1.The diagnostic value of serum AMH, IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 levels in polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective To explore the relation between serum AMH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 levels and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and its clinical significance.Methods Serum levels of AMH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 were measured by ELISA in 80 patients with PCOS and 80 healthy subjects.Results The levels of serum AMH,IGF-1,IGFBP-1 in PCOS group were (7.18 ± 1.50) ng/L,(200.85 ± 27.78) ng/L,(4.05 ± 0.65) ng/L respectively,which in the control group were (3.70 ± 1.01) ng/L,(110.58 ± 12.50) ng/L,(8.16 ± 1.39) ng/L.The serum levels of AMH,IGF-1 in the PCOS group were significandy higher than those in the control group(t =13.14,26.80,P < 0.01),while the serum level of IGFBP-1 in the PCOS group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =16.28,P <0.01).The serum levels of AMH,IGF-1,IGFBP-1 in patients with obese group were (7.18 ± 1.50) ng/L,(200.85 ± 27.78) rng/L,(4.05 ± 0.65)ng/ L respectively,which in the non-obese group were (15.52 ± 2.41) ng/L,(143.85 ± 15.61) ng/L,(6.75 ± 0.93) ng/L.The serum level of IGF-1 in the obese group was significantly higher than that in the non-obese group(t =10.87,P <0.01),while the serum levels of AMH and IGFBP-1 in the obese group were significandy lower than those in the non-obese group(t =18.98,15.27,P <0.01).Conclusion Serum AMH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis and obesity of PCOS,which may be associated with the pathogenesis of PCOS.
2.Study on the correlation between CD4+ CD25+ Tr cells and IL-17 levels in peripheral blood of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome

Objective To explore the changes of Tr cells and IL-17 levels in peripheral blood of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) and the clinical significance.Methods The quantity of the CD4+ CD25+ Tr cells and proportion of CD4+ CD25+ Tr cells/CD4+ T cells were detected by flow cytomety,and the levels of IL-17 were detected by ELISA in 60 cases with APS(APS group) and 60 healthy people(control group).Results The levels of Tr,Tr/CD4+,Foxp + 3 Tr/Tr in the APS group were (3.03 ± 0.40) %,(0.11 ± 0.02),(0.40 ± 0.10),respectively,which in the control group were (5.76 ± 0.84)%,(0.15 ± 0.03),(0.73 ± 0.15),respectively,the differences were statistically significant(t =22.73,8.59,14.18,all P < 0.01).The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-17/Tr cells in APS group were (15.31 ±2.00)pg/mL,(5.05 ±0.29)pg/mL,respectively,which in the control group were (6.63 ± 1.52) pg/mL,(1.15 ± 0.14) pg/mL,respectively,there were statistically significant differences (t =29.17,93.81,all P <0.05).The levels of serum IL-17 was negatively correlated with Tr cells level in peripheral blood of patients with APS(r =-0.801,P <0.01).Conclusion There is peripheral blood cellular immune function disorder in APS patients,the number and active changes of CD4+ CD25+ Tr cells and IL-17/Tr ratio imbalance may play a role in the pathogenesis of APS.
3.The effect of quercetin in the rats of LPS-induced acute Lung Injury

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of quercetin in LPS-induced acute lung injury. Methods The PaO2, PaCO2, RR and pH, the expression of IL-6、 IL-1β、 TNF-α、 JAK2、 STAT3、 p-JAK2、 p-STAT3, the pathological change and Dry/Wet of Lung tissues were evaluated in rats. Results Quercetin can significantly decrease the pathological change of Lung tissues, the PaCO2, RR and the expression of IL-6、IL-1β、 TNF-α、 p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 with increasing the PaO2, pH and D/W. Therefore, with on influence on the expression of JAK2. Conclusion Quercetin pretreatment decreased LPS-induced acute lung injury by suppressing JAK2/STATA3 signallingto improve exchange ability though reducing inflammation.
4.Effectiveness of Rinsing Medical Apparatus with Ultrasound Technique

OBJECTIVE To use ultrasound technique to rinse the medical apparatus and raise the rinsing quality of apparatus.METHODS Under the magnifier to examine the cleanliness of the apparatus.According to pyrogen test by standard Limulus lysate,to verify the ultrasound rinsing effect by pyrogen removing.RESULTS It was very clean when rinsing the apparatus and with no blind area to uneven parts and articular ones.Monitoring result of pyrogen was negative through rinsing the syringe by ultrasound.CONCLUSIONS The rinsing quality of apparatus is improved.

6.Effect of cooling on systemic and regional oxygen metabolism in febrile critically ill patients

Objective: To observe the effect of cooling on systemic and regional oxygen metabolism in febrile critically ill patients. Method: Twenty-five critically ill patients with fever were cooled by ice blankets or by ibuprofen/indomethacin. Oxygen metabolism in whole body and regional organ and hemodynamics were measured. Result: As the temperature was reduced form 38.9?1.1℃ to 37.8?1.5℃,HR,cardiac index (CI),oxygen delivery (DO_2I),and oxygen consumption (VO_2I) decreased significantly,but gastric intramucosal pH increased from 7.26 to 7.37 and the PCO_2 difference between gastric rnucosa and arterial blood decreased markedly. PO_2 and oxygen content in cardiac coronary venous blood and oxygen exrtaction remained unchanged. Conclusion: After cooling the febrile pateints,CI, DO_2I and VO_2I decrease but tissue hypoxia can be improved.

8.Characteristics of verbal working memory in elderly patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment

Objective To explore the features of verbal working memory in elderly patients with anmestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI).Methods Thirty patients with aMCI and 30 normal controls (NC), whose age were over 65 years old, were examined with verbal working memory software and the other neuropsychological tests, such as verbal fluency test (VFT) and digit span test.Results The correct rate of visual semantic verbal working memory test was significantly lower in aMCI patients (79.83% ± 3.22% )than in NC ( 87.00% ±: 1.93 % , t = - 1.03, P = 0.002).There was no significant difference of correct rate of the visual phonological verbal working memory test between the aMCI (78.92% ± 8.60% ) and NC (86.80% ±2.14%, t = - 2.34, P = 0.060).Also, aMCI cases achieved significantly lower scores than NC on VFT (22.96 ±2.31 vs 31.53 ±3.72, t = - 1.08, P =0.004) and BDS ( 1.53 ±0.86 vs 3.63 ±0.56, t = - 1.23, P = 0.027).Conclusion The visual semantic verbal working memory is impaired and visual phonetic working memory is saved in aMCI patients.Both scores of verbal fluency test and digit span test are significantly decreased in aMCI patients, too.
9.The intentional forgetting to emotional words of PTSD children after Wenchuan earthquake 18 months

Objective To compare the ability of intentional forgetting to emotional words of post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) children and normal children by item method after Wenchuan earthquake 18 months.Methods Twenty PTSD children who met with CCMD-3 and DSM-Ⅳ criteria and twenty control group children were investigated. Sixteen positive and sixteen negative words were adopted as materials. PTSD children accomplished the words learning, arithmetical operation and memory tests ( include free recall, words completion and words recognition) in orderly. Results ( 1 )The free recall accuracy of PTSD children to positive words was significant high than negative words( (0.32 ±0.11 ), (0.28 ±0.10), P<0.05). The free recall accuracy of control group to positive words was significant high than negative words ( (0.37 ± 0.09 ), (0.34 ± 0.13 ), P< 0.05 ). ( 2 )The words completion accuracy of PTSD children to positive words was significant low than negative words( (0.38± 0.12 ), (0.49 ± 0.12 ), P < 0.05 ). The words completion accuracy of control group to positive words was significant low than negative words ( (0.39 ± 0.15 ), (0.56 ± 0.14 ), P < 0.01 ). ( 3 ) There was no difference of words recognition accuracy of PTSD children to positive and negative words ( ( 0.64 ± 0. 19 ), (0.63 ± 0. 16), P >0. 05). There was no difference of words recognition accuracy of control group to positive and negative words ((0.64 ± 0. 16), (0.65 ±0. 19), P > 0. 05). Conclusion There is a significant intentional forgetting effect on emotional words in PTSD children and normal children, and this effect were influenced not only by selective rehearsal but also retrieval inhibition.

Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC) is expressed in esophageal cancer abnormally.On the one hand,recent studies show that high SPARC expression is correlated with progression and metastasis of esophageal cancer.On the other hand,high SPARC expression increases chemosensitivity and improves short-term efficacy in patients.
