Objective:To investigate the effects of chitin on atopic dermatitis in an OVA induced AD murine model.Methods:Twenty-eight BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups:the normal control group (N)(8),the chitin group(E) (10) and the AD model group(M)(10).The murine model of atopic dermatitis was established through intraperitoneal injection of OVA followed by repeated epicutaneous application of OVA on mice back skin( AD model group).During the set up of AD murine model, mice of the chitin group were given intragastric gavage of 3 mg/d for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the mice were sacrificed and skin lesions were biopsied for histological study.HE and O-toluidine stained paraffin sections were observed under microscope. The spleen cells were cultured and challenged with OVA and chitin, respectively, the supernatant was obtained for cytokine determination.Serum levels of total and OVA-specific IgE and total IgG2a were determined with ELISA.Results:Chitin significantly inhibited skin inflammation induced by OVA.Compared with the AD model group, the thickness of the epidermis and dermis in the chitin group were obviously decreased. The numbers of dermal infiltrated inflammatory cells, eosinophils and mast cells were significantly decreased in the chitin group compared with the AD model group ( P<0.05-0.001 ).The serum level of total IgE and OVA-specific IgE were significantly lower in the chitin group than in the AD model group(P<0.05-0.001),while the serum level of IgG2a in the chitin group was significantly higher than that of the AD model group( P<0.001).The cultured spleen cells of the chitin group produced significantly higher levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ,but lower level of IL-4 compared with those of the AD model group after OVA challenge (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chitin can inhibit the inflammation and decease the seum level of IgE in the murine AD model. The antiallergic effect of chitin might be associated with the induced production of Th1 type cytokines by mice spleen cells.

Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of postoperative radiotherapy and postoperative chemotherapy for patients with endometrial cancer, which may give support for clinical proper selection. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs)comparing postoperative radiotherapy with post-operative chemotherapy for patients with endometrial cancer were searched in EMBase,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and VIP database from the inception to August 201 5.Two reviewers independently assessed the quality of included studies and extrac-ted data.We analyzed the statistic data using RevMan 5.1 software. Results Three RCTs concluding 1 1 21 patients were included.Meta analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups in five-year survival rate (RR =0.94,95%CI:0.80-1 .1 0,Z =0.77,P =0.440),five-year progression-free survival rate (RR =0.98,95%CI:0.90-1 .07,Z =0.52,P =0.61 0)and recurrence rate (RR =1 .06, 95%CI:0.91 -1 .24,Z =0.75,P =0.450),but there were significant differences between the two groups in grade 3-4 thrombocytopenia (RR =0.1 3,95%CI:0.07-0.27,Z =5.62,P <0.000 01 )and grade 3-4 neu-tropenia (RR =0.01 ,95%CI:0.00-0.03,Z =8.27,P <0.000 01 ).Subgroup analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in five-year survival rate (RR =0.79,95%CI:0.68-0.91 , Z =3.1 5,P =0.002)and five-year progression-free survival rate (RR =0.82,95%CI:0.69-0.97,Z =2.31 ,P =0.020)for patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage endometrial cancer. Conclusion Current evidence indicates that compared with postoperative radiotherapy, postoperative chemotherapy may improve the survival rate for pa-tients with advanced stage endometrial cancer. The long-term curative effects still need to be confirmed by RCTs with high quality and large sample.
5.Epidemiological investigation on deciduous dental caries among children aged 2 approximately 4 years of Kaifu district in Changsha city.
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2009;34(1):76-80
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate dental caries of deciduous teeth among preschool children of Kaifu district in Changsha.
METHODS:
According to the criteria recommended by the Third National Oral Health Investigation, deciduous caries of 459 children aged 2 to 4 were clinically examined. The mean decayed missing filled teeth (dmft) and the prevalence of dental caries for each age group were calculated. The Results were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 software package.
RESULTS
The prevalence of dental caries was 39.65%.The mean dmft score was 1.32. The prevalence of dental caries and mean dmft increased as children grew up (P<0.05).Dental caries of maxillary deciduous central incisor and mandibular second deciduous molar were significantly more common than other teeth. The filling rate was 7.57%, which increased with age. The prevalence of early childhood caries was 17.21% (17.90% for males and 16.34% for females). CONCLUSION Deciduous dental caries of preschool children are an important problem, and the filling rate is very low. Necessary measures for early prevention of dental caries must be taken.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(35):2746-2749
Objective:
To understand the cognitive and management status of breast cancer patients with expectant nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients, and to provide reference for taking targeted measures to improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
Methods:
From March to May 2018, 10 breast surgical nurses were selected by the purpose sampling method. The phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were used to interview them. The Colaizzi data analysis principle was used to analyze the data and refine the theme.
Results:
A total of five themes were extracted: nurses generally knew the impact of nausea and vomiting on patients; lack of knowledge about the expected nausea and vomiting of chemotherapy; nausea and vomiting has not been evaluated as an independent symptom; there is still no targeted, systematic management Measures; lack of attention is a major obstacle to the management of nausea and vomiting in patients.
Conclusion
Nurses should strengthen the knowledge of chemotherapy-predicted nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients, and effectively evaluate patients with nausea and vomiting. Nursing managers should formulate corresponding standardized interventions to improve patients' nausea and vomiting according to the existing problems. Improve the quality of life of patients.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of calycosin glucoside ,ononin, calycosin, formononetin, astragaloside Ⅳ,isoastragaloside Ⅱ,cycloastragenol and isoastragaloside Ⅰ in Astragalus membranaceus before and after bidirectional solid fermentation with Cordyceps kyushuensis ,and to investigate the effects of fermentation on the contents of above 8 components in A. membranaceus . METHODS :HPLC-DAD-ELSD was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent 5 TC-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile (gradient elution )at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. DAD detection wavelength was set at 260 nm,ELSD evaporation tube temperature was 100 ℃,atomizer temperature was 80 ℃,carrier gas flow rate was 1.6 L/min;injection volume was 15 μL. RESULTS:The eight components had a good linear relationship within their respective ranges of concentration (all R2>0.999 0); RSDs of precision ,stability and repeatability tests were all less than 3%(n=3 or n=6);the recoveries was 97.88%-101.32%, and RSDs were 1.22%-2.39%(n=6). Setting the content of components in unfermented A. membranaceus as 100%,after bidirectional solid fermentation with C. kyushuensis ,the change rates of 8 components were -98.51%,-96.41%,-94.74%, -96.40%,289.20%,20.25%,-75.05%,562.46%,respectively. CONCLUSIONS :After fermentation with C. kyushuensis ,the contents of active components as astragaloside Ⅳ,isoastragaloside Ⅰ and isoastragaloside Ⅱ can be increased significantly in A. membranaceus .
