3.A study of the effects of auricular point plaster therapeutic time on pain caused by cyclomastopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(5):670-672,673
Objective To observe the effects of auricular point plaster therapeutic time on pain caused by cyclomastopathy .Methods 90 patients who visited breast surgery outpatient clinic and were diagnosed as cyclomas -topathy due to stagnation of liver -QI were randomly divided into the three groups by numerical table:3 days ( group A),5 days(group B),7 days(group C) ear acupoint therapy group,30 cases each.Improved pain symptoms of cyclo-mastopathy were compared among the three groups .Results There was statistical significance to reduce pain symp-toms in the three groups[before the treatment:(4.57 ±1.74)points,(4.63 ±1.83)points,(4.81 ±1.57)points;after the treatment:(3.45 ±1.52)points,(1.82 ±0.96)points,(2.45 ±1.03)points.t=2.66,7.45,6.88,all P<0.05].There was obvious statistical difference between group B and group C (t=7.45,6.88,all P<0.01),and low recurrence rate .Conclusion 5 days auricular point plaster therapy is worthy of clinical popularization because which can improve pain symptom of cyclomastopathy ,shorten time of therapy with high compliance and low recurrence rate .
4.Constructing cultivation mode for health service management professionals based on self-organization system theory
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(12):1416-1418
With medical system reform advancing, social requirement on comprehensive capability for health service management professionals enhances unceasingly. However, health service management in our country is a new branch of edge-crossed and needs to be improvd and perfected constantly to reduce the shortage in mode construction for talent cultivation. It is meaningful to explore and construct innovative cultivation mode for health management professionals from three aspects, management capability, learning capability and information feedback based on system self-organization principle.
5.Clinical characteristics of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2009;28(3):217-220
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity in the elderly. Methods One hundred and eighty elderly inpatients with DVT and one hundred and forty-four non-elderly DVT inpatients were recruited in the study. The prevalence situation, risk factors, complications and curative effect were analyzed.Rcsulls The prevalence of DVT in patients aged 60-69 years was the highest(50.5%), followed by the patients aged 70-79 years(40.5 %), The five major risk factors were post-operation (27.8 %), malignant tumor (15.0 %), traumatic fracture ( 7.8 %), sequelae of cerebrovascular disease (7.2 %) and long-term bedridden(5.0%).49.4% of the elderly had Cockett's syndrome, including 14.0% of them with common iliac vein (CIV) occlusion(n=6), 48.8% of them with >50% stenosis of the CIV (n= 21) and 37.2% of them with <50% stenosis (n= 16).In acute stage of DVT, the curative effect of thrombectomy was superior to that of thrombolysis, while there were no statistically significant differences in curative effect between the two methods in non-acute phase. The curative effect between elderly group and non-elderly group did not show significant difference. Conclusions The elderly are easy to suffer from DVT, and malignant tumor and sequelae of cerebrovascular disease are the risk factors for DVT in the elderly. The curative effect of thrombectomy is better than that of thrombolysis in elderly patients with acute DVT.
6.The relationship between bacterial translocation, endotoxemia and nitric oxide in portal hypertensive rats
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study the relationship between bacterial translocation, endotoxemia and nitric oxide(NO) in portal hypertensive rats.Method Portal hypertension was induced by portal vein stenosis(PVS) in 30 rats subdividing into 3 groups:group B (Model),group C in which L arginine was given, and group D receiving L NAME.10 additional normal rats served as control (group A).Two weeks after, mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN),spleen and blood samples were collected for bacterial cultures.Portal pressure, endotoxin and NO 2 - levels were measured. The permeability of intestinal mucosa was assayed using Lanthanum as tracer and the mucosa ultrastructure in ileum was observed.Results[WT5”BZ] The bacterial translocation rates in MLN in the PVS groups was higher than in control. The endotoxin levels elevated in the PVS group.NO 2 - level and portal pressure were lower in group D than in group B.In the PVS group, the tracer was observed in the lamina properia and epithelium layers.[WT5”HZ] Conclusions Bacterial translocation and endotoxemia in portal hypertension were in response to enhanced permeability of intestinal mucosa, which are responsible for the increased NO level.
7.Treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion using intrathoracic injection of BCG-PSN combined with mitomycin and cisplatin
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(22):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the intrathoracic injection of polysachride nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG PSN) combined with mitomycin and cisplatin for the treatment of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion. Methods A total of 53 lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups: BCG PSN combined with chemotherapy group (treatment group, 27 patients) and simple chemotherapy group (control group, 26 patients). Drugs were injected into thoracic cavity, which was repeated every 7 day interval. Effective rate, Karnofsky score and toxicities were evaluated. Results After treatment, the effective rate was 88.8% in treatment group and 53 9% in the control group. Significant difference was found in the two groups( P
8.The de-escalation therapy combined bronchoalveolar lavage in treatment of acute stroke complicate pulmonary infection
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(21):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of the de-escalation therapy of antimicrobial agents combined bronchoalveolar lavage on the treatment of acute stroke complicate pulmonary infection. Methods 80 patients of acute stroke complicated pulmonary infection were randomized into two groups. The method of the de-escalation therapy of antimicrobial agents combined bronchoalveolar lavage was used in therapeutic group(n=40)while the patients in control group(n=42)received routine therapy of antimicrobial agents. The effective rate, the bacteria1 eradication rat,the average time of pneumonia absorption and the average time NICU stay between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate and the bacteria1 eradication rat in therapeutic group were significantly higher than those in control group(P
9.Mediastinal Tumors:Imaging Characters
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the value of imaging characters in diagnosing mediastinal tumors. Methods X-ray and CT findings of pathologically proved mediastinal tumors in 58 cases were analysed, the findings enabling qualitative diagnosis were recommended. Results There were 40 cases of anterior mediastinal tumors including intrathoracic thyroid tumors [n=32,5 tyroid carcinomas and 1 thyroid cyst ,thymomas (n=3) and teratomas (n=5, 3 cases ruptured)]. All the other 18 cases in posterior mediastinum were neurogenic tumors. Conclusion Based on the combination of the mediastinal compartment knowledge, X-ray and CT findings of the tumors and the clinical information, the qualitative diagnosis of mediastinal tumors will be characterized correctly.
