ObjectiveTo evaluate clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery during perioperative period. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional surgical treatment were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group(80 cases)and the control group(70 patients). ResultsThe occurrence and degree of discomfort of bedridden patients in the observation group were milder, and the complications due to use of anticoagulants and pressing dressing were significantly less than the control group. The satisfaction degree and mastering of disease related knowledge in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group. ConclusionsApplication of evidence-based nursing intervention during perioperative period for elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery can reduce discomfort and complications of patients,as well as improve satisfaction degree and mastering of disease-related knowledge of patients and their families, which is worthy of promotion.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of using three-dimensional reconstruction and incising software in facial fracture. Methods Twenty-nine patients of facial fracture were examined with spiral CT first and then the images were taken with three-dimensional reconstruction and incising software on work-station. 2D images, 3D images and incising images were evaluated. Results BZ 3D images were superior to 2D images in demonstrating the space relationship of facial fractures, such as the fracture location, range, fragments displacement. However 2D images were better in illustrating deep structure; The 3D images could illustrate deep structure as well as 2D images when combined with incising software. Conclusion 3D images can provide information of space relationship in assessing facial fracture. The range can be extended combining with the incising software, and do better for illustrating deep struction.

Purpose: To explore the therapeutic methods and effects in the treatment of acute and chronic injuries of the ankle joint by Chinese massage therapy in combination with external application of Chinese herbal drugs and functional exercises. Methods: Totally, 36 cases of the patients with acute soft tissue injury, chronic soft tissue injury and post-fracture sequelae of the ankle joint were treated by Chinese massage therapy, external application or external wash of Chinese herbal drugs, and exercises of dorsal flexion and extension of the ankle joint, to observe the restoration of the ankle functions. Results: In 36 cases of the patients, the results showed remarkable effect in 18 cases, effect in 16 cases, failure in 2 cases and the effective rate in 94.4%. Conclusion: The combined use of Chinese massage therapy, external application of Chinese herbal drugs and functional exercises can produce precise effect in the treatment of soft tissue injury of the ankle joint.

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of warm needling moxibustion for seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods:One hundred and eighty cases of the patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in the warm needling group, treated by acupuncture plus warm needling moxibustion, and 90 cases in the acupuncture group, treated by acupuncture only,to observe the therapeutic effects after one course of the treatments. Results:The total effective rate was 95.6% in the warm needling group and 85.6% in the acupuncture group, with significant statistical difference in comparison between the two groups. Conclusion:The total effective rate of the warm needling moxibustion is better than that of the acupuncture treatment in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(1):21-22
Auricular points of Lung (MA-IC1), Fengxi (MA-SF), EarShenmen (MA-TF1), Subcortex (MA-AT1), Adrenal Gland (MA-T) and Large Intestine (MA-SC4) were selected in the present paper, 25cases of skin pruritus were treated by combination of the auricular acupuncture and routine method, andanother 25 cases were treated with the routine method as the control group. The result showed better therapeutic effect in the former than the latter with statistical difference.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(6):368-370
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of puncturing Back-Shu points in treating chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: Twenty-two subjects were recruited and treated by puncturing corresponding Back-Shu points based on syndrome differentiation. The short-form General Health Survey (MOSSF GHS) and the Chalder Questionnaires for Fatigue were adopted for evaluating the therapeutic effects. Results: Of the 22 patients, 4 cases showed a marked effect, 11 got effect, 7 got failure, and the total effective rate was 68.2%. Conclusion: Puncturing Back-Shu points is effective in relieving the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and enhancing the patients' health standard.

Objective To evaluate the guiding effect of CT software to reduce the postoperative syndrome and surgery risk in patients with sinus disease performed the functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Methods Fifty patients of accessory sinus disease were scanned by spinal CT, and then three dimensions reconstruction made in workstation. Under center of ethmoid sinus ,the five groups of anatomy data measured were obtained , used to guide surgery and contrasted with result of no used to guide surgery in 68 patients in FESS. The data were performed the statistical management and compared with results of FESS. Results Under guided by five groups of anatomy data measured ,the postoperative syndrome was reduced by 16.0 percent; the curative effect went up by 15.0 percent; the pay for hospital was reduced 31.0 percent and the recurrence rate was reduced 8.6 percent. Conclusion Used the technic in FESS, the surgery risk, the recurrence rate and pay for hospital are reduced, but the curative effect go up. The technic is much adapt to be used in village and towns hospital where there aren′t navigation equipment.

In the treatment of 48 cases of menopause syndrome by moving cupping therapy along the pathways of the bladder meridian, Jiaji points (Ex-B 2) and pathway of the Governor Vessel, the results showed cure in 10 cases, remarkable effect in 27 cases, effect in 8 cases and failure in 3 cases, and the total effective rate in 93.7%. In comparison with before the treatments, all the symptoms were relieved (P<0.05) after treatments, with insomnia, poor memory, depression and easy crying, warm sensation in the five body parts, aching and soft sensation in the low back and knee relieved more remarkably (P<0.01).

Aim To screen the express-altered proteins before or after effect of Ecdysterone on HepG_2 cell model of insulin resistance by the strategy of comparative proteomics, which may approach new proves exploring the target of sensitizer. Methods HepG_2 cells were incubated with 5×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1) insulin for 16 h, and glucose consumption was determined. After treatment, the insulin resistant cells were incubated with 10~(-5) mol·L~(-1) Ecdysterone for 24 h.Then glucose consumption contents were determined. The proteins of two groups before and after treatment with Ecdysterone were extracted by lysis buffers. The express-altered proteins were screened by 2-DE technique. Some of them were analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS mass spectrometry and MS-Fit database. Results 53 express-altered protein spots of insulin resistant HepG_2 cells before and after treated by Ecdysterone were screened by 2-DE technique,in which 35 ones were up-regulated and the others down-regulated, 6 spots of which were analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS mass spectrometry and MS-Fit database. Conclusion The target of Ecdysterone as a sensitizer involves many proteins and kinases which correlate insulin resistant. These results lay a foundation for further studies on the function of these target proteins.
