Objective To investigate the effect and mechanisms of factor fibroblast growth factor inducible 14(Fn14)in the high glucose induced-cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Method To observe the expression of collagenⅠ, connective tissue growth factor ( CTGF ) , transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) , and Fn14 in high glucose induced-cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Fn14 expressions was down-regulated by siRNA interference technique, and then the expressions of collagen Ⅰ, CTGF, and TGF-β1 were observed, and the mechanism was also explored. Results The expression of collagen I, CTGF and TGF-β1 was significantly up-regulated after high glucose induced-cardiomyocyte hypertrophy for 72 h. At the same time, the expression of Fn14 was increased after 72 h-treatment, and reached the peak at concentration of 30 mmol/L high glucose. High glucose could not up-regulated the expression of collagenⅠ, CTGF, and TGF-β1 after siFn14 interference, while the same result was observed in the expression of p-JNK. Conclusion The expressions of collagenⅠ, CTGF, TGF-β1, and Fn14 in cardiomyocyte of neonatal rats were induced by high glucose. While Fn14 expression was inhibited, the expressions of collagenⅠ, CTGF, and TGF-β1 were down-regulated, which seems to be involved with p-JNK signaling pathway.

OBJECTIVETo study the Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) formation progress and infection characteristics between tissue culture plantlets of Pinellia ternata and Glomus mosseae.
METHODThe tissue culture plantlets of P. ternata were inoculated with G. mosseae, the formation of AM were sampled and observed with microscopy by staining.
RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe hyphae of G. mosseae began to penetrate the root epidermis after 10 days of inoculation. Lots of intracellular hyphae formed in cortex cells at the 15th day. Arbuscules started to form and there were some hyphae on the root at the 20th day. At the 25th day, many arbuscules formed and most as Arum type. Some arbuscles started to disintegrate at the 30th day, and a few of vesicles occurred. Lots of spores formed after 35 days. At the 40th day, some vesicles began to decline. The hand section showed that the intercellular hyphae gradually formed in intercellular space, and the hyphae branched in cortex cells and occupied most cell lumen finally. It is expounded that P. ternata and G. mosseae could recognize each other quickly and form a symbiont system.

With the development of various laboratory testing techniques such as serum calcium and parathyroid hormone (PTH) , a large number of asymptomatic or normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) can be diagnosed early. PHPT has become the third most common endocrine disease affecting human health. Currently, most PHPT, especially normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism, are not primary diseases and may be related to vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency and/or insufficient calcium supplementation. That is, the relative hypocalcemia caused by long-term vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency and/or insufficient calcium supplementation leads to parathyroid hyperfunction, stimulates parathyroid hyperplasia, and secretes excessive parathyroid hormone to compensate for the regulation of calcium and phosphorus balance. When it is in the initial reversible stage, it can be cured by internal medicine; if it progresses freely, long-term hypocalcemia stimulation will lead to excessive parathyroid hyperplasia and even tumor occurrence with the formation of so-called PHPT and parathyroidectomy has to be performed. Therefore, routine screening of bone mineral density, calcium, magnesium, phosphours, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, parathyroid hormone and other bone metabolism indicators in the physical examination of general population is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of bone metabolism diseases, urinary stones and hyperparathyroidism. At the same time, attention should be paid to identifying the stage of prehyperparathyroidism in which vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency and insufficient calcium supplementation will stimulate parathyroid hyperfunction. Active intervention on prehyperparathyroidism is an effective way to avoid the development of primary hyperparathyroidism.

Objective:
To evaluate the clinical feasibility and advantages of ultrasound guided mammotome biopsy for micro-calcifications visible in mammography.
Methods:
A total of 12 patients with mammography-revealed micro-calcifications examined by ultrasound guided vacuum-assisted biopsy in our hospital from Jun. 2017 to Dec. 2018 were enrolled in this study and their medical records data were analyzed.
Results:
All 12 patients had accepted pre-biopsy ultrasound localization and all micro-calcifications were successfully excised. Among 12 cases, 4 were revealed as benign breast diseases and 8 were diagnosed as breast cancer.
Conclusions
Ultrasound guided mammotome biopsy is found to be an alternative method to stereotactic biopsy in patients with US-detectable micro-calcifications, and re-scan ultrasonography focusing on the specific microcalcification area may be helpful for improving the ultrasound detection rate of micro-calcifications.

Objective:To discuss how to make the surgical strategy for tibial tubercle fracture associated with bicondylar tibial plateau fracture. Methods:Data of thirty-five patients of tibial tubercle fractures associated with bicondylar tibial plateau fractures who were treated from October 2014 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 26 males and 9 females with an average age of 37.6 years (range, 21-68 years). According to Schatzker classification in tibial plateau fracture, 16 cases were type V and 19 cases were type VI. According to the integrity of tibial tubercle fracture and cortical bone of the proximal tibia in bicondylar tibial plateau fracture, they were divided into four types: type A, tibial tubercle fracture fragment and cortical bone of the proximal tibia are both complete; type B, tibial tubercle fracture fragment is complete but cortical bone of the proximal tibia is comminuted; type C, tibial tubercle fracture fragment is comminuted but cortical bone of the proximal tibia is complete; type D, both of them are comminuted. The surgical approaches and fixation methods of all the tibial tubercle fractures were according to the four different types. There were 22 cases with type A and B that were treated via an anterolateral and a medial incision, 13 cases with type C and D were treated via an anterior midline and a medial incision. There were 4 cases belonging to type A fixed with lag screws singly, 18 cases with type B fixed with 1/4 tubular plates, 7 cases with type C and 6 cases with type D fixed by 1/4 tubular plates combined with lag screws.Results:Thirty-five patients were followed up for 16.8 months (range, 12-24 months). All fractures healed with an average time of 4.7 months (range, 3-6 months). Loss of reduction didn’t occur in 34 cases except one. According to Rasmussen radiographic evaluation, the average score was 14.1 (range, 10-18) and clinical outcomes were rated with excellent in 11 cases, good in 19, fair in 5. The excellent and good rate was 85.7% (30/35) . The mean Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) scores of all cases were 86.8 (range, 64-98) and the functional scores were excellent in 22 cases, good in 10 cases and fair in 3 cases with the excellent and good rate of 91.4% (32/35) . Surgical complications included fat liquefaction in 2 cases, superficial wound infection in 1, loosening of implant in 1and traumatic arthritis in 1.Conclusion:This kind of tibial tubercle fracture associated with bicondylar tibial plateau fracture is rare and special. Therefore, the preoperative plan should be made by considering the morphological features of the tibial tubercle fragments and the cortical bone of the proximal tibia. The middle longitude approach is the best way to expose tibial tubercle fragments which should be fixed with 1/4 tubularplate and/or lag screws.

In Oct. 2016, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Outline for Healthy China 2030" , which planned to achieve chronic disease management for the entire population and the overall 5-year survival rate of cancer increasing by 15% by 2030. In Jan. 2019, the "2618 Glycolipid Project" was launched, which promoted the comprehensive management of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipids in the grassroots. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. With the improvement of its diagnosis and treatment, most of the patients survive for a long time in a state of chronic disease. Diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypertension have a higher prevalence in breast cancer patients, and are most common concomitant diseases of breast cancer. Breast cancer patients also have a higher proportion of carotid plaques and carotid intima thickening. However, there is no obvious symptoms, and there is a lack of clinical understanding of its harm, which will inevitably affect the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients. This article will explore the significance and implementation of "2618 Glycolipid Project" in the management of patients with breast cancer, in order to further improve the life quality and the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
