1.Bioactive alkaloids from sponge-derived actinomyces sh6004
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To isolate and identify the antitumor components of the fermentation of the actinomyces sh6004 derived from a piece of sponge(unidentified)collected in Jiaozhou Bay.Methods The antitumor components were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation and using solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.Their structures were established by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. The cyto- toxicity of compound 4 and the antimicrobial activities of compounds were evaluated by SRB and paper disc method, respectively. Results and Conclusion Four alkaloid compounds were i- solated and identified as bisdethiobis-(methylthio)-gliotoxin(1),actinomycin D(2),actino- mycin C_(2a)(3)and aetinomycin C_3(4),respectively.Actinomycins were the main antitumor components produced by actinomyces sh6004.Compounds 1~4 showed antimicrobial activi- ties against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis at a concentration of 10?g?mL~(-1).

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
In the evaluation of regional health planning as conducted in various parts of the country, there exist many possibilities with regard to the evaluation subject, evaluation content, evaluation model, and evaluation criteria. The paper analyzes these possibilities and their effect on the evaluation results and puts forward operational suggestions for such evaluation. With regard to the evaluation subject, the key role ought to be given to external evaluators, with internal evaluators playing an auxiliary role. With regard to the evaluation content, it is appropriate for the local governments or health administrative departments to conduct continuous plan evaluation and implementation evaluation, whereas policy evaluation ought to be conducted with the help of external evaluators such as academic societies. With regard to operability, it is proper for the local governments to conduct routine and periodic evaluations with fixed goals. The paper also discusses the realistic meanings embodied in various situations and solutions in case of a gap between the rational goals, planned goals and current index values in the evaluation of regional health planning. Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) are a subclinical terminal microvascular disease in which the blood exudates or leaks out from the tiny blood vessels and the small lesions were formed by the deposition of hemosiderin in the brain tissue. The pathogenesis of cerebral microbleeds is different depending on the location, with lobar CMBs attributed to cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), while cerebrovascular diseases caused by hypertension are an important cause of deep and subtentorium CMBs. The prevalence of CMBs in stroke patients is high, especially in patients with ischemic stroke treated with oral antiplatelet drugs, and long-term (>5 years) treatment may be related to CMBs and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) events. At the same time, a certain burden of microbleeds may cause risk of ICH in the future, but whether the bleeding risk of antiplatelet treatment overweighs the clinical benefit of antithrombotic therapy remains unclear. How to better instruct antiplatelet therapy in patients with ischemic stroke warrants further clinical investigations.
