To explore the current status of occupational hygiene habits and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection of domestic service personnel in a Shanghai community and propose the community control measures.A total of 76 domestic service personnel and employers were selected into the investigation and control groups.And they answered questionnaire and received 14C-urea breath test.The career duration of 65％ domestic service personnel were over 3 years.Home-based services accounted for 45％.The number of 49％ part-time service accounted for two or more.And 84％ of them dined together with service families.The difference of occupational hygiene habits and awareness of Hp infection had no statistical significance (P ＞0.05).The rate of Hp infection of domestic service personnel was 50％ vs.38％ for control group (x2 =2.162,P =1.141).Their consistent rate was 62％ (Kappa =0.237).A high risk of Hp infection spread within or between the families is correlated with the professional behaviors of domestic service personnel.Eradication therapy for an existing patient should be started as early as possible and occupational practices standardized.

Objective To investigate effect of carnosine on oxygen glucose deprivation/reperfusion ( OGD/RP) induced injury in rat brain slices. Methods Injury of brain slices was determined by TTC methods.The contents of ATP, ADP and AMP were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Reactive Oxygen species ( ROS) were determined by fluorescence methods.Results Compared with control group, rat hippocampal slices were significantly damaged by OGD/RP, indicated by light color and decreased A490 nm value of TTC staining.Meanwhile the contents of ATP and ADP were significantly decreased, and the content of AMP and ROS were significantly increased, the difference between two group was significant ( P<0.01).Pre-incubation with Carnosine (1000, 200, 40 μg/mL) significantly inhibited the light color and decreased A490 nm value of TTC staining, increased the contents of ATP, ADP and AMP, and decreased the content of ROS, the difference between two group was significant ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion Carnosine can protect rat hippocampal slices against injury induced by OGD/RP, which may relate to improve the energy metabolism and strengthen the ability of anti-oxidative stress.

Objective To investigate the gene sequence and mutations of human papillomavirus(HPV)type16E6E7in patients with HPV infection in Beijing.Methods Sample DNA was extracted from lesions in patients with HPV infection.HPV types were identified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).E6E7gene,isolated from samples infected with HPV16only,was cloned into plasmid pGEM-3zf and sequenced.Results The recombinant plasmid pGEM/16E6E7was constructed successfully.The whole HPV E6E7gene was776bp in length which was equal to that of the standard strain.Three nucleotides exchanges,i.e.,p60PROE6,p96GLUE6,p565SERE7,were found in E6E7gene.Conclusion The data suggest that there are nucleotide differences of HPV E6E7gene between HPV obtained from Beijing and that of standard sequence.

Effective referral management of health and clinical services in maternal and child health hospitals plays an important role in enhancing patients′ medical experience, improving the efficiency and quality of maternal and child health services. A tertiary grade A maternal and child health hospital has carried out a practice of health and clinical service referral management based on information technology construction. A referral information module embedded in the hospital information system has been designed and constructed, and started to be applied in outpatient clinics in July 2021. At the same time, corresponding system and process construction, as well as quality control management and continuous improvement, have been carried out. The outpatient referral rate from July to December 2021 was 2.8% (11 466/412 808), from January to June 2022 it was 5.6% (22 705/402 586), from July to December 2022 it was 5.5% (22 233/402 959), and from January to June 2023 it was 6.7% (23 373/347 898). The referral rate has continued to improve and can provide reference for the referral management of other maternal and child health institutions.
