1.A study of the effects of auricular point plaster therapeutic time on pain caused by cyclomastopathy

Objective To observe the effects of auricular point plaster therapeutic time on pain caused by cyclomastopathy .Methods 90 patients who visited breast surgery outpatient clinic and were diagnosed as cyclomas -topathy due to stagnation of liver -QI were randomly divided into the three groups by numerical table:3 days ( group A),5 days(group B),7 days(group C) ear acupoint therapy group,30 cases each.Improved pain symptoms of cyclo-mastopathy were compared among the three groups .Results There was statistical significance to reduce pain symp-toms in the three groups[before the treatment:(4.57 ±1.74)points,(4.63 ±1.83)points,(4.81 ±1.57)points;after the treatment:(3.45 ±1.52)points,(1.82 ±0.96)points,(2.45 ±1.03)points.t=2.66,7.45,6.88,all P<0.05].There was obvious statistical difference between group B and group C (t=7.45,6.88,all P<0.01),and low recurrence rate .Conclusion 5 days auricular point plaster therapy is worthy of clinical popularization because which can improve pain symptom of cyclomastopathy ,shorten time of therapy with high compliance and low recurrence rate .
2.The application of the new assistance chemotherapy in breast cancer

Objective To summarize the application of new assistance chemotherapy(NCT) in the surgeriable breast cancer,to study the security of NCT in the near future curative effects and the influence to surgery way.Methods The clinical date of 36 cases with Ⅰ~Ⅲ breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results There are 8 examples of CCR, 19 examples of CPR,3 examples of PCR in the total cases. The total effective rate is 83.3%.There is no obvious side reaction. Conclusion As a result of the safety and effectiveness, NCT is an important way for treating breast neoplasms.

4.Clinical characteristics of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in the elderly

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity in the elderly.Methods One hundred and eighty elderly inpatients with DVT and one hundred and forty-four non-elderly DVT inpatients were recruited in the study.The prevalence situation, risk factors, complications and curative effect were analyzed.Rcsulls The prevalence of DVT in patients aged 60-69 years was the highest(50.5%), followed by the patients aged 70-79 years(40.5 %), The five major risk factors were post-operation (27.8 %), malignant tumor (15.0 %), traumatic fracture ( 7.8 %), sequelae of cerebrovascular disease (7.2 %) and long-term bedridden(5.0%).49.4% of the elderly had Cockett's syndrome, including 14.0% of them with common iliac vein (CIV) occlusion(n=6), 48.8% of them with >50% stenosis of the CIV (n= 21) and 37.2% of them with <50% stenosis (n= 16).In acute stage of DVT, the curative effect of thrombectomy was superior to that of thrombolysis, while there were no statistically significant differences in curative effect between the two methods in non-acute phase.The curative effect between elderly group and non-elderly group did not show significant difference.Conclusions The elderly are easy to suffer from DVT, and malignant tumor and sequelae of cerebrovascular disease are the risk factors for DVT in the elderly.The curative effect of thrombectomy is better than that of thrombolysis in elderly patients with acute DVT.

6.Treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion using intrathoracic injection of BCG-PSN combined with mitomycin and cisplatin

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the intrathoracic injection of polysachride nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG PSN) combined with mitomycin and cisplatin for the treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion. Methods A total of 53 lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups: BCG PSN combined with chemotherapy group (treatment group, 27 patients) and simple chemotherapy group (control group, 26 patients). Drugs were injected into thoracic cavity, which was repeated every 7 day interval. Effective rate, Karnofsky score and toxicities were evaluated. Results After treatment, the effective rate was 88.8% in treatment group and 53 9% in the control group. Significant difference was found in the two groups( P
7.Quantitative Determination of paeonin in "Shuganzhitong Pian " by Macroporous Resin Preseparation-TLC Densitometry Method

A preliminary separation procedure of paeonin in "shugauzhitong pian" by macro-porous resin GDX-104 and its subsequent quantitative determination by double wavelenth TLC scanniug was developed. Through sample scanning, stability iuvestigation and recovery tests,it reveals that the suggested method was precise and accurate, the results of determination were reliable.
8.HPLC fingerprints of Herba Artemisiae scopariae

AIM: A novel method for the overall quality control of Herba Artemisiae scopareiae has been established by HPLC fingerprint. METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting ~5 ?L of the sample solution each time on a Kromasil ODS column (250 mm?~4.6 mm ,~5 ?m ) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1%acetate acid-water-methanol. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the column temperature was maintained at ~30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at ~326 nm . RESULTS:22 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Herba Artemisiae scopareiae and the similarities between the chromatographic fingerprints of the herbal drugs were calculated taking chlorogenic acid peak as the reference peak. The chromatographic fingerprints also were evaluated by the chromatographic fingerprint index (F), the relative index (Fr) and the fingerprint components apparent prercentage contents (P%). CONCLUSION: This method with good precision and reproducibility can be useful in the quality control of Herba Artemisiae scopareiae.
9.Determination of the four components in Ginkgo-Leaf-Extract Dipyridamole Injection by HPLC

AIM: To simutaneously determinate the four components of dipyridamole, quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Ginkgo-Leaf-Extract Dipyridamole Injection by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC). METHODS: Ginkgo-Leaf-Extract Dipyridamole Injection was determined by RP-HPLC on Scienhome Kromasil C_ 18 (250 mm? 4.6 mm, 5 ?m) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (55∶ 45, v/v), the flow rate of 0.80 mL/min and UV detection wavelength at 360 nm were set to determine the contents of the four components. RESULTS: There were good linear relationships between peak area and concentration of the four components, and the calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 21.7 -261.0 ?g/mL for dipyridamole, 8.0 -96.0 ?g/mL for quercetin, 7.75 -93.0 ?g/mL for kaempferol, 5.75 -69.0 ?g/mL for isorhamnetin. The precisions for dipyridamole, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 1.16% , 1.35% , 1.21% and 1.58% , respectively. The average recoveries were 100.3% , 100.0% , 99.86% and 99.80% , respectively. CONCLUSION: The four components of the dipyridamole, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Ginkgo-Left-Extract Dipyridamole Injection are determined at the same time, and the method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
10.The relative quantitative method of HPLC digitized fingerprints for Fructus Gardeniae

AIM: To explore a relative quantitative method by establishing HPLC digitized fingerprints of Fructus Gardeniae and taking the control medicinal material as a reference substance. METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting the sample solution each time on a CenturySIL C_(18) BDS column (20 cm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetate acid-water and 1% acetate acid-acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at(30?0.15) ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.The HPLC fingerprints of the control medicinal material for Fructus Gardeniae were obtained under different injection volumes and calculated by "the digitized evaluation system of the traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint with the super-information characteristics".Equivalent regression curves were obained by making linear regression between the fingerprint peak areas and apparent injection amounts.(RESULTS:) 35 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Fructus Gardeniae by taking Geniposide peak as the reference peak.Both the equivalent relation between each of the ten places and control medicinal material of Fructus Gardeniae and the equivalent relation between each fingerprint peak of different places and that of Fructus Gardeniae control medicinal material were calculated by equivalent regression curves. CONCLUSION: This method can be useful in the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.It is also of importantance in deeply studying the relative amounts of single fingerprint peak,and it provides reference value in extending the quantitative evaluation methods of TCM.
