Firstly, the concept of the construction of standardized psychological consulting room and the current situation of Mental Health Education in foreign countries is proposed. Secondly, the present state and the existing problems in the construction of psychological consulting room in our country university are analyzed. Thirdly, the necessity and significance of the construction of standardized psychological consulting room is discussed, And finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of standardized psychological consulting room in our country university.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of quercetin in LPS-induced acute lung injury. Methods The PaO2, PaCO2, RR and pH, the expression of IL-6、 IL-1β、 TNF-α、 JAK2、 STAT3、 p-JAK2、 p-STAT3, the pathological change and Dry/Wet of Lung tissues were evaluated in rats. Results Quercetin can significantly decrease the pathological change of Lung tissues, the PaCO2, RR and the expression of IL-6、IL-1β、 TNF-α、 p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 with increasing the PaO2, pH and D/W. Therefore, with on influence on the expression of JAK2. Conclusion Quercetin pretreatment decreased LPS-induced acute lung injury by suppressing JAK2/STATA3 signallingto improve exchange ability though reducing inflammation.

Objective To establish the optimal section planes for observing ventricular septal defect(VSD) by real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods In 6 pig hearts with different types of VSD, after high pressural perfusion with coupling reagent, two dimensional, dual plane and RT-3DE were performed with different section planes, estimating with half quantificational visional grade:4 marks,very clear;3 marks,clear;2 marks,not clear enough; 1 marks,not clear. Results Observation by RT-3DE, en-face view of atrial-ventricular(S2a) and en-face view of left ventricular septum(L1a) provided relatively ideal section planes in sub-arterial ventricular septal defect, S2a and en-face view of right ventricular septum(L2a) provided relatively ideal section planes in perimembranous and muscular VSD. Conclusions S2a reflects relatively ideal section plane in sub-arterial, perimembranous and muscular VSD.

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical efficacy of hyperextension reduction with percutaneous kyphoplasty in treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.MethodsTwenty-three patients with 23 vertebral compression fractures underwent hyperextension reduction with percutaneous kyphoplasty from September 2010 to October 2011.The vasual analogue scale(VAS) score and complications were recorded during followed up.Results All cases were successfully experienced the procedure using unilateral or bilateral percutaneous pedicle underwent hyperextension reduction.The operation time was (75 ± 45) minutes,the mean volume of cement injected into each vertebral body was(4.9 ± 1.9) ml.All patients had successful intervention without spinal cord injury,pulmonary embolism.Followed up(7.5 ± 6.5 ) months,the symptoms of the patients were improved,preoperative VAS score was (7.5 ± 0.7 ) scores,reduced to (3.4 ±0.4) scores at day 1 postoperatively,(2.7 ±0.5) scores at day 7 postoperatively and (2.3 ±0.5) scores at month 1 postoperatively,there was significant difference between preoperative and postoperative (P＜ 0.05).ConclusionsApplication of hyperextension reduction with percutaneous kyphoplasty can relieve pain and restore the vertebral body height,it may be an effective treatment method for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography(RT-3D-TEE)in cardiac valvular diseases.Methods Preoperative and postoperative RT-3D-TEE studies were performed in 32 patients who had undertaken cardiac valve repair or valvular replacement using Philips iE33 with X7-2 probe,and quantitative analysed the mitral structure in cases of mitral valve prolapse by using online QLAB7.0 quantitative analysis software.Results RT-3D-TEE can demonstrate the anatomicsl structure clearly,evaluate the function of cardiac valves precisely,and reveal details of type,position and extent of lesions vividly in surgical view.RT-3D-TEE helped correct misdiagnose in 2 cases,revised surgical plans in 3 cases,and guided implementation of remedial surgery in 1 case.Conclusions RT-3D-TEE can present images lively,and it can provide adequate information for preoperative diagnosis,aid the formulation of surgical plan and evaluate surgical effect.

Objective To research the feasibility and accuracy on echocardiography measurement aortic annulus diameter(AAD)at the plane of three Junctions of aortic valve leaflets by real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography(RT-3D-TEE).Methods Twenty-three patients underwent echocardiography and aortic valve replacement because of acquired aortic valve disease.The AAD was measured in parasternal left ventricle long axis view(TTE-AAD)by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)preoperative.The AAD was measured in left ventricle long axis view(TEE-AAD)and the distance of three iunctions of aortic valve leaflets (N,L,R) was measured in aortic short axis view by RT-3D-TEE intraoperative.The three-dimensional full volume images were analyzed by online QLAB 7.0 software.The AAD was measured by standard cylindrical valve sizer (OP-AAD)before aortic valve replacement surgery,too.Results Comparing with the three aortic valve leaflets of acquired aortic valve disease,the lines between their junctions constituted an approximate equilateral triangle regardless of the cause and degree of disease,and the length of the three groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between TTE-AAD and OP-AAD group(P>0.05),and the correlation was good(r=0.84).The N,L and R group compared separately with the OP-AAD group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05)and correlation was superior to TTE-AAD group(r=0.94, 0.97, 0.96).The difference between TEE-AAD and OP-AAD were significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Echocardiography measurement of AAD at the plane of three junctions of aortic valve leaflets is feasible,and it is better accuracy and repeatability comparing with parasternal left ventricle long axis view.

BACKGROUND: Intramyocardial transplantation of autologous umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells for repair of myocardial tissue damage is paid increasing attention in the cardiovascular field. OBJECTIVE: Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and cultured. Passage 2 human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were treated with various concentratins of 5-azacytidine (2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 μmol/L) for 24 hours . After removal of 5-azacytidine, cells were cultured for another 4 weeks. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Before 5-azacytidine treatment, filament-like structures or particles were not observed in the cells, but the amount of cytoplasm was less and uniform, nuclear/cytoplasm ratio was high, cells exhibited typical fusiform appearance and grew in a swirl-like manner, and nucleolus was obvious. After treatment with 5-azacytidine for 24 hours, some cells died in each group, and typical fusiform appearance turned into stick-like or column-like appearance, especial y in the 40 and 80 μmol/L 5-azacytidine groups. Reverse transcription-PCR results showed that atrial natriuretic peptide and α-skeletal actin gene expression levels were detected on human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells after treatment with 2.5 or 40 μmol/L 5-azacytidine for 4 weeks or with 5, 10, 20 μmol/L 5-azacytidine for 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks. These findings suggest that 5-azacytidine-induced human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells express the specific gene of myocardiocytes.

To find out whether the integration of PERV in HEK293 cells influence the expression profile of HERV-W,based on the gene sequences of H ERV-W in GenBank,the primers of H ERV-W gag,pol,env,env from locus 7q21.2 genes as well as humanβ-actin were synthesized respectively and were used to develop the means of SYBR Green I real-time reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) to detect the mRNA expression of these genes in HEK293 cells and PERV-infected HEK293 cells.Experiments showed that these RT-qPCR methods were of good specificity,sensitivity and stability:the standard curves could ensure the correlation coefficients to be all above 0.99 and the amplification efficiency were between 95％ and 110％,which verified that these methods could be used to detect the mRNA of HERV-W and humanβ-actin in culture cells.Through the detection and analysis of relative gene expression data using the 2-△△ct method,we found that the mRNA level of HERV-W gag,pol,env,env from locus 7q21.2 genes as well as humanβ-actin in PERV-infected HEK293 cells increased,after integration,by 37.08,42.56,2.49 and 13.17 times than in non-infected HEK293 cells,respectively.Results provide a reference to further evaluate the safety of PERV pathogen in xenotransplantation.
