K. There was no significant difference in the yield among the treatments of N+K, CK, P, N+P, and N, but the results of these five treatments were significantly higher than that of P+K and K. In addition, cichoric acid content did not considerably changed after treatment of various fertilizer combinations. For the second harvest date the yield of N, N+K, P, and N+P were 47.7%, 35.4%, 33.8%, and 12.3% higher respectively than that of CK, the yield of N+P+K, P+K, and K were 7.7%, 10.8%, and 28.5% lower respectively than that of CK. There was significant difference in the yield between the treatment of N and CK, the yield of K was significantly lower than that of CK. Conclusion The results indicate that cichoric acid content is not significantly affected by the treatment of various fertilizer combinations and the yield is strongly influenced by N fertilizer, weakly by P fertilizer, on the contrary the application of potassium chloride results in a decrease in yield.

Objective To analyze the causes of infection after cesarean section. Methods 80 patients having infection after cesarean section from Jan.2008 to Jan.2013 in our hospital were studied. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The nosocomial infection-related factors were observed and related factors were ana-lyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results 80 cases of maternal infection occurs after cesarean section. The highest rate of infection was urinary tract infection and respiratory infection, accounting for 43.75%and 31.25%respectively.We found the possible factors related to infection after cesarean section induding operative time, the number of invasive procedures, premature rupture of membranes, and the use of antibiotics. Conclusions Knowing the factors related to infection and improving the operative skills of gynecologists can help to reduce the rate of infection after cesarean section.

This article is to study the interaction between amphotericin B and 5-flucytosine to yeasts in vitro. The checkerboard microdilution method was applied to study in vitro interaction according to M27-A method of NCCLS. Twenty-eight strains of yeasts were used for combination study. Compared with the single agents, there were significant reductions in the geometric mean of the minimal inhibitory concentration of the combination(P

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
As a kind of additive in feed of monogastric animals, the application of natural phytase is limited due to its disadvantages. In this paper, the strategies of phytse reform was introduced. Furthermore, the research and progress on protein engineering of feed phytase was reviewed, including phytase over-expression, phytase thermostability, catalytic efficiency and optimum pH.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Recently, more and more attention have been focused on the role of genetics in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease.DJ1 gene is a newly discovered gene related to Parkinson disease. Here, the structure, tissue location and pathological properties of the DJ-1 Protein are reviewed. The DJ1 mutant protein and its association with early onset and sporadic Parkinson disease are also discussed in the review.

Objectives:To study the molecular mechanism of Cryptococcus neoformans mutation in the production of melanin. Methods:By comparing wild types(Mel+) and mutants(Mel-),we detected C.neoformans mutant laccase (CNLAC1) gene by PCR.We also cloned gene of the CNLAC1 containing about 450bp in length.E.coli DH5α was the host strain for the plasmid containing the DNA clone. Results:No deletion was found in wild type.However,CNLAC1 deletion (about 450 bp) was present (between 1 715 bp and 2 617 bp).CNLAC1 containing about 450 bp in length was cloned successfully. Conclusions:The present study was helpful in the biochemical and molecular study of CNLAC1 mutation. It might also provide us a target gene for the prognosis and gene therapy of Cryptocosis.
