Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using adsorption method combined with warm saline in heparin- free dialysis for patients with high risk bleeding tendency in order to reduce blood ag-glutination in the dialyzer and pipeline. Methods 60 patients with high risk bleeding tendency who were to undergo long- term hemodialysis (HD) were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 eases in each group, they both adopted heparin- free dialysis. The control group used saline washing of room temperature, while the experimental group adopted adsorption method combined with warm saline during washing. The completion of dialysis as well as the agglutination in the dialyzer and pipeline were ob-served. Results Number of patients who completed the dialysis were more, the completion rate of dialysis was higher and agglutination of dialyzer and pipeline decreased in the experimental group than those in the control group. Conclusions Agglutination of dialyzer and pipeline can be reduced and the aim of safe and effective heparin- free dialysis can be reached when using adsorption method combined with warm saline.

Objective To research and analyze about the quality of life of patients after liver or kid-ney transplantation and return to work aiming at understanding the influence of return to work on their quality of life. Methods The general condition questionnaire and the generic quality of life inventory- 74 (GQOLI-74) were used to survey the quality of life of 30 patients who returned to work after liver or kidney transplantation (the experimental group), the results were compared with 30 cases of the same kinds who did not return to work (the control group). The influence of return to work after liver or kidney transplanta-tion on quality of life was analyzed. Results The total score of quality of life, the score of every dimension and factor were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group. Conclusions Return to work contributes to improvement of quality of life for patients after liver or kidney transplantation.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of neuroendoscopic hematoma removal versus soft channel drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma. Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with chronic subdural hematoma who received treatment in Jincheng People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the neuroendoscopy group ( n = 50) and the soft channel group ( n = 52) according to different surgical methods. Perioperative indexes, hematoma clearance rate, China Stroke Scale score, the activity of daily living score, and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups. All patients were followed up for 3 months. The incidence of complications during the follow-up period was calculated. Results:The retention time of the drainage tube in the neuroendoscopy group was shorter than that in the soft channel group [(2.45 ± 0.63) days vs. (3.30 ± 0.78) days, t = 6.06, P < 0.001]. The length of hospital stay in the neuroendoscopy group was shorter than that in the soft channel group [(7.14 ± 1.65) days vs. (9.07 ± 2.11) days, t = 5.15, P < 0.001]. The hematoma clearance rate at postoperative 7 days in the neuroendoscopy group was higher than that in the soft channel group [(93.45 ± 5.50)% vs. (81.86 ± 7.24)%, χ2 = 9.12, P < 0.001]. There were no significant differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (both P > 0.05). At postoperative 30 days, the China Stroke Scale score in the neuroendoscopy group was lower than that in the soft channel group [(12.74 ± 2.23) points vs. (18.67 ± 2.45) points, t = 12.79, P < 0.001]. The activity of daily life score in the neuroendoscopy group was significantly higher than that in the soft channel group [(77.69 ± 7.11) points vs. (91.35 ± 7.25) points, t = 9.60, P < 0.001]. At postoperative 7 days, glutathione peroxidase level in the neuroendoscopy group was significantly lower than that in the soft channel group [(130.75 ± 13.66) U/L vs. (148.60 ± 14.64) U/L, t = 6.37, P < 0.001]. Malondialdehyde level in the neuroendoscopy group was significantly lower than that in the soft channel group [(5.11 ± 0.65) nmol/L vs. (6.19 ± 0.74) nmol/L, t = 7.83, P < 0.001]. Superoxide dismutase level in the neuroendoscopy group was significantly higher than that in the soft channel group [(275.60 ± 22.33) U/L vs. (254.60 ± 18.55) U/L, t = 5.15, P < 0.001]. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion:Compared with soft channel drainage, neuroendoscopic hematoma removal can obtain better short-term curative effects and less oxidative stress response in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma. Neuroendoscopic hematoma removal does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications and is highly safe.

Objective:To investigate the preschool period neurodevelopmental status and analyze the perioperative data which associated with delayed neurodevelopment in patients underwent antergrade cerebral perfusion(ACP).Methods:To access the preschool period neurodevelopmental status in patients underwent ACP using Griffiths mental development scale-Chinese(GDS-C). Patients were classified as normal development group(ND) and low development group(LD) depending on the outcomes of assessment. Perioperative data including age, weight, CPB time, aortic cross-clamp time, mean arterial pressure, ACP time and flow were analyzed retrospectively.Results:62 children who met the inclusion criteria, of which 19 were accessed by GDS-C scale. Fourteen cases were lagged in general quotient(GQ) compared with normal children. The outcomes of assessment in six subscales of GDS-C scale indicated that 13 cases were delayed in language(C) and practical reasoning(F). Eight cases were delayed in locomotor(A) and personal-social(B). Eleven cases were delayed in eye-hand coordination(D). Ten cases were delayed in performance(E). The children in LD group had significant longer CPB time and aortic cross-clamp time than those in ND group. There were no differences between two groups in other perioperative data. Conclusion:The incidence of preschool period neurodevelopmental delay after ACP in infants is relatively high. In detailed analysis, their language and practical reasoning ability are lagged significantly. In addition, the longer time of CPB and aortic cross-clamp are associated with the neurodevelopmental delay.

Four new sesquiterpene quinone meroterpenoids, dysideanones F-G (1-2) and dysiherbols D-E (3-4), were isolated from the marine sponge Dysidea avara collected from the South China Sea. The new structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data including HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectra, and their absolute configurations were assigned by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and ECD calculations. Anti-inflammatory evaluation showed that dysiherbols D-E (3-4) exhibited moderate inhibitory activity on TNF-α-induced NF-κB activation in human HEK-293T cells with IC50 values of 10.2 and 8.6 μmol·L-1, respectively.
