Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(11):1636-1637
Objective To explore the clinical characteristice and treatment effect of contusion and laceration of the brain in two side of frontal lobe. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases were analyzed respectively,27 cases given conservative treatment according to disease at first, and given skull opened surgery 9 cases;13 cases were given skull opened surgery directly. The death rate and GOS score between the two groups were compared. Results The death rate of patients thai converted to skull opened surgery was 44.4% (4/9),and the death rate of patients that given skull opened surgery directly was 30.8% (4/13 ),there was no significant difference (x2 =0.135,P > 0.05 ).GOS of half a year showed good 19 cases(47.5 % ),deformity of moderate degree was 9 cases (22.5 % ),the deformity of serious degree was 4 cases( 10.0% ).Conclusion The disease of contusion and laceration of the brain in two side of frontal lobe was complicated,so it may expand surgery scope properly at unsure condition,to aim of making prognosis turn good at best.

100∶1. The specific growth rate of microcystis and P concentration in different P concentration and different N/P ratio cultures decreased with the culture time. Conclusions The initial P concentration affects the microcystis yield significantly, N/P ratio should be concerned in confirming the limiting factor. To control the P concentration in water through different methods will be the effective way to control water bloom.

Objective To investigate the expression of Foxp3+ Treg in liver cancer patients receiving liver transplant after immunosuppressive protocols FK506 or Rapamycin and evaluate the rejection prevention. Methods Liver transplant patients were randomly divided into FK506 group (10 cases),and Rapamycin group (10 cases).Real time quantitatve PCR was used to examine Foxp3 mRNA expression of patients' PBMC starting the 2nd month for consecutively 10 months.Foxp3 mRNA and incidences of acute rejection were compared between the two groups. Results Foxp3 mRNA expression was significantly lower in the FK506 group (0.1032 ±0.0943) as compared to that in the Rapamycin group (1.2136 ±0.6738)(t =5.1610,P < 0.01) ;The incidences of acute rejection was significantly lower in the Rapamycin group as compared to that in the FK506 group after operation in the same period (x2 =2.2222,P < 0.05).Conclusions FK506 may suppress the induction of immune tolerance after liver transplantation, while Rapamycin may play an important role in inducing and maintaining graft immune tolerance.Rapamycin is better than FK506 in preventing rejection reaction in liver cancer patients receiving liver transplant.

Objective To approach the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate of anatomic type was applied for calcaneua fracture involving talocalcaneal joint. Methods Twenty-eight patients (36 feet) were performed with open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate of anatomic type from April 2004 to November 2007. The Bohler angle, the Gissane angle and the length, breadth, height of calcaneus were compared before and after operation. Results The patients were followed up in an average period of 20 months. All the patients were healed and their arches became normal. The average data of Bohler angle was 19.89°±1.28° after operation while -6.23°±0.35°before operation. The average height of calcaneus was (42.80±2.49) mm after operation while (36.10±2.38) mm before operation. Conclusions The treatment of open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate of anatomic type is a kind of good method for calcaneus fracture involving talocalcaneal joint. It can not only resume the Bolder angle and the Gissane angle, but also resume the, breadth, height of calcaneus. As a result, it can achieve anatomical reduction and patients can do exercises as soon as possible.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2016;(2):103-112
Objective To evaluate the short?term functional outcome of Multiloc Proximal Humeral Nails (PHN) in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures, by retrospectively reviewing the function and complications of our institutional experi?ence. Methods 15 patients were treated operatively for displaced proximal humeral fractures using the Multiloc PHN. Fractures were classified according to Neer's classification. Male 4 cases, female 11 cases, with a mean age 63.7 years (58-73 years), and the mean follow?up was 5.2 months (3-10 months). A number of parameters including patient demographics, mechanism of injury, operative time, time to union and complications were recorded. Functional outcome was evaluated using the rating scale of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) and Constant Score, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores. Results 15 patients completed the follow?up more than 3 months, the operation time was 145.3minutes (70-200 min), the blood loss was 189.3ml (50-310 ml). The union rate was 100%(mean time to union: 2.5 months). The ASES score was 83.1 and Constant Score was 81.7 , while the VAS was 1.7. The Constant score 87 (85, 92) and ASES 90 (83.5, 100) were higher for 5 cases without calcar screw than those of the other 10 cases using the calcar screw whose Constant 83 (77, 90), ASES 85 (73, 95). The average Constant score 88 (78, 92) and ASES score 91.5 (75, 100) were higher in 7 cases with 1 screw?in?screw than those with more than 2 screw?in?screw in 8 cases whose Constant 80.5 (74, 88.5), ASES 81.8 (73, 92.5). There were no complications such as hardware failure, protruded screws, infection, nonunion, avascular necrosis of humeral head or impingement syndrome, but 1 patient suffered from elbow stiff?ness (complication rate:6.7%). Conclusion The Multiloc proximal humeral nail is an effective implant for stabilisation of dis?placed proximal humeral fracture with a good short?term functional outcome. Its advantages are short operation time, small inci?sion, less trauma, less blood supply and less complications. The shoulder pain history and or with intraoperative findings of rotator cuff injuries, may have a negative impact on the prognosis.

Objective:To study influencing factors for in‐stent restenosis (ISR) during one year in patients with coro‐nary heart disease (CHD) after coronary sirolimus‐eluting stent (SES) implantation .Methods :According to results of coronary angiography (CAG) ,a total of 275 patients ,who hospitalized in our department from Jan 1st ,2012 to Dec 30th ,2013 and have received SES implantation and reviewed CAG after one year ,were divided into non‐ ISR group (n=247) and ISR group (n=38) .Clinical characteristics were compared between two groups ,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors for ISR .Results:Compared with non‐ISR group ,there were significant rise in percentages of occlusion lesions (17. 9% vs .31. 9% ) ,multiple overlapping stents (16. 7% vs . 31.9% ) ,and significant reduction in percentage of stent post‐dilatation (34.9% vs .10.6% ) in ISR group ,P<0.05 or <0. 01 ;Logistic regression analysis indicated that coronary occlusion lesion was a risk factor (OR :2. 855 ,95%CI :1.197~6.808 ,P=0.018) ,and post‐dilatation was a protective factor (OR :0.198 ,95% CI :0.057~0.691 , P=0.011) for ISR occurrence .Conclusion:Multiple overlapping stents and coronary occlusion lesions increase one‐year in‐stent restenosis rate ;stent post‐dilatation can reduce one‐year in‐stent restenosis rate ;coronary occlusion le‐sions is a risk factor , and stent post‐dilatation is a protective factor for restenosis during one‐year after coronary drug‐eluting stent implantation .
