China Medical Equipment 2015;(8):92-94,95
Objective:To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin combination probucol on patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods:Chosen patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque in our hospital as research subjects, randomly assigned to control group received probucol alone and observation group received rosuvastatin combined probucol, compared IMT and OX-LDL levels inflammatory factors levels, incidence of adverse. Results:1)Observation group patients’ IMT and ox-LDL levels after treatment were significantly lower than control group patients(t=4.327,t=5.783;P<0.05); 2)Observation group patients’ hs-CRP, IL-6 and MMP-9 levels after treatment were significantly lower than control group patients (t=6.422,t=5.184,t=5.291;P<0.05); 3)Follow-up of 5 years, observation group patients vascular occlusion, plaque off , brain stem rate were significantly lower than control group patients (x2=4.827, x2=5.894,x2=5.937;P<0.05).Conclusion: Rosuvastatin can effectively reduce joint Probucol carotid atherosclerosis intima-media thickness sclerosis patients and reduce the level of oxidized LDL, inflammatory cytokines optimization, and ultimately reduce the incidence of adverse events, with positive clinical significance.

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of three-dimensional reconstruction of mandible and its relevant influencing factors, in order to provide references for research and application based on three-dimensional reconstruction of mandible. Methods Layered anatomic information of a mandible specimen was collected by CT scanning and then three-dimensional reconstruction of the mandible was carried out by software. Anterior-posterior dimension of the ramus and the thickness of the corpus of both the three-dimensional reconstructed model and the specimen of the mandible were measured and compared to evaluate the effect of three-dimensional reconstruction. Results High resolution of three-dimensional reconstruction was gained by CT scanning. Statistical analysis showed that there had been no difference of the measurement between the three-dimensional reconstructed model and the specimen. Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of the mandible based on CT scanning could get good reconstruction effect and could meet the need of relevant research and clinical application that based on three-dimensional reconstruction of the mandible.

Purpose:To investigate the effect of CD40 ligandization on breast cancer cell line and endothelial vein cell line. Methods:The expression of CD40 and its ligand on breast cancer cell line(M231),EVC cell line, fresh clinic breast cancer cell were determined by indirect immunofluorescence assay with flow cytometry(FCM) analysis. Then M231 cells cultured with CD40 agonsitic monoclone antibody, adriamycin alone or in combinations for 72 hours and proliferation of M231cells was determined by MTT assay.FCM was employed to study the cells' death or apopotosis with Annexin V PI assay.Results:M231 and ECV cell line and fresh clinic breast cancer cell are highly expressed CD40 but no CD40L.CD40 ligandization can not only inhibit the proliferation of M231 cell line but also inhibit ECV cell line by promoting the death or apoptosis of these cells.Combined CD40 agonsitic monoclone antibody with adriamycin may obviously inhibit proliferation of M231 and ECV cell line.Conclusions:CD40 ligandization may have double therapeutic effect to breast cancer: inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cell and inhibit tumor angiogenesis by inhibiting vascular endothelial cell.

Objective In order to study the effects of three drainage methods after operation of breast cancer. Methods We demonstrated the drainage reliability of the negative pressure bottles by measuring their negative pressures. We reviewed the incidence of flap dropsy of 103 patients with breast cancer operated from 1988 to 2001.Results Negative pressure of the bottle made by ourselves is 83.33 kPa at the room temperature and 74.12 kPa after 200ml fluid being drained. The incidence of skin flap dropsy of the negative pressure bottle is significantly lower than those in another two groups. Conclusion The negative pressure bottle is reliable, convenient and applicable in all levels of hospital.

Medical service system integration follows the logic of system innovation and development.Case studies of the UK,the USA and Australia found that medical delivery system integration is the product of a series of mixed factors.Health care financing and payment mechanism reform, physician team building,stair-cased movement to grassroots of healthcare service, shared clinical norms utilization as well as its gradual development constitute the general logic of such an integration. In the evolution process, the check and balance between the government and market, equity and efficiency have been affecting the integration process all the way.In light of these logics,China should speed up its transform of the integration concept, improve the integration elements, and strengthen the guidance of integration principles during its integration of the medical service integration.

ObjectiveTo study the biologic distribution of 131I-Herceptin in BALB/c-neu nude mice bearing HER-2 positive SK-BR-3 human breast cancer xenografts and the radioimmunoimaging characteristics of nude mouse bearing human SK-BR-3 breast cancer xenografts. MethodSK-BR-3 breast cancer cells were implanted subcutaneously to athymic mice to establish animal model.Tumor bearing mice were continuously imaged with SPECT. The radiocounting per minute (cpm) of different organ on a γ-arithmometer was measured at 4,12,24,48 h postinjection of 131I-Herceptin or 131I-mlgG,and the T/NT ratios and the uptake percentages per gram of the injection dose (% ID/g) was gained. ResultsModel was established in 96% nude mouse.Compared with the control group, there was a significantly stronger contrast enhancement of tumor imaging, bigger T/NT and % ID/g in experimental group ( P < 0.0l ).Conclusions 131I-Herceptin concentrates obviously in implanting tumor tissues of nude mouse, hence it is a good radiopharmaceutical agent targeting SK-BR-3 xenografts.

Three hundred and ninety-five administrative staffs were randomly selected and provided health management to evaluate its effects in risk factors control of chronic diseases. At 1 year, the rate of people health knowledge and attitude were increased from 14.2% to 39.2%, 7.1% to 25.1%, P≤0.01 ; risk behavior exposure, including incorrect dietary intake, sedentary habit, alcohol consumption or smoking, reduced to some extent (P<0.05).

Objective To investigate the association of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with the abnormality of glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Based on the level of fast plasma glucose(FPG) and 2-hours-plasma glucose(2hPG),120 patients with essential hypertension were divided into 3 groups:Normal glucose tolerance group(NGT),impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT)and diabetes mellitus group (DM).The hs-CRP was measured. Results The level of hs-CRP gradually increased from NGT to DM groups(P<0.05).The level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with SBP,DBP,2hPG and FPG in patients with essential hypertension(r =0.48,0.37,0.46,0.31,P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertension was related with hs-CRP.

Objective To investigate the possible contributing risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis after abdominal surgery. Methods Potential risk factors, clinical manifestations and therapeutic approaches of 22 cases of gastroparesis after abdominal operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this series, gastroparesis more frequently occured in those patients having a long-term preoperative gastric outlet obstruction, malignant tumor, O type blood group pancreaticoduodenectomy or simple gastrojejunostomy without gastric resection. Endoscopy, upper gastrointestinal radiography and radioisotope scintigraphy were effective methods in the diagnosis of gastroparesis, and normal gastrointestinal movement was achieved mostly in 5 weeks postoperatively by conservative treatments. Conclusions Postoperative gastroparesis can recover spontaneously after a longer period of supportive treatment combined with prokinetic drugs, and reoperation should be avoided.
