The attention is often paid toknowledge processing procedure including knowledge acquisition,knowledge expression and knowledge utilization when expert system is studied and designed.The knowledge expression is the most basic topic among them.Knowledge expression system and its application tomedical diagnosis computer-aided system are discussed in this paper.

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying small private online course (SPOC) in the course of Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology to solve its problems in complicated knowledge points,abstract contents and difficulty in understanding.Methods The characteristics of the undergraduate students in the military medical university and SPOC mode were analyzed,and then the design and implementation of a SPOC-based Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology course were explored in the military medical university.Results By applying the SPOC into the teaching of Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology course,the student could find out the forgotten or leaked knowledge and reiterate them to reinforce the memory of those knowledge points,which promoted their self-regulation of learning.Besides,teaching the students with real cases not only increased the learner's enthusiasm but also strengthened the military medical background.The offline group discussion facilitated the students in understanding and application of knowledge.Conclusion Applying SPOC mode into PMIT teaching no doubt improves the effect and quality of teaching and learning.

Objective To provide theoretical evidences for diagnosis of bladder neoplasm by using more information of imaging features. Methods MRI images of bladder neoplasm were collected for this research. The ROI (region of interest) area was selected manually,and noise reduction and sharpening were applied to the ROI area by using LoG (Laplacian of Gaussian) filter. The texture features of bladder neoplasm and normal bladder wall (smooth muscle),such as mean grey-level intensity,entropy,uniformity were calculated. A statistical analysis was made at last. Results The values of texture features were analyzed by t-test. Entropy and uniformity show significant differences between the two groups. But Mean grey-level intensity hasn't indicated this difference. Conclusion This texture features may be applied to decide the invasive depth of bladder neoplasm,it also means that the stage of bladder neoplasm may be fixed by this system.

The author uses the database technique to manage the impedance spectroscopy data.In design of impedance spectroscopy database frame,ActiveX Data Object(ADO)technique is adopted to improve the agility and efficiency.It also enhances the efficiency to use data binding technique to avoid complex data type transformation in appending and amending.

In the tissue impedance spectroscopy measurements ,four-electrode method are normally used. A measurement error caused by stray capacitance between lines of drive electrode and receive electrode is not a trivial problem. This paper studied this error and reached the results This stray capacitance introduces errors which increase with frequency and has more effect on the imaginary part than on the real part in the measurement frequency range.

Strong clutters are produced by the echo waves from the debris when the life detector based on radar locates the living human subject under the debris, which makes the life detector work abnormally because the amplifier is saturate. A canceling technology for the strong clutters is provided to solve the problems discussed above in this paper. The canceling technology for the strong clutters can provide methods and theories in practice by constructing and simulating the mathematic model in the computer, analyzing and discussing the results.

OBJECTIVE: To analysis the short-term medicinal treating effects in senile sudden deafness. METHOD: According the age. The sudden deafness patients were divided into to groups, older age-group (age > or = 60, a total of 70 cases), control group (age < 60, a total of 70 cases), period of treatment was 7 days, the result of pure tone test were reviewed, compared the improvement before and after treatment. RESULT: After treatment, the average hearing threshold of the older age-patients was improved. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05); effective rate of the senile sudden deafness patients (disease time < or = 7 days) was 61.76%, (disease time > 7 days) was 38.89%. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of the senile sudden deafness patients was 49.9%; the senile sudden deafness patients which following moderate deafness (hearing threshold < 55 dB), effective rate was 52%, control group was 84.62%. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the patients with severe hearing loss. CONCLUSION The Course of disease has important significance for the prognosis of the senile sudden deafness patients. As soon as possible to improve peripheral vascular microcirculation, the prognosis could be improve conspicuously the prognosis of the senile sudden deafness patients were worse than the young patients.

Abstract: In order to enhance the content of secondary metabolites patchouli alcohol in Pogostemon cablin, we induced polyploid hairy roots and their plant regeneration, and determined the content of patchouli alcohol through artificial chromosome doubling with colchicine. The highest rate of polyploidy induction was more than 40% when hairy roots were treated with 0.05% colchicine for 36 h. The obtained polyploid hairy roots formed adventitious shoots when cultured in an MS medium with 6-BA 0.2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L for 60 d. Compared with the control diploid plants, the polyploid hairy root-regenerated plants of P. cablin had more developed root systems, thicker stems, shorter internodes and longer, wider and thicker leaves. Observation of the chromosome number in their root tip cells reveals that the obtained polyploid regenerated plants were tetraploidy, with 128 (4n = 128) chromosomes. The leaves contained around twice as many stomatal guard cells and chloroplasts as the controls, but the stomatal density declined with increasing ploidy. The stomatal density in diploid plants was around 1.67 times of that in polyploid plants. GC-MS analysis shows that the content of patchouli alcholol in the hairy root-derived polyploid plants was about 4.25 mg/g dry weight, which was 2.3 times of that in diploid plants. The present study demonstrates that polyploidization of hairy roots can stimulate the content of patchouli alcholol in medicinal plant of P. cablin.

Objective To investigate the incremental value of 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of PHPT.Methods Forty-one patients (13 males,28 females,age range:14-82 (50.0± 13.2) years)with PHPT were retrospectively enrolled.99Tcm-MIBI dual-phase planar scan,SPECT/CT imaging,CT and neck ultrasound were performed before surgery.All patients had pathological results.McNemarx2 test was used to compare the detection rates of the four imaging methods.ROI method was applied to calculate the uptake ratio (T/NT) and Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate correlation between T/NT and serum intact PTH,Ca,the lesion volume measured after parathyroidectomy.Results A total of 42 parathyroid lesions were confirmed by pathology.There were 39 patients with parathyroid adenoma (2 with double adenomas,and 37 with single adenoma containing 2 ectopic adenomas) and 1 patient with parathyroid carcinoma.The detection rate of planar scan,SPECT/CT imaging,CT and neck ultrasound were 78.0％ (32/41),92.7％ (38/41),73.2％ (30/41) and 70.7％ (29/41) respectively.Detection rate of SPECT/CT imaging was significantly higher than that of planar scan,CT or ultrasonography (x2 =4.17,4.90,5.82,all P＜0.01).However there were no remarkable differences between the detection rate of planar scan and that of CT or ultrasonography (x2=0.08,0.36,both P＞0.05).Detection rates of CT and ultrasonography were not significantly different either (x2 =1.90,P＞0.05).T/NT in delayed planar imaging were significantly correlated with PTH,Ca and the lesion volume measured after parathyroidectomy (r =0.56,0.54,0.56,all P＜0.01).Conclusions Compared with 99Tcm-MIBI dual-phase planar scan,CT and ultrasonography,SPECT/CT imaging could be of important clinical value for preoperative localization of PHPT because of its higher detection rate and accurate anatomical localization ability.
