[Objective]To study the proliferation inhibition effect of decetaxel combined with cisplatin on osteosarcoma cells,and the effect of the drugs during the course of chemotherapy for osteosarcoma.[Method]The effect of docetaxel and cisplatin alone or combined with osteosarcoma cell line HOS-8603 was examined by cell count,morphologic observation,flow cytometry(FCM).The animal model of human osteosarcoma was established in nude mice.They were given docetaxel or cisplatin alone and combined,and a blank control group was set up.Observations on the growth and pathologic markers of osteosarcoma were carried out and pathological examinations were made.[Result]Docetaxel and cisplatin either alone or combined inhibited significantlythe proliferation of osteosarcoma cells and induced obviously apoptosis,and the effect of the drags combined was more effective than that of the drugs alone,Growth inhibition ratio ≥59.34%(P

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of power Doppler ultrasonography through vagina in malignant trophoblastic tumor(MTT).Methods The features of power Doppler flow imaging of 43 cases with MTT were studied retrospectively.The imaging differences in normal group,benign gestational trophoblastic tumors and malignant gestational tropho-blastic tumors were compared,and the relationship between imaging character and benign or malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors was analyzed.At the same time,the change of blood flow in uterine intramuscular layer was obeserved before and after chemotherapy combined with β-hCG.Results The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in normal group was punctate and scattered blood flow signal,flow shape was regular;The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in benign gestational trophoblastic tumors group was short pole blood flow signal,flow shape was less regular;The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors group was very rich blood flow signal,flow shape was anomalistic; After chemotherapy,the extent and diameter of the blood folw of uterine intramuscular layer was decreased seriously,while the β-hCG reduced.Conclusion PDI had diagnostic value in MTT and could be seemed as a guide for observing the chemotherapeutic effect and prognosis of MTT.

Objective To evaluate autologous buccal mucosal patch grafting for correcting penile deformity in the surgical treatment of Peyronie's disease. Methods 14 patients with symptoms of Peyronie's disease for more than three months suffered from persistent pain ,severe curvature of the penile shaft and resistant to conservative treatment underwent plaque incision and autologous buccal mucosa patch grafting. Results Postoperative follow up has been 0.5 to 2years.The penile shaft became straight with no narrowing or indentation in 12 patients (86%) . In 14% of cases (2/14) some curvature of the penile shaft persisted and there was pain on erection.In all the patients there was no change in penile length. 86% of patients had overall satisfaction after surgery with improvement in psychological and social well-being. Conclusions The autologous buccal mucosal patch graft provides an anatomical and functional tunied substitute resulting in correction of the penile deformity in Peyronie's disease.

Methods Forty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into the high dose,low dose exposure groups and the control groups,16 in each,were given manganese(MnCl2?4H2O) at 15,30 mg/kg and normal saline,I.P. once a day, 5 times a week,for 6 consecutive weeks. With deep acupuncture at Baliao points (eight sacral foramina) as the core, Professor WANG Ling-ling has treated diseases of urinary, digestive and reproductive systems with superior therapeutic effect. The key for efficacy of Baliao points is deep acupuncture. Only deeply insert into acupoints with long needles and directly stimulate at sacral nerves, could Baliao points play a superior role in treatment effect. Searching acupoints is the basis of deep acupuncture, and superficial anatomy should be combined to summarize the methods of searching Baliao points. The premise of deep acupuncture is needling manipulation. The angles of needles must be adjusted according to morphological features of posterior sacral foramina, or it is hard to practice deep acupuncture into Baliao points. The description of location and manipulation on Baliao points in ancient and modern literature was vague, which restricts clinical application of Baliao points. A lot of research on location, manipulation and clinical application of Baliao points has performed by Professor WANG Ling-ling, and its manipulation and clinical cases are introduced to make a positive effect on its application and popularization.

WANG Ji's opinion on moxibustion therapy in Questions and answers of acupuncture and moxibustion (Zhenjiu Wendui) was explored and analyzed. With his two contraindications of moxibustion as breakthrough points, the arrangement and discussion was performed. The results showed that based on summary of moxibustion treatment theory before Ming dynasty, WANG Ji could provide characteristic idea, which is of great reference value and guide significance to the inheritance and development of moxibustion.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical results of dorsal approach and Weil osteotomy in treating the injury of the plantar plate in second metatarsophalangeal joint.

METHODSEight feet with plantar plate tear in five cases were treated by plantar plate repairment through dorsal approach and Weil osteotomy from June 2012 to December 2013. The mean age of the patients was 52 years old. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the clinical effect.

RESULTSThe second metatarsophalangeal joint stability recovered and the pain released in all patients. Postoperative VAS was lower and AOFAS was higher than preoperative.

CONCLUSIONCombined dorsal approach and Weil osteotomy can effectively release the pian of plantar plate, stabilize the metatarsophalangeal joint, decrease the incidence rate of postoperative subluxation and anchylosis in treating plantar plate tears in the second metatarsophalangeal joint.
