Objective To explore the value of improved family management model to reduce the occurrence of death and rehospitalization rate of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) after discharge.Methods The children with BPD who were admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2006 to December 2013 were enrolled.Thirty-one cases with BPD used with improved family management mode after discharge from January 2010 to December 2013 were as experimental group.Twenty-seven cases with BPD used with traditional family management mode after discharge from January 2006 to December 2009 were as control group.The occurrence of death and rehospitalization were observed because of apnea,choking,respiratory failure,pneumonia and asthma within 3 months after discharge and compared the difference between two groups with chi-square test.The lung functions of all cases were checked in 40 week of the corrected gestational age and 3 month of the corrected age and compare the difference between the experimental group and control group with t test.Results The occurrence of death in the experimental group was 3.22％ (1/31 cases),and that of the control group was 22.22％ (6/27 cases),there was significantly statistical difference in the occurrence of death between two groups (x2 =4.907,P ＜0.05).The occurrence of rehospitalization in the experimental group was 25.80％ (8/31 cases),and that of the control group was 77.78％ (21/27 eases),there was significantly statistical difference in the occurrence of rehospitalization because of apnea,choking,respiratory failure,pneumonia and asthma between two groups (x2 =15.591,P ＜ 0.05).The difference of the lung functions between two groups in 40 week of the corrected gestational age was not statistically significant.The respiratory rate in the experimental group (30 survivors) were lower than those in the control group (21 survivors) in 3 month of the corrected gestational age (t =9.225,P ＜ 0.05),and time to peak tidal expiratory flow,volume to peak tidal expiratory flow,25 ％ tidal expiratory flow,50％ tidal expiratory flow,75 ％ tidal expiratory flow levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in 3 month of the corrected gestational age,the difference of lung functions between 2 groups were statistically significant (t =3.992,3.301,4.645,3.152,2.916,all P ＜ 0.05),the lung functions in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group in 3 month of the corrected age.Conclusions The improved family management mode can reduce the occurrence of death and rehospitalization for the children with BPD after discharge and is conducive to the improvenent of pulmonary function.

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage(SPH). Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of SPH were reviewed retrospectively.In the 31 cases,flank pain,flank mass,shock,gross hematuria,abdominal bleeding occured in 31,10,8,3 and 3 cases,respectively.The final diagnosis was established on CT scan,B-ultrasonography and IVU were 18,22 and 7 cases. Results In 31 cases,nephrectomy were performed in 18,radical nephrectomy in 1 case,nephron spare surgery in 4,renal artery embolization in 2,inspiration and drainage of hemorrage in 1 and careful watching in 5 cases.There were 11 cases of angiomyolipoma,6 renal cyst,4 of renal cell carcinoma,3 infectious diseases,2 aneurysm of renal artery and 2 hydronephrosis. Conclusions The clinical presentation may vary greatly depending on the degree and duration of bleeding,and the severe pain in the upper abdomen of abrupt onset is the common sign and symptom.The spontaneous rupture of renal cell carcinoma and angiomyolipoma are the most common cause of SPH.CT scan and B-ultrasonography are the most valuable in the diagnosis of SPH.It is demanded that management of SPH depends on the histopathology and the degree of bleeding.

Research progress of noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement methods is presented in this paper. The principles and characteristics of such methods are introduced as arterial tonometry, volume-compensation method, pulse wave velocity method and blood pressure measurement method using characteristic parameters of pulse wave. The perspective of noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement is also mentioned.

In order to improve the noise ratio and stability of the amplified small-signal in microwave-induced thermoacoustic tomography,an amplifying circuit with wide band and high voltage gain is designed in this paper.The results show that the voltage gain is up to 80dB and the bandwidth is about 7MHz.

Objective To investigate the change of (NZB?NZW) F1 mice (BWF1) with ? 2 microglobulin deficiency and explore the role of ? 2 microglobulin in murine lupus.Methods ? 2 microglobulin knockout BWF1 mice were made according to the reference.The IgG type anti phospholipid antibodies.IgG type and anti dsDNA antibodies,rheumatoid factor,IgG and IgG3 were detected using ELISA.The survival rate,autoantibodies,IgG and IgG3 were compared between knockout mice (? 2m -/- ),wild type mice (? 2m +/+ ) and heterozygous mice (? 2m +/- ).Results ? 2m deficiency did not affect the survival rate of BWF1 mice.But the mortality of male BWF1 mice was lower than that of famale BWF1 mice.Antiphospholipid antibodies in ? 2m -/- BWF1 mice were lower than the wild type group and heterozygous group at month 4.Anti dsDNA antibodies had no difference between the three groups.RF was lower in ? 2m -/- BWF1 mice than ? 2m +/- and ? 2m +/+ BWF1 mice at month 4 and then elevated.At month 9 was higher than ? 2m +/- and ? 2m +/+ BWF1 mice significantly.As for the IgG,it was lower in ? 2m -/- BWF1 group than in ? 2m +/- and ? 2m +/+ BWF1 mice at months 4 and 6,and had no differnce between three groups.It minght be due to the severe proteinuria,ascites and hypoproteinemia.IgG3 was lower in ? 2m -/- BWF1 mice than in other groups,which only occur at month 6.Conclusion ? 2m knockout affects the murine lupus BWF1 in many ways,but not the survival rate.It affects the generation of autoantibodies mainly the antiphospholipid antibodies and RF.? 2m deficiency affects the function of neonatal FcR and results in IgG decreased because of difficult absorbent of IgG from gut and increased catabolism.

Granular cell tumor of the breast (GCTB) is a rare tumor which stems from Schwann cells.It is a largely benign tumor,but in the literature extremely infrequent cases can exhibit malignant characteristics.It tends to a particular problem as its characteristics are similar with breast carcinoma macroscopically,clinically,and radiologically.Typically,GCTB is benign and solitary lesion,yet including atypical GCTB and malignant GCTB,they can co-localize with breast malignancies multicentricity.The histopathological and immunohistochemical detection is the gold standard for diagnosis of GCTB up to now.And local expanded resection is the main treatment method at present.
