Objective To summarize the application of new assistance chemotherapy(NCT) in the surgeriable breast cancer,to study the security of NCT in the near future curative effects and the influence to surgery way.Methods The clinical date of 36 cases with Ⅰ～Ⅲ breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results There are 8 examples of CCR, 19 examples of CPR,3 examples of PCR in the total cases. The total effective rate is 83.3%.There is no obvious side reaction. Conclusion As a result of the safety and effectiveness, NCT is an important way for treating breast neoplasms.

Objective To compare the effect of enteral nutrition liquid with different dietary fiber content on serum protein in patients with stress hyperglycemia.Methods A total of 90 patients with stress hyperglycemia were randomly divided into three groups:enteral nutritional suspension (SP) group (Peptisorb),enteral nutritional suspension (TPF-FOS) group (Jevety) and enteral nutritional suspension (TPF-D) group (Glucerna),each group consisting of 30 patients.In the three groups,prealbumi (PA),serum albumin (ALB),retinol binding protein (RBP),transfer-rin (TRF) and hemoglobin (Hb) were continuously measured on the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th and 7th day.Data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0.Variances on time and group were analyzed by repeated measures of general linear model.Results The PA,ALB,RBP,TRF and Hb were significantly different among Peptisorb group,Jevety group and Glucerna group (P＜ 0.05).The PA,ALB and Hb which were determined in different time,were not significantly impacted by Peptisorb,Jevety or Glucerna,and not significantly changed with time.The RBP and TRF which were determined at different time,were not impacted by Peptisorb,Jevety or Glucema,but time× group from RBP and TRF which were determined in different time,were significantly impacted in Peptisorb group,Jevety group and Glucerna group (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion The content from different dietary fiber significantly affects serum protein in patients with stress hyperglycemia,and TPF-D has the most significant effect on serum protein.

Objective To understand the current situation and trend on the relations between erectile dysfunction (ED) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) through analyzing the epidemiologic research data.Methods We conducted a literature search on the Scopus for potentially relevant epidemiologic studies on ED and CVD published from 1957 to October,28,2016.Age of the article,types,regions,citation,and co-authorship of the documents were recorded.Results A total number of 412 pieces of literature were published in the past six decades,with original articles the most common types of ED and CVD.ED and CVD associated epidemiologic topics had an annual increase in number,and remained stable in the past decade,with occident countries as the United States and Italy taking the lead in this area.Clinical and epidemiological studies were the hottest areas,with most authors sharing a co-authorship.Conclusion Our results suggested that inter-disciplinary cooperation with emphasize on clinical application were the effective starting points for ED and CVD associated epidemiologic studies.

Methanol fuel is a most promising substitute for gasoline. It is scarcely reported about methanol-fueled exhaust on the health effect, neither about genotoxicity research between methanol- and gasoline-fueled exhaust. In the present study, the two kinds of exhaust were sampled directly from tailpipe at the same type bus, the same state, L5178Y thymidine kinase (TK) gene mutation assay was used to investigate their genotoxicity at the same dose range, and compared with micronucleus and comet assay. The results showed that the genotoxicity of gasoline-fueled exhaust is stronger than that of methanol-fueled exhaust, while the cytotoxicity of methanol-fueled exhaust is stronger than that of gasoline-fueled exhaust at dose range. The study demonstrated that L5178Y TK gene mutation assay is more sensitive than micronucleus and comet assay.

METHODS:The UK Biobank study is a population-based cohort study.Weekly alcohol consumption was assessed using self-reported questionnaires and the congenital risk of alcohol consumption was also evaluated using genetic risk score(GRS).Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate hazard ratios(HRs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)for the associations between alcohol consumption and AAD.Several sensitivity analyses were performed to assess the robustness of the results. RESULTS:Among the 388,955 participants(mean age:57.1 years,47.4%male),2,895 incident AAD cases were documented during a median follow-up of 12.5 years.Compared with never-drinkers,moderate drinkers(adjusted HR:0.797,95%CI:0.646-0.984,P<0.05)and moderate-heavy drinkers(adjusted HR:0.794,95%CI:0.635-0.992,P<0.05)were significantly associated with a decreased risk of incident AAD.Interaction-based subgroup analysis revealed that the protective effect of moderate drinking was reflected mainly in participants younger than 65 years and women. CONCLUSION:Our findings support a protective effect of moderate alcohol consumption on AAD,but are limited to participants younger than 65 years and women.
