Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
MicroRNA(miRNA)is a small non-coding RNA that contains 21 to 23 nucleotides and can down-regulate gene expression by translational repression.Recent studies found that some miRNAs might function both as oncogenes and tumor suppressors;its role in the tumorigenesis may complement and enrich the mechanisms of tumorigenesis.Liver cancer is a great threat to human health, whose pathogenesis is still not completely understood.MiRNAs can influence the tumorigenesis,differ- entiation and treatment of liver cancer. Here we summarizes the related progression in research of miRNA and liver cancer.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):528-534
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common cause of cognitive impairment in older people. With the aging of society is more and more serious, AD caused great burden to patients and society. A β is a classical biomarker of AD, which has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of AD patients. Compared with positron emission tomography (PET) and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), near infrared fluorescence imaging has many advantages including highly sensitive, non-invasive, safety and inexpensive. Therefore, many research groups have focused on developing the molecular probes of near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging. In this article, we will review the progress of the probes of NIRF.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(36):5891-5895
BACKGROUND:With the introduction of related policies on organ procurement and distribution, the organ procurement and standards of the organ procurement have a clear operational criteria, as wel as how to al ocate organs. But the work processes and organizational positioning on organ procurement organization are not enough elaborated and normal. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the experience of Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command as the organ procurement organization units in quality management, timely review working progress and explore areas for improvement, which provide the corresponding countermeasures for enhancing quality management and establishing the efficient and professional organ procurement organization. METHODS:A computer-based online search in CNKI database and PubMed database was performed with the keywords of“organ donation, organ transplantation, Organ Procurement Organization, quality management”in English and Chinese by screening titles and abstracts. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:According to relevant laws and regulations, Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command formulates a standard evaluation standard and sets up the team, thus achieving the reunification of the responsibilities and powers. At the same time, they improve the relevant organ donation, acquisition, preservation, registration, and design different quality management plans according to these different aspects. In addition, In addition, the hospital hold regular coordinator training and make it standardization. Through a series of quality management measures, the hospital organ procurement organization has gradual y regularized and achieved some results. It is recommended to further strengthen scientific research, achieve the unification of efficiency and effectiveness of scientific research;improve the awareness of the hospital leaders, consummate the mechanism of organ procurement;focus on personnel training, improve the professional quality of the organization members;enhance information management, achieve multi-disciplinary col aboration;build quality evaluation system, achieve the whole process of quality management;emphasize on medical ethics, and promote the harmony between the hospital and the patient.

Objective To compare the outcomes of powered-assisted septoplasty with CO_ 2 laser-assisted septoplasty. Methods Thitry patients with limited deviation of nasal septum were analyzed retrospectively. Among 30 patients, 18 underwent powered-assisted septoplasty and the rest underwent CO_ 2 laser-assisted septoplasty. The surgical results were assessed by the visual analogue scale (VSA) and acoustic rhinometry. Results VSA scores significantly improved in both groups after surgery (P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate relationship between levels of follicle-sitimulating horomone receptor(FSHR) and ovarian response induced by gonadotropin hormone, and whether the FSHR expression is correlated with in vitro fertilization(IVF) outcome. Methods Granulose cells were collected from 43 women receiving IVF-embryo transplantation(IVF-ET).According to the number of oocyte, the women were divided into three groups: low response(15).The expression intensity of FSHR was measured by immunohistochemistry technique. The expression intensity of FSHR on the granular cell, the embryological and clinical outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The expression of FSHR was significantly different in three groups with the highest in high response group(P0.05).The FSHR level was positively correlated either with the number of oocyte (r=0.719) or with the serum E2 levels(r=0.516,P0.05). Conclusion Ovarian response to gonadotropin hormone stimulation is correlated with the level of FSHR in the granulose cells. The development of follicles may be influenced by it.
