?7nAChR, an important neurotransmitter recptor,is w il dly expressed in the central and peripheral neuronal system, which is involved i n neuronal signal transduction and the regulation of physiological functions in the central neuronal system. Several studies have demonstrated that ?7nAChR is identified in non-neuronal cells such as endothelial cells, vascular smooth mus cle cells, bronchial epithelial cells, skin keralinocytes and is involved in the regulation of mitosis,differentiation, organization of the cytoskeleton, cell -cell contact, locomotion and migration. These (in vitro and in vivo) s tudies indicated that ?7nAChR participated in the secretion and release of seve ral bioactivity molecules in endothelial cells, mediated intercellular signal tr ansduction, and regulated angiogenesis. These studies suggested an endogenous ch olinergic target for angiogenesis mediated by endothelial ?7nAChR.

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods36 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and research group.Both two groups were treated with traditional treatment.The research group was added with stellate ganglion block.ResultsAfter 20 days treatment,the Neuro-function Deficit(NFD) scores of both two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);but the NFD scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI) of both two groups were significantly higher after treatment(P<0.01);but the scores of FMA and BI of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionStellate ganglion block can improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction.

Objective To investigate the relationship between flow-mediated dilatation of the brachial artery(FMD) and cardiovascular risk factors as well as target organ damage in elder patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH).Methods Ninety patients with ISH were divided into two groups: ISH group(n=51) and ISH with hyperlipidemia group(n=39).Color Doppler ultrasound for FMD was performed on all the patients,and carotid artery ultrasound and cardiac ultrasound were also conducted. Objective To study the feasibility of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in detecting sentinel lymph node(SLN) in patients with colorectal cancer during operation and their clinical significance.Methods Twenty-one patients who underwent radical resection of a primary colorectal cancer were enrolled.During operation,1 ％ methylene blue was injected around the tumor,SLN mapping was performed.Then the SonoVue was injected at the same sites,CEUS was performed to observe changes of SLN in real time,and marked them.The SLN detection rate and accuracy of CEUS were compared to those of conventional dye guided method.Results The rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex,the detection rate of CEUS for SLN was 92.31 ％,and the accuracy was 88.89％.The detection rate of dye guided method for SLN was 84.62％,and the accuracy was 93.10％,there was no statistically significant difference between CEUS and dye guided method (P ＞0.05).Conclusions When injected SonoVue in submucosal layer,the good mapping of SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex can be obtained,it will play an important role in clinical application to map SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex.

Aim To study effects of rhomotoxin (Rh) on electrophysiologic parameters in rabbit heart. Methods The rabbit hearts in vivo were injected with Rh 12.5 ?g?kg-1 , 25 ?g?kg-1 or saline iv respectively and the isolated rabbit hearts were perfused by Krebs-Henseleit(K-H) perfusion liquid containing Rh 0.34 ?mol?L-1 or 0.68 ?mol?L-1. Objective:To study the change of the expression of heat shock protein 70 and ultrastructure of brain in sleep deprivation(SD).Methods:44 male Sprague-Dawlay rats were randomly divided into 11 groups.The HSP70 positive cells were detected by using immunohistochemical methods.The ultrastructure of hippocampal neuron was observed through electromicroscope.Results:HSP70 were detected in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus after SD.The HSP70 could be found after 12 h SD,reached to a peak during 2-3 d SD,and declined after 7 d SD.The number of HSP70 positive cells of SDd12h group was markedly more than that of SDn12h group(P
