As a gray and dynamic system,the life science frontier always exists in a dynamic status or alteration with research hotspots.By analyzing and defining the life science frontier,the author brought forward seven representatives of lire science frontier.which at present include genomics and system biology et al.In the meantime,the characteristics of seven frontiers and its significance for the scientific research management were analyzed with the scientific systemic theory.

The rapid development of medical technology demands more for the high-level medical personnel.In this study,the author analyzed the development trends and characteristics of contemporary medical science and technology and discussed the basic capacity and quality that the highlevel medical personnel should have under the new situation. In the meantime, the author recommended proposals for reform of medicine graduate education in China in aspects of education system,school system,instruction mode,curriculum system and experimental cross-disciplinary.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Dahuang Zhechong Tablets. Methods Stationary phase was C18 column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m), mobile phase was acetonitrice-0.1% phosphoric (14∶86), detection wavelength was 230 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 0.10～0.90 ?g, r =0.999 7. The average recovery was 99.98% with RSD=0.81% (n =6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, with good reproducibility and high precision, and can be used to control the quality of Dahuang Zhechong Tablets effectively.

Objective To establish the method for determination of caffeic acid in Yinpujiedu Tablets by HPLC. Methods Stationary phase was Lichrospher-C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m), mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric (26:74), detection wavelength was 323 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve were linear in the range of 0.778～2.72 ?g for caffeic acid (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.80%, RSD was 0.56%. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient for the operation. It is very accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yinpujiedu Tablets.

Compared with the education model of German medical doctors,the education of medical doctors in our country starts late,still need exploration and improvement.Based on the history of the education mode of modern higher medical education in Germany,the educational characteristics of German medical PhD were analyzed and a comparative study on the Chinese and German education mode of medical doctors in terms of training objectives,admission requirements,mentoring system were conducted,which provides reference for the reform of the education mode of medical doctors in our country.

Objective:To explore the learning experience of the medical massive open online course (MOOC) teaching design standard system constructed by the research group in the early stage.Methods:In this study, the questionnaire was adapted from four dimensions: academic analysis, curriculum content design, teaching process design, and teaching evaluation design, including 519 students majoring in clinical medicine of a university who had studied MOOC cases like "Ultra-early Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction" based on the system. SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The system had a high degree of recognition in all dimensions, with 64.5% of academic analysis, 57.6% of content design, 54.5% of teaching design process, and 59.3% of teaching evaluation design.Conclusion:The study has found that the medical MOOC teaching design system has good learning experience effect. According to the data feedback, the key teaching design points such as the core factors of learning experience analysis and the suitability of teaching content in the practical operation of teaching design has been explored, providing the practical basis and method reference for the design of medical MOOC teaching design.
