1.THE EFFECT OF INOCULATING A? SUBUNIT VACCINE ON AMYLOID PLAQUES OF BRAIN AND COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR IN Tg2576 MICE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effects of A? subunit vaccine immunization on amyloid plaques and behavioural impairment in Tg2576 mice. Methods Twenty-four Tg2576 mice were randomly divided into A?-(1-15) group,A?-(36-42) group,A?-(42) group and control group.Tg2576 mice were inoculated by corresponding vaccine in 9 month old.Indirect ELISA was used to assay antibody against A?-(42) in the serum and homogenate of brain. The method of immunohistochemical staining was performed to observe deposition of amyloid plaques and using method of Morris water maze to test mouse's learning and memory.Histochemical staining was used to observe the morphology of brain, liver, spleen, lung and kidney to assess safety of subunit vaccine. Results After the second inoculating, antibody against A?-(42) began to develop in experimental group mice. The titer increased with inoculating times.Once the inoculating was stopped, the titer of antibody was decreased. The low titer of antibody against A?-(42) could be also detected in supernatant of homogenated brain. After six month inoculating, amyloid deposition in cortex and hippocampi were significantly reduced in A?-(42),A?-(1-15) and A?-(36-42) group.Compared with control group, they were greatly decreased in experimental groups(P0.05).The effect of A?-(1-15) subunit vaccine had more superior than that of A?-(36-42) vaccine(P
2.Study on changes of ratio of serum NEFA/ALB in children with primary ne-phrotic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2017;33(3):437-440
Objective:To study on the changes of the ratio of serum NEFA/ALB in children with primary nephrotic syndrome , and to provide new indicators for the diagnosis and severity assessment of clinical PNS .Methods:The levels of serum albumin ( ALB) , free fatty acid (NEFA),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),creatinine(Scr),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) were quantitatively measured in 52 patients with PNS in acute stage ( acute stage group ) and 34 patients with PNS in complete remission ( remission stage group ) and 50 healthy children ( con-trol group). The lipid/lipoprotein and renal function parameters were also analyzed .Results: Compared with controls group ,the levels of serum ALB,HDL-C in acute group and remission group decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) ,but the levels of serum NEFA/ALB,TC, TG,LDL-C,UA,BUN,Scr in acute group increased significantly ( P<0.05 ) ,the levels of serum TG ,LDL-C in acute group increased significantly (P<0.05).Compared with remission group, the levels of serum ALB in acute group decreased significantly (P<0.05), but the levels of serum NEFA/ALB,TC,TG,LDL-C,UA,BUN,Scr increased significantly (P<0.05).In PNS children, the ratio of NEFA to ALB was positively correlated with the levels of TC ,TG,LDL-C,UA,BUN (P<0.05),while negatively correlated with ALB (P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the ratio of NEFA to ALB had an independent association with BUN levels (β=0.045,t=1.602,P=0.003).Conclusion:In the development process of PNS disease ,serum ratio of NEFA to ALB increased in-dicates impaired kidney function or reduced kidney function ,and it can help doctor assess and judge the clinical condition .
3.Relationship between anoikis and tumor invasion and metastasis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(11):781-784
Anoikis,a specific form of programmed cell death,is triggered by cell detachment from extracellular matrix or adjacent cell.Studies have found that the most kinds of tumor cells had anoikis resistance characteristic, which may inhibit pro-apoptosis protein, block anoikis inside and outside pathways,up-regulate pro-survival factor signals, and promote survival, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells in the end.The review summarized the mechanism of anoikis and the relationship between anoikis and tumor invasion and the metastasis.
5.THE COMPARATION OF EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS EXTRACTING THE PROTEOLYTIC ENZYME FROM THE ALIMENTARY CANAL OF PNEUMATOPHORUS JAPONICUS
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Various conditions were compared for extracting the proteolytic enxyme from the alimentary canal of Pneumatophorus juponicus (Houttuyn). The results showed that when using CaCl2 as activator, the suitable conditions were pH7. 5,extracting temperature 20 C,extracting time 2h,activiting time 16h,70% alcohol precipitaion.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE:To select the preparation process of liposome of Arnebia euehroma. METHODS:Thin film dispersion method, reverse phase evaporation method, ethanol injection-extrude method, ether injection method and melting methods were used to prepare the liposome of A. euehroma, respectively. The applicability of these five methods was compare with encapsulation efficiency, shapes and the distribution of particles size as indexes. RESULTS:All the methods obtained the liposome in perfect shape and uniform size with the exception of melting method, among which the encapsulation efficiency of liposome reached (63.53?0.71)% by ethanol injection-extrude method. CONCLUSION:The ethanol injection-extrude method is suitable for the preparation of liposome of A. euehroma.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2002;0(02):-
Objective To explore perioperative control level of plasma glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 163 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups, Group A with fasting plasma glucose (FPG)≤6.9 mmol/L, and Group B with FPG≥7.0 mmol/L. FPG, plasma glucose two hours after glucose load (2hPG), urine ketone, hypoglycemia, days to use antibiotics, and days of operation wound healed were observed. Results FPG level [(5.9?0.7) mmol/L] before surgical operation and plasma glucose level [(7.5?1.7) mmol/L]during operation in Group A were lower than those in Group B [(8.1?2.1) mmol/ L and(13.4?3.7) mmol/L], with P

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2010;18(1):34-35
Objective To analyzed the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational use of this kind of drugs. Methods The sorting methods of defined daily dose (DDDs) and the frequency of oral hypoglycenic drugs were used for analysis. Results The list of leading DDDs was glucosidase inhibitor, which accounted for 31.13 % of the total, followed by biguanides which accounted for 21.49%. Conclusions The glueosidase inhibitor, a new type oral hypoglycemic drugs used for lowering postprandial blood sugar level showed remarkable efficacy and safety, so it is currently the first choice for patients with diabetes.
