The effects of imperatorin (Imp) and iso-imperatorin(Isi) on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) release from mouse peritoneal macrophages were investigated. It was found that Imp and lsi significantly inhibited TNF release from mouse peritoneal macrophages. At the concentration of 10-6～10-4 mol?L-1, the inhibitory effects were presented by Imp and Isi in a dose dependent manner. At 10-4 mol/L TNF release was entirely inhibited by each drug.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of urinary kallidinogenase on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats.Methods Forty eight male adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into four groups: sham operation group, model group,normal saline group andurinary kallidinogenase group.The middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was made by the suture method. After focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the animals were neurologically assessed on a 5 point scale. The levels of Bcl-2 and Bax expression were measured by immunohistochemical and RT-PCR.Results In model and normal saline group, the expressions of positive Bcl-2 neurocytes and mRNA [(14.28±2.54)/HP, 0.551±0.068 and (16.54± 1.84)/HP, 0.585 ± 0.084] were significantly increased compared with the sham operation group [ (7.58 ± 0.97 )/HP、 0.324 ± 0.042] ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; The expressions of Bax positive neurocytes and mRNA[( 24.38 ± 3.58 )/HP, 0.540±0.076 and (26.74 ±4.04) /HP, 0.527 ± 0.065] were significantly increased than the sham operation group [ (8.24±1.95 )个/HP, 0.309 ± 0.037] (P ＜0.05). After treatment with urinary kallidinogenase, the expressions of Bcl-2 positive neurocytes and mRNA [(25.61±3.41)/HP, 0.791 ±0.096] were upregulated ( P＜0.05), and the expressions of Bax positive neurocytes and mRNA [( 18.54 ± 2.38)/HP, 0.359±0.053] were down regulated (P＜0.05), compared with model group and normal saline group.ConclusionsUrinary kallidinogenase is significantly related to the upregulation of Bcl-2 expression and the downregulation of Bax expression, which suggest that urinary kallidinogenase could be related with the inhibitory effects on ischemic neurocyte apoptosis.

Methods The expressions of E-cadherin in 58 cases with esophgeal carcinoma and 122 other cases with esophageal epithelial disease were examined by immunohistochemical technique. The relation between the expression of E-cadherin in esophageal carcinoma and the clinical pathological characteristics of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The expression rate of E-cadherin gene protein in esophageal squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was 22.0%(11/50), 25.0%(2/8), respectively, compared with the normal group (100%, 20/20) and simple atypical hyperplastic group (92.9%, 26/28). Object In order to identify the resources of official and unofficial plants in Rheum L.at molecular level, a random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was performed. Methods The amplification program of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was optimized. Arbitrary decamer primers of 121 based on the individual selecting method, and 64 based on the BSA method were screened. Results Four primers among all screened primers were found to be useful to amplify specific strips to the official plants of Rheum L. Conclusion This method is reliable, accurate, quick and reproducible for authenticating the official and unofficial plants of Rheum L. at molecular level. Moreover, the experiment results indicate that it is more effective to screen the primers using BSA method than using individual selecting method.

Objective To explore the clinical value of ω-3 fatty acids (ω-3PUFA)immune nutrition therapy for the patients with acute ischemic stroke,and analyze its mechanism.Methods 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group in 20 cases. The patients of the control group were given indwelling tube admitted to hospital within 24 hours,given the homogenized meal configured by nutriology department.The treatment group received ω-3PUFA enteral nutrition based on the control group.The neurologic recovery,nutritional status,lipid levels and the incidence of complications were evalua-ted.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group (60.0%,χ2 =4.8,P <0.05).The incidence rate of complication of the treatment group was 30.0%,which was lower than the control group (65.0%,χ2 =4.91,P <0.05).The indicators such as NIHSS score,GCS score, TSF and AMC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group[(13.38 ±1.21)points vs.(10.12 ± 1.33)points;(12.9 ±2.6)points vs.(14.1 ±1.7)points;(14.06 ±7.16)mm vs.(14.8 ±4.18)mm;(26.32 ± 1.42)mm vs.(29.40 ±1.08)mm,t =3.51,6.44,3.22,5.19;all P <0.05].TG and LDL -C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group[(1.60 ±0.71)mmol/L vs.(1.41 ±0.67)mmol/L;(3.11 ±0.60)mmol/L vs.(2.67 ±0.66)mmol/L,t =5.97,4.22;all P <0.05 ].Conclusion The clinical curative effect is better for application of ω-3PUFA on immune nutrition treatment for the patients with acute ischemic stroke.The patients'nerve function,blood lipid levels and nutritional status were significantly improved,and the complications were reduced.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of situation of misdiagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) on distant metastasis. METHOD: The history of diagnosis and treatment of 85 newly diagnosed cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied by using itemized questionnaire purposely; 433 patients with different prognosis were analyzed retrospectively for the misdiagnoses and mistreatment, including surgical biopsy in the neck. RESULT: (1) The rate of misdiagnosis of 85 patients was 72.64%, and the percentage decreased as the level of the hospitals increased; the majority of the patients (77.36%) were diagnoses within 1 month after the first symptom had appeared; the number of diseases misdiagnosed was 20, most common of which were lymphnoditis, tuberculosis of lymph node and secretory tympanitis; (2) Our data showed that among 433 patients analysed retrospectively, 60 cases had undergone surgical biopsy in the neck, 75% of whom had never received nasopharyngeal biopsy; 43 cases had underwent nasopharyngeal biopsy after the pathological diagnosis as metastatic carcinoma of neck biopsy (71.67%) and the rest (20.0%) received radiotherapy directly or after negative nasopharyngeal biopsy for merely 1 to 4 times; of those 43 cases who were diagnosed as NPC by nasopharyngeal biopsy, 79.17% got positive results at first sampling. (3) Rate of misdiagnosis and mistreatment including surgical biopsy in the neck of patients who had been tumor-free for 5 years or above was significantly lower than that of those who experienced distant metastasis after or before treatment (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Misdiagnosis and mistreatment including biopsy by surgery of neck is common even in high-grade hospitals; it is doctor that is responsible for this situation; the high occurrence rate of misdiagnosis and mistreatment, biopsy by neck surgery, especially the delayed treatment after the neck biopsy are the factors that contribute to distant metastasis of NPC.

T he recent development of imaging and sequencing technologies enables systematic advances in the clinical study of lung cancer.Meanwhile,the human mind is limited in effectively handling and fully utilizing the accumulation of such enormous amounts of data.Machine learning-based approaches play a critical role in integrating and analyzing these large and complex datasets,which have extensively characterized lung cancer through the use of different perspectives from these accrued data.In this review,we provide an overview of machine learning-based approaches that strengthen the varying aspects of lung cancer diagnosis and therapy,including early detection,auxiliary diagnosis,prognosis prediction,and immunotherapy practice.Moreover,we highlight the challenges and opportunities for future applications of machine learning in lung cancer.

Objective:To explore the significance of exposing the circummammary ligament under endoscopy and the effect of membrane anatomy in breast reconstruction.Methods:The case data of 49 breast cancer patients who underwent endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy combined with one-stage breast reconstruction with prosthesis implantation in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from February 2014 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, there were 44 cases of posterior pectoralis prosthesis implantation, 5 cases of anterior pectoralis prosthesis implantation. The anatomical structure of the circummammary ligament was observed under endoscopy during operation, and the annular mammary ligament was used as an anatomical marker to complete subcutaneous glandectomy and prosthesis implantation for breast reconstruction, the BREAST-Q scales were used to evaluate the postoperative effect.Results:The medial sternal ligament, sub clavicular ligament, lateral confluence ligament and triangular ligament condensation could be clearly exposed in all 49 cases. Breast reconstruction module of BREAST-Q were used to evaluate the surgery effect after breast cancer surgery, the scores of postoperative breast satisfaction, chest wall status, psychosocial status and sexual health status were 81.43±12.57, 88.39±10.61, 88.04±13.70, 74.82±15.93.Conclusion:The endoscopic technique is beneficial to expose the circummammary ligament during operation, and surgical resection and reconstruction can better restore the appearance of the breast and improve postoperative satisfaction according to the principle of membrane anatomy.

Objective:To explore the preventive value of "integrated prevention strategy" for nipple and areola ischemia after single-port endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 72 patients with breast cancer who received single-port endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from July 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, they were all female. The follow-up period was up to July 2022. According to the perioperative treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group ( n=40) and control group ( n=32). The patients in the observation group who adopted the "integrated prevention strategy" scheme, and patients in the control group who adopted the conventional treatment scheme. The incidence of postoperative nipple and areola ischemic was compared between the two groups, and the postoperative cosmetic effect, quality of life and satisfaction of patients were evaluated. Measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation ( ± s), and t-test was used for comparison between groups; the Chi-square test was used to compare the data groups. Results:The postoperative drainage volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(632.40±226.37) mL vs (774.91±239.85) mL], and the difference was statistically significant ( P=0.013). Two weeks after operation, there was 1 case of nipple and areola ischemia in the observation group, and 7 cases in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups ( P=0.019). Twelve months after operation, the score of breast satisfaction (83.93±11.64 vs 67.28±11.52), chest satisfaction (89.63±8.06 vs 83.03±9.49) and psychosocial well-being (89.43±12.42 vs 78.88±10.40) in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:"Integrated prevention strategy" can effectively prevent the occurrence of nipple and areola ischemic after single-port endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy and improve patient satisfaction, which has certain promotion value.
