The technique introduced in this paper is applied in the endocardial catheter operation, which describes the 3D heart model reconstruction before the operation for the endocardial navigation. After a series of CT images of the thorax are processed, an accurate 3D endocardial model can be reconstructed. At first, the series of 2D CT images are preprocessed for denoising and the enhancement, then they are constructed as the volume data. After the region growing segmentation in the 3D volume data according to the grey value of the voxel in the heart cavity, the heart surface rendering is got and the 3D model of endocardial cavity is reconstructed.

Background:Fibroscan is the noninvasive method widely used to evaluate quantitatively the liver fibrosis and monitor the long-term efficacy of anti-fibrosis therapy. Aims:To study the use of Fibroscan for evaluating the efficacy of combined therapy with FuFang BieJia RuanGan tablet and antiviral drugs in patients with hepatitis B virus( HBV)-related cirrhosis. Methods:A total of 90 patients with HBV-related cirrhosis from March 2013 to September 2014 at Shanghai Ren Ji Hospital were recruited, and divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group received FuFang BieJia RuanGan tablet, and patients in control group received conventional liver-protective drugs, all the patients took nucleoside antiviral drugs at the same time. The treatment courses in both groups were 6 months. Liver stiffness measurement( LSM)was detected by Fibroscan before and after treatment. Biochemical parameters, width of portal vein and clinical symptoms were recorded. Results:After treatment,LSM was significantly decreased in both groups( P <0.05). Liver function, width of portal vein and Child-Pugh score were improved in both groups(P <0. 05),and no significant differences were found between the two groups(P>0. 05). LSM was closely associated with Child-Pugh score both before and after treatment(r=0. 484,P<0. 01;r=0. 523,P<0. 01). Patients with Child-Pugh A had lower LSM than those with Child-Pugh B or Child-Pugh C(P<0. 01). Conclusions:FuFang BieJia RuanGan tablet combined with oral antiviral drugs can remarkably improve the liver function of cirrhotic patients and prevent progression of cirrhosis. Dynamic detection of LSM can be used for monitoring drug efficacy and disease progression in patients with cirrhosis.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To improve the knowledge and diagnostic ability of imagiology on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) computed radiograph(CR).Methods The doubtful patients were done to photographs bedside using the high resolution imaging plate, 50 cases of newborn with NRDS were selected whose clinical diagnosed clearly and had been treated and had the complete CR image documents. The CR change and clinical characteristics were observed dynamically. Results Nine of 50 cases were combined with aspirated pneumonia,8 cases with infective pneumonia,3 cases with intra-alveolar hemorrage, and 2 cases with pneumothorax.Accoding to X-ray manifestations, all cases were divided into four stages:Ⅰ stage(n=5), Ⅱ stage(n=20),Ⅲ stage(n=22),Ⅳstage(n=3).Typical CR signs included:the pulmonary lucency decreasd,wide-ranging net and grain shadowes of high density, and in companing with a lot of air brunchus sing. Conclusions Computed radiography is the most important imaging method in diagnosis of NRDS bedside ,and shall be improved the ability of diagnosis and differential of NRDS combined with the clinic.

A system analysis about the microbial flora of normal and abnormal soybean sauce liquor from the high-salt-level watery state fermentation was made and the dominant bacteria and yeasts were identified. On the other hand,a discussion of effect of temperature on microbial flora was made. The results indicated that there were no obvious differences about the count of aerobe,spore-producing bacteria, enterobacteriaceae, lactic acid bacteria and anaerobe between the normal and abnormal soybean sauce liquor and there were marked differences about the count of yeasts and salt-tolerant bacteria. The predominant yeasts in normal soybean sauce were Torulopsis and Saccharomyces, accounting for 55.9% and 35.3% of the total yeasts separately, and in abnormal soybean sauce were Pichia, candida and Saccharomyces, accounting for 62.8%,17.9% and 9.0% respectively.

These years with industrial antiseptics and disinfectants widely used, especially unscientifically used, the resistance of microorganisms is more and more serious, which brought much more difficulties to industrial producing. The developments on the resistance of microorganisms to industrial antiseptics and disinfectants, their resistant mechanisms and the control strategies are reviewed, which aids us to reasonably use industrial organic antiseptics and disinfectants in existence and provides academic and scientific basis.

Microbiology 2008;0(07):-
Laboratory teaching played the crucial part of microbiology teaching, which was benefit to improve the operational capacity, analysis and resolving ability of students. We carried out the multiplicity teaching by remodeling experiment process, designing integral test, and resolving practical issue and setting up comprehensive trail. It was proved by fact that the multiplicity teaching increased the study interesting of students, inspired their activity, initiative and creativity.

ObjectiveTo observe clinical therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with traditional body acupuncture on pseudobulbar palsy induced by ischemic or hemorrhagic apoplexy.Methods59 inpatients with pseudobulbar palsy induced by stroke were divided into the scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group (n=40) and body acupuncture group (n=19). Cases of the scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group were treated by scalp acupuncture combined with traditional body acupuncture. Cases of the body acupuncture group were treated only by traditional body acupuncture. Therapeutic effect of two groups was assessed according to patients' consciousness, language and limb functions.ResultsIn the scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group, 30 cases were cured and 9 were remarkably effective, with a total effective rate of 97.5%. While in the body acupuncture group, 9 cases were cured, and 7 were remarkably effective, with a total effective rate of 84.2%. There was a significant difference between two groups in clinical cure rate (P<0.05), but no difference in total effective rate ( P>0.05).ConclusionScalp acupuncture combined with traditional body acupuncture can obviously improve the consciousness, language and limb functions and pseudobulbar palsy of stroke patients and obtain a better effect compared with traditional body acupuncture.

This paper analyses the data structure of DICOM standard by the applications in the Non-DICOM format fluoroscopic images converted into the DICOM format images. It puts forward a solution to integrate the Multi-Channel Electrophysiology Recorder System with the X -ray system in the cardio-catheter room.
