective To analyze the structure and grow th trend of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) senior professional and technical personnel in Chongqing from 2001 to 2010 ,and to put forward a proposal on feasible countermeasures of TCM senior pro-fessional and technical personnel development of Chongqing .Methods Literature review of statistical yearbook of ministry of health ,state administration of traditional Chinese Medicine and expert counseling methods were used to analyze the structure and grow th trend of TCM senior professional and technical personnel in Chongqing from 2001 to 2010 .Results From 2001 to 2010 ,the structure of TCM senior professional and technical personnel in secondary senior position accounted for 85 .42% .which with bache-lor degree accounted for 94 .04% ,the growth rate of highly educated professional and technical personnel(15 .13% ) was high than the integral level(12 .25% ) ,but still had low proportion(16 .36% ) .Conclusion A serious lack of master and doctor or senior title of Chongqing TCM professional and technical personnel is not proved ,and the growth slows down in recent years .
2.On the moral education of medical students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
With the pluralistic need of medical service in the country,non-technical ser-vice has become the crucial part of core competencies of the medical institution.Therefore,pro-fessional ethics is considered the most important by the units in employing new members. It’s necessary to train students with good morality by combining the moral education with profes-sional education so as to meet the changes in the social needs.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(27):4282-4287
BACKGROUND:According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, stimulating certain acupoints of the body after exercise may improve its antioxidant capacity, but different acupoints have different effects. OBJECTIVE:To compare the effect of different acupuncture combinations on the antioxidant capacity of myocardial and liver tissues in rats after exhausted swimming exercise, and screen out the optimal acupoint combination for exercise-induced fatigue. METHODS:Seventy Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into five groups: control group (n=10), model group (n=15),Sanyinjiao +Zusanli group (n=15),Shenshu +Zusanli group (n=15),Dazhui+Zusanli group (n=15). Except the control group, rats in the other four groups were subject to exhausted swimming. In the three acupuncture groups, rats were given acupuncture at corresponding acupint combinations at 15 minutes after exercise. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the myocardial and liver tissues were significantly reduced in the model group, while the malonaldehyde content in cardiac muscle was significantly increased. Compared with the model group, the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the cardiac muscle were significantly increased inSanyinjiao +Zusanli group, the superoxide dismutase in liver tissue was significantly increased inShenshu+Zusanli group, the malonaldehyde content in the myocardial tissue was significantly decreased in Sanyinjiao +Zusanli group and Dazhui +Zusanligroup, the malonaldehyde content in the liver tissue was significantly decreased in Sanyinjiao +Zusanligroup. Different acupuncture combinations have different effects on the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase, as wel as the malonaldehyde content in the myocardial and liver tissues of fatigued rats. Acupunture could increase the antioxidant ability in cardiac muscle of rats and the best combination might beDazhui+Zusanli; acupoint combinations ofShenshu +Zusanli andSanyinjiao +Zusanli are specific for liver tissue.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Objective To develop a plateau emergency medical treatment system on the helicopter for firstaid of critical patients in the plateau at peace time and wartime.Method With the characteristics of M17B-7 helicopter considered, the components of the system were supposed to include a chest for pulmonary resuscitation and monitoring,a firstaid backpack, two thermal bags and four transport stretchers. Results The resuscitation and monitoring device was gifted with perfect ergonomic design, and the requirements for firstaid, resuscitation, rewarming and heat preservation were satisfied by the firstaid backpack and thermal bags. The system could be applied to emergency treatment of combined, multiple injuries, such as dressing, hemostasia and fixation,as well as keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed, efficient respiratory support, maintenance of vital signs and treatment of cold injury. Conclusion The plateau emergency medical treatment system on the helicopter behaves well in medical treatment and field survival ability, and thus can be allocated according to service requirements and troops' organizational system for searching and firstaid of the person in distress in the plateau.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(46):7484-7491
BACKGROUND:Metabolic characteristics of the 800 meters race is not very clear, which creates a lot of obstacles for the exercise training of 800 meters race. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics of material and energy metabolism of 800 meters race, to improve the scientific training of the 800 meters race and to verify the feasibility of nuclear magnetic resonance-based urine metabonomics in sports training monitoring. METHODS: Seven middle distance athletes were subject to an 800 meters race at ultimate intensity, and their urine metabonomics analysis was conducted in combination with the Human Metabolism Database and other databases before and after exercise. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:OPLS-DA model showed that the metabolic samples before and after movement presented the cluster-like distribution. The change was mainly caused by the folowing metabolites, including leucine, lactic acid, creatinine, succinic acid, hypoxanthine, and adenosine. Through the analysis we could infer that the 800 meters race is a sport event mainly dependent on glycolysis for energy supply, working together with raw phosphate and aerobic oxidation for energy supply. The amino acid metabolism and methane metabolism of the athletes were more vigorous after 800 meters running, and moreover, there were certain oxidative stress during the 800 meters race. These findings indicate that nuclear magnetic resonance-based urine metabonomics takes the advantages of invasive, high sensitivity, less sample requirement, simple processing.

Objective:To evaluate the toxicity of NaHCO3 coagulated silica gel for coating on the zirconia bonding surface in vivo. Methods:The silica gel was subjected to short term systemic toxicity test by delayed-type hypersensitivity test by oral route and oral mucosa irritation test according to the YY/T 0244-1 996 standards,T1 6886.1 0-2005 /ISO 1 0993-1 0:2002 standards and YY/T 01 27. 1 3-2009 standards respectively. Results:In the short term systemic acute toxicity tested mice there was no significant difference in the weekly food utilization rate and relative body weight growth rate between the experimental and control groups. No abnormality and path-ological change were observed. The delayed-type hypersensitivity test showed that no erythema and edema reaction presented in all the test cavies after 24 and 48 h of stimulation contact, and the sensitization rate was 0.There was no local or systemic pathological change in all the oral mucosa irritation test animals.Conclusion:NaHCO3 procoagulant silica gel has no in vivo toxicity.
