Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with medicine ion ducted by intermediate frequency electricity on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods60 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were divided into the acupuncture combined with medicine ion ducted by intermediate frequency electricity group (group A) and acupuncture group (group B) with 30 cases in each group. The group A was treated by acupuncture combined with medicine ion ducted by intermediate frequency electricity and the group B was treated by acupuncture only.ResultsThe cure rate and the efficiency rate were 70% and 93% in the group A, 33.3% and 90% in thegroup B respectively. The therapeutic effect of the group A was obviously superior to that of the group B ( P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine ion ducted by intermediate frequency electricity shows an obvious effect on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional psychological intervention on anxiety and depression condition in patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF ) . Methods A total of 200 hospitalized patients with CHF in the cardiology department of Beijing Electric Power Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and assigned to the control group and the intervention group according to random number table. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the intervention group were given three-dimensional psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) scores before and after the intervention were compared between two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between two groups;after the intervention, SAS and SDS scores were significantly improved compared with the scores before intervention in two groups (P<0.05), and after the intervention, the improving degree of SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Three-dimensional psychological intervention can improve the anxiety and depression in patients with CHF.

Objective To explore the status of clinical learning environment and stress among nursing students during initial period of clinical practice and analyze the correlation between them. Methods With purpose sampling method,219 nursing students, who did rotating practice in eight departments of Beijing Electric Power Hospital of State Grid from July 2015 to February 2016 were selected and surveyed by clinical learning environment assessment scale and practice stress scale. Results The nursing students' assessment on clinical learning environment was (172.99±19.36) points, and the average score of entries was (4.12±0.51). Scores of various dimensions with a descending order were:interpersonal relationship (4.31±0.50),working environment and teamwork spirit (4.25±0.50),task orientation (4.23±0.47),innovation (4.11±0.52),students' involvement (4.06±0.51),and individuality (3.51±0.86). Scores of the nursing students' perceived stress during initial period of practice were (31.89±13.94) points, with average score of (1.10±0.48). Scores of stress sources with a descending order were:lack of professional knowledge and skills (1.44±0.61) points, taking care of patients (1.33±0.55),assignments and workload (1.19±0.60),clinical environment (0.93±0.52),clinical teachers (0.88±0.53),and companions and daily life (0.75±0.55). Perceived stress had a negative correlation with learning environment (r=-0.160,P<0.05).Conclusions The more satisfied to the clinical learning environment, the less stress the students perceive;it is recommended that students' learning environment should be improved,so as to relieve their perceived stress during clinical practice and improve quality of nursing education.

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive treatment on elderly diabetes patients with early diabetic foot lesion .Methods Infrared thermography was used to check the temperature of double lower-limb skin in elderly patients with diabetes , then the temperature difference of both sides was compared .A total of 106 patients received comprehensive treatment of drug treatment intervention , physical intervention , health guidance, whose graphic showed the temperature difference .Then, observed the values of temperature difference , positive area, discomfort and blood glucose of patients before and after the intervention .Results Significant differences were showed in terms of the values of temperature difference [(1.91 ±1.21) vs (0.21 ±0.12)℃;t=8.817,P<0.01] positive area change situation of lower limbs [(9.90 ±5.52) vs (1.90 ±0.52)cm2;t=11.574,P<0.01], HbA1C [(7.90 ±1.32) vs (6.88 ±0.52)%;t=7.402,P<0.01]before and 3 months after intervention among 106 elderly diabetes patients with early diabetic foot lesion .Conclusions It was found that infrared thermography had a positive effect on finding abnormal imaging changes of the foot skin temperature in elderly patients with diabetes timely .And comprehensive treatment of drug treatment intervention , physical intervention , health guidance can effectively prevent diabetic foot complications happening .

Objective To investigate the effect of group cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF ) .Methods One hundred patients with CHF were recruited from January 2012 to December 2013 in cardiovascular department , and were divided into the intervention group and the control group , with 50 patients each .Comprehensive intervention including routine heart failure care and group cognitive behavioral therapy combined with other therapies was adopted on the patients in the intervention group .The Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) and the Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) were used to compare the difference of anxiety and depression between groups .Results At the baseline, the incidence of anxiety was 25%, within which 11 patients had mild anxiety , and 10 patients had moderate anxiety, and 4 patients had severe anxiety. The incidence of depression was 39%, within which 19 patients had mild depression , and 14 patients had moderate depression , and 6 patients had severe depression .The score of SAS and SDS in the intervention group after intervention were (36.90 ±8.465) and (27.53 ±7.162), respectively, which were significantly lower than (40.91 ±8.019) and (36.78 ±10.562) in the control group (t=9.244,10.335, respectively;P<0.01).Conclusions Group cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure .

Objective To investigate the early and mid-term clinical outcomes of the modified cone reconstruction in the treatment of Ebstein’s anomaly (EA). Methods Clinical data of 18 consecutive patients with EA in our hospital between May 2008 and August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by echocardiography. There were 8 males and 10 females with an average age of 20.3 years ranging from 5 to 41 years. According to New York Heart Association classification, 12 patients were classified into grade Ⅱ and 6 grade Ⅲ. One patient had acute arterial embolism and amputation of left lower extremity caused by paradoxical embolism of combined secundum atrial septal defect, and another one was combined with double-orifice technique due to postoperative poor closure of tricuspid valve. The modified cone reconstruction was used to correct the EA, to make leaflets coapted well and form central blood flow. For those patients whose anterior leaflet developed poor and smaller, valve leaflet was widened by using autologous pericardial. For all patients, tricuspid annulus was reinforced by autologous pericardial. Results Two patients suffered arrhythmia, and returned to normal after medication. The rest patients recovered well without death. Echocardiography found 1 patient with moderate regurgitation and the rest of patients’ leaflets coapted well and had no tricuspid stenosis. They were followed up 9 to 38 months postoperatively, and cardiac function of gradeⅠin 14 patients and gradeⅡin 4 patients. Conclusion The early and mid-term clinical outcomes of the modified cone reconstruction in the treatment of EA are affirmative which can make leaflets coapt completely and have a strong anti-regurgitation ability, reducing the incidence of re-operation, valve replacement and postoperative mortality.
