Enhancing medical humanitarian activities in clinical teaching is demanded by modern medicine and education. It contains the modern values of constructing a harmonious doctor-patientrelationship and adjusting to medical education and modern medical model development. We put forward several countermeasures such as establishing concept of respect for people, improving teachers'humanistic caring ability, strengthening management to enhance students' sense of responsibility, enhancing students' doctor-patient communication skills, and abiding by relevant laws and regulations in the current situation which lacks humanistic care,doctor-patient communication and legal concept.

Collagen (Coll), as the basic material of matrix scaffolds for cell growth, has been widely used in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. In this study, collagen protein was modified by L-lysine (Lys), and cross-linked by genipin (GN) to prepare the L-lysine-modified collagen (Lys-Coll-GN) scaffolds. Microstructure, pore size, porosity, stability and biocompatibility of Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds were observed. The results showed that the bond between L-lysine and collagen protein molecule was formed by generating amide linkage, and mouse embryo fibroblasts proliferation was not inhibited in the Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds. In the multiple comparisons of Coll-scaf- folds, Coll-GN scaffolds and Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds, Coll-scaffolds was the worst in mechanical characteristics while the highest in biodegradation rate. Compared to Coll-GN scaffolds, Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds had more fiber structure, higher interval porosity (P<0. 01). Although the tensile stress of Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds reduced significantly, its e- longation length extended when the scaffolds was fractured (P<0. 01). The percentage of Lys-Coll-GN scaffolds residual weight was lower than that of Coll-GN scaffolds after all the scaffolds were treated by collagenase for 5 days (P<0. 01). This study suggested that Lys-Coll-GN scaffold had good biocompatibility, and it improved the mechanical property and degradation velocity for collagen-based scaffold. This study gave a new predominant type of tissue engineering scaffold for the regenerative medicine.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Kangxiuke apozem in the treatment of severe bum shock.Methods40 patients of severe burn shock were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 20 patients in each group. All the patients were treated by the same route of counter-shock therapy, and the treatment group was additionally given Kangxiuke apozem (nasal feeding,qd,150 ml/d).Level of blood lactic acid, heart rate and urinary volume were evaluated by time.Main shock symptoms, including restlessness, hydrodipsia, perspiration and coldness, were observed.ResultsThe treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the amelioration of blood lactic acid, heart rate and urinary volume ( t =10.485、3.219、7.429,P< 0.01 ).The symptomatic extinction of restlessness, hydrodipsia, perspiration and coldness in the extremities in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group (x2=10.16、7.37、5.63、4.29,P<0.05).ConclusionAt the same time of routine counter-shock therapy, thereby prompt burn patients to smoothly go through shock period and decreas late complications.

Objective To investigate the distribution of virulence-related genes in multidrug resistant Escherichia coli. Methods Seven virulence genes papA,cnf1,cnf2,cfaB,ipaB,hofQ and ompT were detected by PCR in 20 strains of multidrug resistant Escherichia coli clinically isolated, and the positive genes were further searched in 31 strains of Escherichia coli in BioCyc database whose genomies had been fully sequenced. Results Virulence genes hofQ and ompT were detected in 20 strains of Escherichia coli with a positive rate of 95.0% (19/20) and 55.0% ( 11/20),respectively.Among 31 strains of Escherichia coli in BioCyc,21 (67.7%) were positive for hofQ gene and 15 (48.4%) were positive for ompT gene. Conclusion hofQ and ompT genes are prevalent in multidrug resistant Escherichia coli.

Objective To learn the relationship and operating mechanism between medical staff's loyalty and patient satisfaction. Methods Medical staff and inpatients of a tertiary hospital in Nanjing were sampled at a 1:2 ratio for study, with 840 questionnaires released and 269 valid questionnaires recovered;medical staff service quality as perceived by inpatients served as the intermediate variable, with Mplus7.0 used to build a structural formula model for an empirical study of the relationship between staff loyalty and patient satisfaction. Results Staff loyalty exerts certain positive influence on patient satisfaction and staff service quality ( P < 0.001 ); service quality also exerts some positive influence on patient satisfaction (P<0.001);staff loyalty indirectly exerts positive influence(P<0.001)via the service quality as perceived by patients(mediation effect value 0.364 > direct effect value 0.143).Conclusions Structural formula model can reveal the relationship and extent of the influence of staff loyalty on patient satisfaction. This indicates that hospitals should enhance the loyalty, medical competence and communication skills of their medical staff for higher patient satisfaction.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(4):558-562
Objective:
To understand physical fitness of middle school students from 4 minorities in Yunnan Province and to provide the basis for the development of physical health promotion for minority middle school students.
Methods:
Data of physical fitness of students aged 13-18 years from the nationality of Jino, Lahu, Blang, Jingpo and Han in Yunnan Province collected during Sept. to Nov. of 2014 were analyzed. Comparative analysis was performed regarding body shape, function and quality indexes.
Results:
For total scores of physical fitness test, proportions of excellent and good scores were highest in the Jingpo nationality (10.8%, 57.7%), followed by the Jino nationality (6.7%, 57.4%), the Blang nationality (3.0%,30.3%) and the Lahu nationality (0.9%, 15.9%); proportions of excellent and good scores in boys were highest in the Jingpo nationality (20.1%, 54.0%), followed by the Jino nationality (6.4%, 43.9%), the Blang nationality (5.0%, 29.8%) and the Lahu nationality (1.5%, 18.1%); for girls, highest in the Jino nationality (7.1%, 71.1%), followed by the Jingpo nationality (2.4%, 61.0%), the Blang nationality (1.5%, 30.7%) and the Lahu nationality (0.5%, 14.4%). When compared with students from the Han nationality (5.1% excellent, 40.0% good), the Jingpo nationality and the Jino nationality showed higher overall scores while the Blang nationality and the Lahu nationality showed lower overall scores(Z=9.50,11.92,-11.54,-28.34,P<0.01).
Conclusion
Significant differences in physical fitness are observed in students with different minority background. Targeted measures should be proposed to promote physical health for minority students.
