Objective To investigate the effect of cyclosporine A(CsA)on viral protein syn- thesis and hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA replication in vitro. Methods The HBV DNA transfected cell line HepG2.2.15 was treated with different concentration of CsA(0.6-20.0?g/ml)for 4 days. Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)in supernatant were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA);intracellular hepatitis B core antigen(HBcAg)mR- NA and HBV DNA were analyzed by RT-PCR and slot blot hybridization, respectively;the phospho- rylation at tyrosine acid position 402 of PyK2 kinase(PyK2 Y402)was detected by Western blot.Re- sults CsA could suppress the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg,and inhibit the HBV DNA replica- tion in a dose-dependent manner. The suppression rate of HBsAg and HBeAg under the action of CsA at the concentration of 10.0?g/ml for 4 days was 49.7% and 34.3%,respective;similar effect was observed on HBV DNA replication,HBV DNA was only 34.9% of the control at the concentration of 10.0?g/ml of CsA.The phosphorylation level of PyK2 Y402 was declined under the action of CsA at the concentration of 2.0?g/ml.Conclusions CsA can inhibit the expression of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA replication in the HepG2.2.15 cell line in a dose-dependent manner.Suppression of the phosphorylation level of PyK2 Y402 maybe involved in the mechanism of the inhibitory activity of CsA on HBV replication.

OBJECTIVETo Understand the characteristics of the common complications in the gastric malignant tumor inpatients in our country, the related traditional Chinese and western medicine combined usage.
METHODBy using the method of frequency analysis and correlation, analysis the diagnostic and Prescribing information in HIS database of 20 national first-class ternary general hospital inpatients.
RESULTThe most common coexistent disease are malignant tumor in other parts, benign tumor. The most common complications are serous cavity effusion, lung infection, abnormal liver function. In other parts malignant tumor, more than 50% with advanced gastric malignancy; in other parts benign tumor, 86.00% located in the digestive and Urinary system, in the complications, digestive system diseases accounted for 23.80%; further according to the association rules of data mining, and calculate the combination scheme of the most commonly used for acid suppression drugs in combination with the centralizer and eliminate pathogenic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
CONCLUSIONIn the real world, most of the gastric malignant tumor disorder crowd is in the advanced stage, with lymph nodes and other parts of the transfer; and at the same time to incorporate the spleen and kidney disease in TCM zang-fu organs dialectical, should notice the reach mark early intervention, achieve the purpose of cure not ill; acid suppression hemostatic drugs combined the centralizer and eliminate pathogenic the three medicine combined treatment of Chinese traditional medicine is relevant.

OBJECTIVETo study the characteristics and regular pattern of the medicine in common use and combined medication in patients of acute pancreatitis in real world.
METHODCollect the information of 5 433 acute pancreatitis patients in 19 grade IIIA general hospitals in China, analysis by descriptive statistics and association rule.
RESULTIn the 5 433 patients of acute pancreatitis, the glycyrrhizic acid injection and somatostatin are the frequency top used Chinese traditional and western medication. Glycyrrhizic acid injection, somatostatin and insulin are the frequency top used drug combination pattern.
CONCLUSIONThe Chinese and western integrative medicine drug use pattern are accord with the clinical guideline of acute panceatitis. The hepatic and renal function, blood routine and coagulation function should be monitored when the medicines are used.

Clinical Medicine of China 2009;25(9):900-901
Objective To investigate the key procedures of the acute traumatic intracranial hematoma com-bined with herniation and the prognosis factors. Methods 45 cases of acute traumatic intraeranial hematoma com-bined with herniation from February 1997 to June 2008 were admitted in our hospital. Timely establishment of effec-tive ventilation and circulation and pre-operative examination were done to all the eases. Craniotomy hematoma clean was performed in 8 cases, hematoma clean and decompressive craniectomy was canducted in 33 cases and 4 cases were not operatively treated. Results 26 eases (58%) were cured, and 19 cases (42%) died. Conclusions The key procedures of the acute tranmatie intraeranial hematoma combined with herniation is timely establishment of ef-fective ventilation and circulation, and that is effective method to prevent secondary brain injury ; removing hematoma as soon as possible, and lifting the oppression of the brain stem are the keys to rescue patients. Prognosis is closely related to the degree of primary brain injury, eonseious level before operation and the time of herniation appearance.

As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), mineral medicine plays an irreplaceable role. However, little has been reported on its species and valence state of heavy metals and deleterious elements, and also the relevance to pharmacological effect and toxicology. The present paper, in a new perspective, summarized the determination of the species and valence state of heavy metals and deleterious elements in recent years, discussed the progress of the pharmacological effect and toxicology, and prospected for future study which might provide reference for mineral medicine.

Objective To study the relationship between the clinical manifestations and changes of pituitary magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in short stature children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD).Methods The pituitary MRI finding in 38 cases of short stature children diagnosed as GHD(males 23,females 15;5-14 years old,10 children were in pubertas and Tanner Ⅱ-Ⅲ) were analyzed, and the pituitary morphology, size, signal and pituitary stalk's shape and location were observed.SPSS 12.0 soffware was used to analyze the data. Results The forms of pituitery were plaque in 20 children(53%),cupped in 17 children(45%),and carinate in 1 children. In the 22 cases of completely GHD,18 cases had different levels of anterior pituitary dysplasia, abnormal pituitary stalk and/or pituitary signal changes,5 cases without posterior lobe disappeared high signal and 4 cases with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome;the other 4 cases had completely normal pituitary. In the 16 cases of partially GHD,7 cases had varying degrees of pituitary size and/or abnormal pituitary stalk,8 cases had completely normal pituitary, and 1 case had pituitary adenoma. Conclusion Pituitary MRI could assist diagnosis and evaluate pituitary function in short stature children.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2011;14(7):542-544
OBJECTIVETo investigate the association of myeloperoxidase(MPO) genetic polymorphism and gastric cancer.
METHODSA case-control study was performed including 62 patients with gastric cancer and 61 healthy controls. Peripheral blood was collected for genetic analysis of MPO-463.
RESULTSThere were no significant differences in gender, age, and smoking between the two groups(P>0.05). However, the two groups differed in drinking, family history of gastric cancer, and Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection(P<0.05). The frequencies of MPO-463GG, GA and AA were 87.1%, 11.3% and 1.6%in the study group, and were 72.1%, 23.0%, and 4.9% in the control group, respectively. Carriers of MPO-463 GA or AA had a significantly higher risk of gastric cancer than those of MPO-463 GG(χ(2)=4.253, P<0.05, OR=0.383, 95% CI: 0.151-0.972). Carriers of G allele had a significantly lower risk of gastric cancer compared to carriers of A allele(χ(2)=4.935, P<0.05, OR=0.399, 95% CI: 0.174-0.916).
CONCLUSIONMPO-463 G/A polymorphism is associated with gastric cancer with A being a protective gene.
