1.Introduction and reflection on the current status of objectification of Chinese pulse ;diagnosis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(10):869-871
This article classified and compared the latest researches on the objectification of pulse diagnosis based on its theory and purpose. It introduced the significance of objectification of pulse diagnosis, which also revealed the reason that hindered its development and applications in practice. The paper has an overview of its current status and some personal reflection on this issue.
2.The study on radical cure for once in perianal abscess in infants
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
Objective To research the efficacy and healing rate of radical cure surgery by one time in perianal abscess in infants. Methods 46 cases infant perianal abscess were cured by radical cure surgery for once and the healing rate was observed. Results All of 46 cases were healed. Conclusion The radical cure by one time was an effective procedure for perianal abscess in infants.

5.The regulatory role of autophagy in tumor process.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):23-28
Autophagy is a classical regulatory mechanism of energy metabolism and self-update system in the maintenance of the intracellular homeostasis and cell development. Autophagy has been recently found to play a role in tumor development. Autophagy regulates tumor formation, proliferation, metastasis, and metabolism. At the same time, the anticancer drugs formed with autophagic mediators have been used in the treatment, which suggested that improving autophagy activity to inhibit tumor has become a new way for cancer treatment of cancer patients. This article gives an overview of the regulatory mechanism of autophagy, the relationship between autophagy and tumor, and tumor therapy by targeting autophagy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(18):-
Objective To study the changes of cerebral haemodynamics in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) treated with Shengmai injection compared with citicoline, and explore the clinical interventions of Shengmai injection on HIE.Methods Fifty patients with HIE were randomized into 2 groups: shengmai group treated with Shengmai injection(n=30),and citicoline group treated with citicoline(n=20).The haemodynamic parameters included peak systolic flow velocity(PSFV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDFV),pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of anterior and middle cerebral artery were detected by color Doppler ultrasound before treatment and on 7~(th) day after treatment respectively.Control group(n=50) compared with the two groups. Results PSFV,PDFV and RI of HIE patients were significantly lower than those of control group(P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
Objective To study the mechanism of insulin resistance in obesity, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and type 2 diabetes. Methods Insulin sensitivity index (SI), glucose effectiveness (S G) and insulin secretory function of ? islet cells were assessed by the reduced sample number of Bergman's minimal model method with frequently sampled intravenous glucose tolerance test in patients with obesity, IGT and type 2 diabetes as well as in the controls. Body mass index (BMI) and waist hip ratio (WHR) were determined in four groups. Results SI and S G were significantly higher in the controls than those in the IGT and type 2 diabetes patients. The S G in obesity group was nearly the same as that in the controls, but its SI was significantly lower. The area under curve 1 (AUC 1) of insulin in the controls was smaller than that in obesity and IGT (P
10.Prostate stem cells: an update.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(5):460-463
Stem cells are characterized by self-renewing, multipotent differentiation, and high proliferation and receiving more and more attention for their roles in the development and management of various diseases. There are epithelial stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells in the prostate. The markers of the epithelial stem cells include cytokeratin, stem cell antigen-1, and integrins alpha2beta1, CD49f, CD133, CD117, and CD44. The markers of the mesenchymal stem cells include CD30, CD44, CD133, neuron-specific enolase, and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1. Prostate stem cells are involved in the development and treatment of prostatic diseases. This review focuses on the latest progress in the studies of prostate stem cells.
