Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common cause of cognitive impairment in older people. With the aging of society is more and more serious, AD caused great burden to patients and society. A β is a classical biomarker of AD, which has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of AD patients. Compared with positron emission tomography (PET) and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), near infrared fluorescence imaging has many advantages including highly sensitive, non-invasive, safety and inexpensive. Therefore, many research groups have focused on developing the molecular probes of near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging. In this article, we will review the progress of the probes of NIRF.

Objective: To study the effect of free radical injury induced by Soman in rats and protection by Se/Zn. [WT5FZ]Methods: [WT5BZ]40 male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, i.e., negative group, positive group, Se group and Zn group according to weights. The serum, cerebrum and liver VE content, nitrogen oxide synthase (NOS activity and T AOC (total antioxidative capacity) were determined. Results: The VE content and T AOC decreased markedly, and NOS activities increased significantly after Soman intoxication. The changes were less significant in Se/Zn supplemented group. Conclusion: The mechanism of free radical injury is indicated in Soman intoxication and Se/Zn supplementation has significant protection.

Objective To investigate the prevalence features of helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, anemia and iron deficiency in a po-pulation of Wuhan children with 2 to 6 years old,and the relationship between Hp infection and anemia, iron deficiency in the children. Methods Randomly taking 95 children who had taken tests in our hospital's check-up centre in 2008 as the study objects,2 kinds of exa-mination were employed to detect Hp infection.Serum levels of Hp-IgG were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methods to evaluate past infection. The 14C urea breath test (14C-UBT) was conducted to obtain information of the presence of current/active Hp infection. In the morning 3 mL fasting venous blood was collected to determine the serum levels of Hp-IgG antibodies and ferritin.Hemoglobin values were determined with a hemoglobinometer.Serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) were tested in order to determine whether the children had evidence of current inflammation or infection. In addition, demographic information such as age and gender of the children and information about their use of antibiotics within the prior month were recorded. All cases were divided into 2 groups including the Hp infection group and non-Hp infection group according to laboratory examinations, then the Logistic regression was applied to analyze the relationship between Hp infection and anemia, iron deficiency. The Kappa identity test was taked to compare the 2 measures. Results Of the 95 children,18.9% were anemic and 36.8% were iron deficient.Forty percent of the cohort had Hp-IgG antibodies,74.4% tested positive by the UBT.Presence of Hp-IgG emerged as a significant risk factor for anemia, iron deficiency in adjusted analysis controlling for demographic factors, current inflammation, and antibiotic use. Conclusions Findings from different measure of Hp may reflect different stages of infection, with UBT results reflecting an earlier stage of infection, and presence of Hp-IgG reflecting established Hp infection associated with anemia, iron deficiency.

Objective To investigate relationship between levels of follicle-sitimulating horomone receptor(FSHR) and ovarian response induced by gonadotropin hormone, and whether the FSHR expression is correlated with in vitro fertilization(IVF) outcome. Methods Granulose cells were collected from 43 women receiving IVF-embryo transplantation(IVF-ET).According to the number of oocyte, the women were divided into three groups: low response(15).The expression intensity of FSHR was measured by immunohistochemistry technique. The expression intensity of FSHR on the granular cell, the embryological and clinical outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The expression of FSHR was significantly different in three groups with the highest in high response group(P0.05).The FSHR level was positively correlated either with the number of oocyte (r=0.719) or with the serum E2 levels(r=0.516,P0.05). Conclusion Ovarian response to gonadotropin hormone stimulation is correlated with the level of FSHR in the granulose cells. The development of follicles may be influenced by it.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the applicability of immune-related response criteria (irRC) in treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by Chinese medicine (CM).
METHODSTotally 97 stage III a-IV NSCLC patients were predominantly treated with comprehensive CM. Curative effects were evaluated by three methods such as Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST), Oncologic Curative Effect Evaluation Criteria of Chinese Medicine in Solid Tumor (draft, abbreviated as CM criteria), and irRC. The correspondency and consistency between irRC, RECIST and CM criteria were analyzed and compared. The objectivity of irRC in evaluating curative effect of Chinese medical treatment for NSCLC was assessed.
RESULTSThe correspondency rate of irRC to RECIST was 59. 79% with Kappa value of 0. 379 (U test, P <0. 01). The two criteria had certain correspondence, but with an unsatisfactory consistency. The correspondency rate of irRC to CM criteria rate was 83. 51% with Kappa value of 0.751 (U test, P <0. 01). The two criteria had good correspondence and consistency.
CONCLUSIONSCM criteria had good consistency with CM criteria in evaluating curative effect for Chinese medical treatment of advanced NSCLC. Its results could objectively reflect features and advantages of CM for treating advanced NSCLC.

Objective The autoantibodies against angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT_1 RAb)have been dis- covered in the patients with malignant hypertensive and preeclampsia, this autoantiboies(AT_1-AA)have an ago- nist-like activity effect similar to angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ).This study aimed at investigation the effect of Ang Ⅱ agonist-like activity by AT_1-AA on VSMCs proliferation was obtained from essential hypertensive patients. Methods VSMCs were cultured from aorta of WKY rats. The hypertensive patients" serum was purified by am- monium sulfate precipitation and affinity chromatography. The effect on VSMC proliferation this autoantilody was determined by BrdU incorporation.Total protein and the expression of phosphorylation JAK-STAT were assessed by Western blotting. Results AT_1RAb caused a significant increase in BrdU incorporation similar to Ang Ⅱ during 0-24 h reaching peak value at 12 h.The A value of in 450 nm was higher in AT_1RAb group (0.236?0.012)than AG490+AT_1RAb group(0.176?0.009),Losartan+AT_1RAb groups(0.119?0.006) and Serum Free group(0.127?0.006)(P
