Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(3):208-210
Objective] To explore the professor Xie Jingri fromthe theory of liver and spleen in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis treatment and medication,in order to further understand the relationship among the liver, spleen and stomach. To broaden the thinking,to improve the clinical curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis. [Method] With factor liver main spleen transportation as the theoretical basis, from the perspective of the relationship between five zang-organs and six fu-organs,with clinical basis for the case of professor Xie Jingri about the theory of liver and spleen in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is discussed for collection. [Results] Professor Xie Jingri putting forward the theory of liver and spleen in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has profound historical origin, there are documentaries, rules on the use of drugs to people, both focus on the overall, with the evidence-based medicine, and attention to detail, judge of modern, pathogenesis. For chronic atrophic gastritis has opened up a more effective treatment. [Conclusion] Through the elaboration of treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis treatment, medication and typical cases, make the theory of liver and spleen for stomach more clear train of thought,on the theory of liver and spleen theory, improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(1):36-38
CXCR4, a receptor for stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1, also know as CXCL12) and a member of the chemokine receptor family, has been shown to play an important role in the proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells. CXCR4 expression is an early event in breast cancer development and may serve as a biomarker for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. Expression of CXCR4 has been demonstrated to correlate with metastasis and poor prognosis in breast cancer. Inhibition of CXCR4 expression may be a potential target of breast cancer treatment.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2009;25(3):251-253
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of urethroplasty via transpubie ap-proach in treatment of complex posterior urethral strictures after pelyic fracture. Methods Urethroplas-ty via transpubic approach was done on 26 patients (21 males and 5 females, at mean age of 26 years) with complex posterior urethral strictures. Posterior urethral stricture was 2.5-4.0 cm long in 23 patiens and > 4.0 em in three. There were five patients with urethratresia. The perioporative complications and operative effect were evaluated after the broken ends of the urethra was thoroughly resected and treated with end-to-end anastomosis. Results A follow-up for 1-7 years ( mean 4 years) showed successful op-eration in 22 patients (85%), with normal urination and without complications like osteitis pubis, pelvic disassociation, pelvic instability or urinary incontinence. But obstructed urination was found in one (4%) and failed operation in three (11%). Conclusions Urethroplasty via transpubic approach takes advantages of precise and thorough scar excision, less complications and long term curative effect and is clinically feasible and safe for patients with complex posterior urethral stricture.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2488-2490
OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy and safety of metoprolol and bisoprolol in the treatment of diastolic heart fail-ure. METHODS:150 patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into group A(75 cases) and group B(75 cases). All patients received aspirin,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin receptor antagonists, calcium antagonists,di-uretic and cardiac drugs and other conventional treatment;based on it,group A received Metoprolol tartrate tablet with initial dose of 6.25 mg,orally, twice a day, then increased to 100-200 mg based on improvement and tolerability;group B received 1.25 mg Metoprolol tartrate tablet, orally, once a day, then increased to 10 mg based on improvement and tolerability. The treatment course for 2 groups was 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy, and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),myocardial performance index(LVTei index),brain natriuretic pep-tide(BNP),interleukin(IL)-1,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α before and after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The efficacy in group B was significantly higher than group A,incidence of adverse reac-tions were significantly lower than group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the LVESD,LVEF,LVEDD,LVTei index,BNP,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups(P>0.05). Af-ter treatment,LVESD,LVEDD,LVTei index,BNP,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and group B was lower than group A,LVEF was significantly higher than before, and group B was higher than group A,the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment, bisoprolol is significantly superi-or to metoprolol in terms of efficacy, relieving clinical symptoms and improving cardiac functions in the treatment of diastolic heart failure, with better safety.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of inhaled nitric oxide(NO) on newborn piglets with asphyxia-induced myocardial impairment. Methods Twenty-nine newborn piglets were divided into three groups: (1)control group(CON,n =8); (2)asphyxia without NO inhaled group(ASP,n =11); (3)asphyxia with NO inhaled group (INO,n =10). In both ASP and INO group, asphyxia was induced by clamping the inhalation tube for 10min. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR),both groups were mechanically ventilated with 35% of O 2 for 6 hrs,but 10ppm of nitric oxide was applied additionally to INO group. Mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) was monitored continuously. Serum creatine kinase,MB (CK-MB),and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) were measured at 6h after CPR. Cardiac functions were evaluated at 6h after CPR by echocardiography including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF),ratio of peak E velocity and peak A velocity of mitrial flow and tricuspid flow (ME/A and TE/A),ratio of peak e velocity and velocity of mitral annulus motion and tricuspid annulus motion (Me/a and Te/a). The CON group was examined correspondingly. The myocardial histopathologic damage score (MHDS) was used to evaluate the severity of myocardial impairment. Results During 1 h to 6 h after CPR,INO group displayed a lower level of mPAP (14?6)~(12?4) mm Hg when compared with ASP group(23?5)~(19?3) mm Hg ( P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(12):-
This paper explores into the differences of successful and unsuccessful medical students in their use of English writing strategies. The result of T-test shows that students differ a lot in their use of four writing strategies especially in macro-management strategy and func-tion-focused strategy. Therefore, teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of au-tonomous use of writing strategy in daily writing courses.
