1.Evaluation of visual function in cataract patients after phacoemulsification
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(4):377-380
Lens opacity attenuates the contrast sensitivity and clarity of eye due to scattering of light, which leads to poor vision in cataract patients.Phacoemulsification with primary intraocular lens is the primary surgical approach. Some complaints of vision discomfort commonly occur although the vision acuity is good.It is,therefore, vital for us to seek an objective evaluation system of visual quality after cataract surgery.Contrast sensitivity test and visual questionnaire offer valuable input for this issue.Contrast sensitivity can estimate vision function more accurately to better measure visual impairment preoperatively and vision outcome after cataract extraction.
2.Facial hormone-dependent dermatitis: a clinical analysis of 68 cases
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(3):164-166
Objective To explore the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, and to raise the healing rate of it. Methods We applied non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with anti-histamine agents to treat facial hormone-dependent dermatitis in 68 cases. The results were compared before and after the treatment. Results There were significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug topically, cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, with healing rate of 82. 4 % , and effective rate of 100 %. Conclusions In order to reduce the incidence of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, we should follow the principal of applying steroid agent strictly to treat facial dermatitis. Meanwhile, there is significantly clinical effects of non-steroid drug with topical use and cold compress combined with antihistamine agents on facial steroid-dependent dermatitis.
3.Literature Analysis of 1 Case of Allergic Dermatitis Induced by Meropenem
China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction caused by meropenem, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:Vesicle and bullous change occurring in one patient with allergic dermatitis, age of 80,treated with meropenem were analyzed.Literatures about meropenem-induced ADR reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals from Jan.1994 to Dec.2009 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Meropenem rarely caused ADR.The most clinical manifestations were diarrhea, rash and abnormality of liver function.CONCLUSION:Meropenem-induced ADR case is rare as well as allergic dermatitis.Great importance should be attached to meropenem-induced ADR.

5.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis in pancreatic cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):148-150
The proliferation, progression and metastasis of pancreatic cancer are complicated processes caused by muhiple factors.C-X-C motif ligand 5 (CXCL5) can recognize and bind to C-X-C motif receptor 2 (CXCR2),and activate or regulate the expression of signaling pathway by autocrine or paracrine pathway in cells.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis plays important roles in proliferation, adhesion, progression, metastasis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer, and is also associated with the angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis of pancreatic cancer. So,direct or indirect regulation of CXCL5/CXCR2 expression in pancreatic cancer can be effective for target therapy of pancreatic cancer.
6.TRAUMATIC CEREBRAL CORTEX OF ADULT RATS LABELED WITH H~3-THYMIDINE FOR TRACING THE ORIGIN OF THE MITOTIC NEURONS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
H~3-thymidine was used in determining the neuronal mitosis of the traumati cerebral cortex in rats. Intraperitoneal injection of H~3-thymidine was given to the rats immediately after corticectomy of the parietal lobes. On the 4th day after operation, the cerebral tissue was removed, fixed in Carnoy, serial sectioned, and stained with cresyl violet. The results showed that in the surrounding area 100—200?m from the traumatic site, 2-5% of the various types of cells in the cerebral tissue were labeled, i. e. silver granules were distributed within the nuclei. Macrophages, endothelial cells and pericytes of vessels make up most of the 2—5%, whereas neuroglia and neuron rank next. The nuclei of the majority of the labeled cells were in the interphase state and a few of them were in the mitotic state. The more the labeled cells are in the interphase state,, the more the mitosis occur. On the contrary, it is less. They are always in direct proportion. In the case of neurons the same situation occurs.By inference, the mitotic division of the neurons in the cerebral cortex may occur in situ. Possibly some kind of substance is produced after the trauma leads to the division of the mature neurons. The basis for this inference is that a certain number of the neurons in division have typical features of the pyramidal neurons.

9.The general situation of climacteric syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(12):1141-1144
Climacteric syndrome is a common clinical disease with high incidence. The understanding of the disease is progressing in recent years. This article collects thirty-seven documents in this field in recent eight years. The pathogenesis of climacteric syndrome is divided into two aspects as the deficiency of the kidney and the imbalance of the liver, the spleen and the heart. It also sums up the therapy of climacteric syndrome from this two aspects. At last, the authors propose that we should pay attention to the importance of the liver, the spleen and the heart in both the pathogenesis and the therapy.
10.The effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solution on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(4):333-336
Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solu-tion on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of ginseng polysaccharides injections(12.5μL/mL,25μL/mL,50μL/mL or 100μL/mL),and phosphate buffer saline was served as control. The invasive ability, transfer ability and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) were determined via transwell matrigel invasive test, scratch test and Western Blot, respectively. Results Ginseng pol-ysaccharide injection on invasive ability and transfer ability in vitro of MCF-7 cell had significant role in inhibi-ting effect, and showed dose and time dependent. After ginseng polysaccharides injection treatment, the MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression significantly reduced, and showed dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharides injection is able to inhibit the invasion and transfer in MCF -7 cells. Moreover, theregulation of MMP -2 and MMP -9 expression may be involved in this effect.
