Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(6):413-415
The chance of craniocerebral injury in children is high.Severe craniocerebral injury is still the difficult point in current clinical treatment.Children severe head trauma is different from adults. It is characteristic of severe primary injury, rapid progressing secondary injury, confusing vital signs, less contrecoup injury, high incidence of epilepsy, cerebral ischemia in familiar, and good prognosis. This article focused on 2 hot issues in recent therapeutic strategy of severe craniocerebral injury in children——intracranial pressure monitoring and hypothermia therapy. The former is simple, convenient, safe and practical,is worth popularizing widely.
3.Effects of thyroid hormone on expression of 11?-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 in hippocampus of newborn rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(10):-
Objective:To observe the effect of thyroid hormones on 11?-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1(11?-HSD1) in newborn rats' hippocampus. Methods: Hypothyroid model was induced with propylthiouracil(PTU, 50 mg/d) in SD rats in the last week of pregnancy and was confirmed by measuring the levels of thyroid hormones and thyrotropin(TSH) in the newborn rats' blood. Western blot was used to determine the expression of 11?-HSD1 in hippocampus in newborn rats. Effects of triiodothyronine(T 3) and synthetic glucocorticoid dexamethasone(Dex) on expression of 11?-HSD1 in primarily- cultured hippocampus were studied with thin layer chromatography(TLC) and Western blot. Results: Thyroid hormone levels decreased and TSH level increased in the newborn rats' blood. The expression of 11?-HSD1 decreased by 41.6% in the hippocampus of newborn rats born to the mothers treated with PTU. T 3(10 -9 ,10 -8 ,10 -7 mol/L) and Dex(10 -7 mol/L) up-regulated the activity of 11?-HSD1 by 29.4%,45.6%,60.9% and 39.8%,respectively. T 3(10 -9 ,10 -8 ,10 -7 mol/L) and Dex(10 -7 mol/L) increased the expression of 11?-HSD1 protein by 26.0%,43.2%,64.9% and 41.1%,respectively.Synergistic effect of T 3 and DEX was observed in terms of regulating 11?-HSD1: the expression of 11?-HSD1 increased by 123.3% in the hippocampal neurons exposed to both Dex(10 -7 mol/L) and T 3 (10 -7 mol/L) and the activity increased by 114.1%. Conclusion:Thyroid hormone can up-regulate the expression of 11?-HSD1 in the hippocampus during brain maturation either by itself or synergistically with glucocorticoid, thereby enhancing the action of glucocorticoids on the brain.
4.Study on the Breeding of L-Arginine-producing Strain
Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
A L-arginine-producing mutant UN100-12(SG~(r),AE~(r)) was derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC138761 by combination treatment with ultraviolet(UV) and N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(NTG). It could accumulate 16.6g/L L-arginine in the medium containing glucose as carbon source and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source, when it was culrured at 30℃ for 4 days. And also this mutant has good stability of descendiblity of L-arginine.

Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-
Estrogen receptor(ER),an important transcription factor belonging to the nuclear receptor superfamily, comprises two subtypes ER?and ER?.Estrogen receptor is expressed in prostate cancer and ladder cancer and has a compacted relationship with them.In this review,we summarized the structure,distri- bution, function of different estrogen receptor subtypes and progress in study on relationship between different estrogen receptor subtypes and prostate or bladder cancer.

Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
A possible ?-Galactosidase gene(pwtsA) was discovered from soil metagenomic DNA of Taishan Mountain.PwtsA gene was inserted into the expression vector pET30a and transferred into E.coli BL21(DE3).Recombinant protein PWTSA was expressed as a soluble form at high level through IPTG induction, with a molecular mass of 57 kD analyzed by SDS-PAGE.PWTSA can produce o-nitrophenol from o-nitrophenol-?-D-galactopyranoside(ONPG),and its specific activity was determined as 13.6 U/mg.The enzymatic studies demonstrated that the recombinant protein PWTSA was a thermostable ?-Galactosidase,its optimum temperature and pH were 85?C~95?C and 6.5 respectively. In standard assays, the Km for ONPG was 0.83 mmol/L.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2014;47(9):638-642
Objective This study assesses the influence of rizatriptan on calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP),proenkephalin (PENK) and cholecystokinin (CCK) mRNA expressions in the trigeminal ganglia of a rat migraine model and investigates the possible mechanisms by which triptans treat migraine. Methods A total of 24 rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group (A),migraine model group(B),rizatriptan control group (C) and rizatriptan treatment group(D).Groups C and D were intragastrically perfused with rizatriptan,1 mg/kg per day. After 7 days, nitroglycerin was subcutaneously injected into the buttocks of the groups B and D to induce migraine. Two hours after nitroglycerin injection, the trigeminal ganglia was isolated.CGRP,PENK and CCK mRNA expressions in the trigeminal ganglia were determined using SYBR Green Ⅰ real-time quantitative PCR.Results The copy number of CGRP mRNA (× 107) in 200 ng total RNA of each group was 0.05 ±0.01,1.30 ±0.52,0.23 ±0.12,0.43 ±0.33 ; The copy number of PENK mRNA (× 103) in 200 ng total RNA of each group was 3.30 ± 1.65,0.34 ±0.14,3.91 ± 2.44,0.71 ± 0.13.The copy number of CGRP mRNA in the trigeminal ganglia of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (q =7.854,P < 0.05) ; CGRP mRNA expressions were significantly lower in the trigeminal ganglia of rats in group D compared with group B (q =5.458,P <0.05).Compared with group A,PENK mRNA expressions in the trigeminal ganglia of rats were significantly lower in group B (q =4.478,P < 0.05).PENK mRNA expressions were significantly higher in trigeminal ganglia of rats in group C compared with group D (q =4.838,P < 0.05).CCK mRNA expression in trigeminal ganglia of rats was similar among groups.Conelusions Rizatriptan can decrease the expressions of CGRP in the trigeminal ganglia of the migraine rats and exhibits neurogenic inflammation triggered by CGRP.PENK expressions decrease in the trigeminal ganglia of the migraine rats, weaken the analgesic effects of enkephalin.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(12):1274-1277
Medical education in the United Kingdom consists of undergraduate education, post-graduate education and continuing medical education. Medical curriculum in the United Kingdom is characterized by key prominent settings, early clinical practices and small group teachings. Through analyzing advantages of medical education in the United Kingdom and combining with the reality of medical education in our country, we advocate optimizing the educational system, emphasizing clini-cal practices and skill trainings, popularizing the postgraduate education and continuing education, practicing multidisciplinary rotation and developing the general practice medical education.
