Chongqing Medicine 2015;(31):4382-4385
Objective Under the requirements of dose distribution in target and normal tissue ,five radiotherapy fields are de‐voted to making Intensity‐modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) plan ,thus the IMRT radiotherapy of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) could be underway with the radiotherapy field as few as possible .Methods Through the comparison of the NPC patients′IMRT plans in our hospital ,the angle of fields have been make out with 0° ,75° ,125° ,225°and 285° .At the same time ,this field scheme is compared with projects of front five fields ,behind five fields and share five fields .The result was statistically analyzed . Results In these four field schemes ,the maximum and minimum dose in the target area showed no statistically difference (P>0 . 05) ,while in the average dose ,D95 and normal tissue dose have statistical difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Comprehensive com‐parison of the dose distribution in the target and normal tissue in these four field schemes showed that the field scheme with the an‐gles of 0° ,75° ,125° ,225°and 285°could obtain better results ,so this field scheme should be more suitable for local area NPC patient′s IM RT .
3.A new target for anti-ischemic drugs: mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
ATP sensitive potassium channels (K ATP ) have been thought to be a mediator of cardioprotection. Recent pharmacologic and molecular biology studies show the protective effects of K ATP openers are not dependent of action potential shortening and cardiodepressant effects, but mediated by preservation of mitochondrial function, which suggests a role for intracellular mitochondrial K ATP (mito K ATP ). The mechanism by opening mito K ATP produces cardioprotection is less clearer, however, it is thought that a beneficial effect may occur as the result of K + entry and intramitochondrial depolarization. This effect would reduce mitochondrial calcium overload and cause matrix swelling, which are shown to enhance ATP synthesis and stimulate mitochondrial respiration.
4.Study on effect of lycorine in inducing apoptosis of pulmonary carcinoma cell A549.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(16):3278-3282
To explore the effect of lycorine in inducing apoptosis of pulmonary carcinoma cell A549 and its mechanism. In the study, pulmonary carcinoma cell A549 were taken as the experimental subject and processed with different concentrations of lycorine (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 μmol x L(-1)). The MTT method was used to observe the cell proliferation. The apoptosis rate of A549 cells was determined by Annexin FITC/PI double staining. The microplate reader was used to detect the activities of Bcl-2, Bax and p53. The changes in mitochondrial membrane potential were measured by the flow cytometry. The expressions of apoptosis-related factors Bcl-2, Bax, p53 and Survivin were determined by Real-time PCR. The results showed that lycorine significantly inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells (P < 0.05), induced the apoptosis on A549 cells (P < 0.05), increased the activities of Bax and p53, reduced Bcl-2 activity and mitochondrial membrane potential, and notably changed the gene expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, p53 and Survivin (P < 0.05). In conclusion, lycorine can induce the apoptosis of A549 cells and be applied to treat pulmonary carcinoma. Its mechanism may be related to the activation of relevant factors in Bcl-2 signaling pathway.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Objective:To explore the result of application of the clinical nursing pathway on percutaneous coronary interventional patient. Methods:One hundred patients were divided into two groups randomly, each group has 50 cases. We used the clinical nursing pathway based on holistic nursing case in experimental group, and the control group used the holistic nursing care. Results:After use the method of the clinical nursing pathway in the hospital, the medical cost and the rates of the nursing errors were less than that in the comparing group while the patients were more satisfied. Conclusion:As a scientific mode, the clinical nursing pathway could improve the working efficiency, guarantee the nursing quality.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2009;29(2):136-139
Objective To investigate the interaction between NMDA receptor subunit 2B (NR2B) and metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (mGluR5) in the spinal cord of morphine-tolerant rats. Methods Sixteen male SD rats weighing 220-280 g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 rats in each group: control group (C) and morphine group (M). In group M morphine 10μg was administered intrathecally (IT) twice a day for 7 consecutive days. In group C equal volume of normal saline was given instead of morphine. Tail flick latency (TFL) (a segment of tail 4-5 cm long was immersed in 52-53℃ hot water) was used to measure the antinocicepitve effect of morphine before and 30 min after morphine administration every morning. MPE (percentage of maximal possible effect) was calculated (pain threshold after drug administration - baseline pain threshold)/(10- baseline pain threshold)× 100% . The animals were killed at the next day after last IT administration and the dorsal half of L4-5 spinal cord was isolated and homogenized for determination of NR2B and mGluR5 protein expression by Western blot and CO-IP. Results MPE was significantly increased at 1-5 d of drug administration and returned to baseline at 7 d in group M as compared with group C. The mGluR5 protein expression was significantly up-regulated in group M as compared with group C but there was no significant difference in NR2B protein expression between the 2 groups. Conclusion There is interaction between NK2B and mGluR5 in the spinal cord of morphine-tolerant rats.

Objective To study the effect of Yangfei Huoxue Prescription on ERK1/2 and NFK-B of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods All of rats were randomly divided into seven groups and were intratracheally infused with bleomycin to build the model. Sham operation group and model group were given 5‰ CMC, dexamethasone group was given dexarnethasone solution, and each treatment group was given corresponding Chinese medicine mixture. After histological process, the expression of ERK1/2 and NFK-B were examined by SABC immunohistochemical method. Results Expression of ERK1/2 and NFK-B in model group were higher than that in sham operation group (P
