Objective To investigate the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in cerebral infarction patients and its relationship with the condition of cerebral infarction and prognosis. Methods Ninety-seven cases with cerebral infarction patients (observation group) and 72healthy subjects (control group) were selected. The levels of hs-CRP at different periods were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in observation group, and its relationship with the severity of cerebral infarction level degree and neurological deficit scores was analyzed and compared with control group. Results The levels of hs-CRP at the 24th day[(3.9 ± 1.8) mg/L]were lower than those at the 1,4,8th day [(5.8 ± 1.9), (6.4 ± 2.4), (5.7 ± 2.0) mg/L]in observation group, and the difference was significant (P< 0.05 ).The levels of hs-CRP showed positive correlation with neurological deficit scores (r = 0.214, P < 0.01 ).Conclusions The levels of hs-CRP have close relationship with cerebral infarction, and it can be used as an important biological indicator in evaluating the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction and has clinical value in prediction and intervention of cerebral infarction.
2.Exploration on Knowledge Management Construction of Medical Device Evaluation.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2020;44(4):331-333
Knowledge management is an important method for the organization to manage information and knowledge systematically and make knowledge innovate continuously. Knowledge management includes the stages of knowledge acquisition, sharing and use, and finally achieves the goal of taking knowledge as the production factor and improving work efficiency in an organization. The core work of technical evaluation of medical devices is typical knowledge work, and the knowledge management system is of great significance to the review agency in improving work efficiency, promoting talent training, improving management level and service quality. This study briefly introduces the framework of the knowledge management system of medical device technical evaluation in the Center for Certification and Evaluation, SHFDA, and provides reference for relevant organizations to carry out knowledge management of medical device technical evaluation.

4.Thoughts on High-Quality Innovation and Development of in Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Industry in Shanghai
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2024;48(3):339-342
As an important part of the Big Health Industry,in vitro diagnostic(IVD)reagents play a vital role in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In recent years, especially after the novel coronavirus infection,IVD industry has developed rapidly in China, but it still cannot meet the needs of clinical use.By conducting desk research, expert interview, manufacturer survey and hospital survey, this study analyzed the development status of IVD industry in Shanghai, summarized the problems encountered in the high-quality development from the aspects of raw materials, innovation ability, and clinical trials, etc.,and proposed recommendations for promoting the high-quality innovation and development of IVD industry in Shanghai.

Objective:To explore the effects of body mass index (BMI) on the incidence of nocturnal hypertension in patients with hypertension. Methods:Totally 341 hospitalized hypertensive patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from February to May 2023 were selected by convenience sampling. Patients' general information, clinical data, and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure results were collected. A binomial Logistic regression analysis was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the occurrence of nocturnal hypertension in these patients. The relationship between BMI and the incidence of nocturnal hypertension was examined using threshold effect tests and smooth curve fitting. Results:The binomial Logistic regression analysis indicated that blood phosphate level was a factor influencing the occurrence of nocturnal hypertension in hypertensive patients ( P<0.05). Smooth curve fitting and threshold effect test results showed that the relationship between BMI and the incidence of nocturnal hypertension was curve-correlated, with a turning point at 24.61 kg/m 2. To the left of the turning point, there was no correlation ( P=0.130) ; to the right, there was a correlation ( P=0.016) . Conclusions:When the BMI of hypertensive patients exceeds 24.61 kg/m 2, the likelihood of nocturnal hypertension increases with rising BMI, providing a precise intervention target for weight management-based patient care in hypertension.
