1.Study on Preparation Process of Sodium Copper Porphyrin of Herba Ephedrae and Its Character

Objective: To study the comprehensive utilization of Herba Ephedrae resources during the extraction process of ephedrin, that is the extracting of porphyrin compound.Methods: The process conditions for preparing sodium copper porphyrin were optimized by the two preparation processes and twice orthogonal tests. Results: Herba Ephedrae was powdered, steeped and boiled in alcohol, saponified, then extracted with xylene. The ephedrin was extracted from the upper layer of xylene extraction solution and sodium copper porphyrin was obtained from the lower layer by copper substituton, acidulation and alkalization. Conclusion: The optimum preparation process for producing sodium copper porphrin of Herba Ephedrae which is superior to porphyrin in the stability and colour is ascertained.
2.Research on human peripheral blood dendritic cell Inducing Th1/Th2 differentiation

Objective: To study human peripheral blood dendritic cells(DC) inducing Th0 differentiation to Th1/Th2 at different DC/Th0 ration。 Methods: Mononuclear cells in healthy human peripheral blood were induced to DC through tradition method,4 days of culture of mixed DC/Th0 different ration( 1∶4 and 1∶300),harvesting Th,after 48 h of CD3 mAb and CD28 mAb expantion,in supernant IL-4 and IFN-? measurement were determined using ELASA。 Results:Expresse CD83(73.4%), CD86 (90.3%), HLA-DR(68.5%),CD40(73.7%).DC/Th0 ration(1∶4) produced IFN-? (34?4.3) ?g/L, a little amount of IL- 4(25?4.3) ng/L. DC/Th0 ration(1∶300) produced IFN-?(3.5?1.2) ?g/L, a large amount of IL- 4(350?120) ng/L. Conclusion:Highly mixed DC/Th0 ration induced Th0 differentiation to Th1, low mixed DC/Th0 ration induced Th0 differentiation to Th2, DC regulating immunology response type were plastic which provided the basis for clinic GVHD therapy.
3.Extraction of Ephedrine and Prophyrin Copper Sodium of Ephedra

Objective: To obtain ephedrine with porphyrin copper sodium from Herba Ephedrae. Methods: Application of ethanol to obtain ephedrine and porphyrin copper sodium from ephedra. The spoinfy reaction of porphyrin will take place, the integral ephedrine will turn into free ephedrine (dissolved in ether), when the liquor of ethanol of ethanol of ephedra are heated with NaOH. Using dimethylponyle to extract, the liquor will into two phases, one's (including sponify porphyrin) is water phase, the other's (including free ephedrine) is ether phase. Results: The yield proportion of ephedrine is 0.72%, and porphyrin copper sodium is 1.8%.Conclusion: It is practicable to extract porphyrin copper sodium with ephedrine from Herba Ephedrae.
4.Detection and Partial Characterization of γ-glutamyltranspeptidase from Cordyceps sinensis Mycelia

γ-glutamyltranspeptidase was detected from the cultured mycelia of Cordyceps sinensis (CSGT). Km and Vmax of CSGT was 2.54×10-4 mol/L and 0.1808 mol/L·min respectively when L-glutamic acid 5-(4-nitroanilide) (GpNA) and glycyglycine was used as its substrate. CSGT was stable from pH 8.0 to 11.0 and at or below 20℃. It was optimally active at pH 9.0~10.0 and 30℃. A series of reducing reagents could activate CSGT, and metal cations such as Zn2+, Cu2+, Hg2+ , Mn2+ inhibited strongly activity of the enzyme, but K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Na+ at high concentrations had no effect on its activity, indicating that its active center could contain -SH.
6.Molecular docking of epidermal growth factor receptor tyramine kinase domain and its inhibitor genistein.

Genistein is a high specific and noncompetitive inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor tyramine kinase domain (EGFR-TK). In the paper, a molecular docking between genistein and EGFR-TK was studied to explore the mechanism of their interaction and antitumor mechanism of genistein by AUTODOCK 3.05 program. The results indicated that genistein located in the active cavity of EGFR-TK by high affinity (deltaG = -31.2 kJ/mol), and genistein inhibited EGFR-TK by interfering with forming of Lys721/Glu738 ion pair. The inhibition belonged to noncompetitive interaction, in which hydrophobic force and hydrogen bond played key roles.

7.Serotype distribution characteristics and molecular typing of Salmonella in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2017

Objective To study the serotype distribution characteristics and genotypes of Salmo-nella strains isolated in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2017. Methods Automatic microbiological identifi-cation system and mass spectrometer were used to identify Salmonella strains. Their serotypes were detected using the White-Kauffmann-Le Minor (WKL) scheme based on serological detection. Genotyping was car-ried out by referring to the molecular typing method of Salmonella serotype pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) in PulsenetChina. Cluster analysis was performed with Bionumerics (7.6). Results A total of 408 strains of Salmonella were detected in food and patients in Yunnan Province form 2015 to 2017,belong-ing to 70 serotypes. Thirty-four Salmonella derby strains were detected in food,accounting for 19.10% of all Salmonella strains detected in food. Among the Salmonella strains detected in patients,71 were Salmonella enteritis and 67 were Salmonella typhimurium,accounting for 30.34% and 27.63%, respectively. Results of PFGE revealed that Salmonella derby and Salmonella typhimurium were polymorphic,and Salmonella en-teritis had obvious advantages PFGE band patterns. No obvious time or geographical aggregation was found in the PFGE bands of the three Salmonella species. Conclusion Seventy Salmonella serotypes had been iden-tified in Yunnan Province by 2017. Salmonella derby was the predominant serotype detected in food, while Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium were the predominant serotypes in patients. These three Salmonella species caused sporadic infections in Yunnan Province.
8.Febrile seizures: risk factors, clinical evaluation and treatment

Febrile seizure(FS) is generally defined as seizures occurring in children typically 6 months to 5 years of age in association with a fever greater than 38℃, who do not have evidence of an intracranial cause, another definable cause of seizure, or a history of an a febrile seizure.At present, it is considered that FS is caused by multiple factors, mainly duing to the developing central nervous system is vulnerable to fever and potential risk factors (including environmental and genetic factors). According to the type of seizures, it can be divided into simple FS and complex FS, distinguishing the type will be helpful to formulate clinical intervention strategies.Benzodiazepines can quickly stop convulsion, and it is mostly used for patients with a duration of more than 5 minutes.At the same time, intermittent diazepam treatment can effectively reduce the risk of recurrence of FS and relieve parents′ anxiety and fear.This review briefly summarized the risk factors, clinical evaluation and treatment of FS in order to improve understanding.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of iron deficiency(ID)and iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in pregnant women in urban areas of China. Methods The study was a national cross-sectional survey conducted from September 19th, 2016 to November 20th, 2016. According to the classification of the National Bureau of Statistics, all survey sites were set up in 6 regions of the country. Pregnant women were continuously selected using multistage stratified sampling. A total of 12 403 pregnant women were collected and examined for serum ferritin and hemoglobin levels. Results The median serum ferritin level during pregnancy was 20.60 μg/L(11.78-36.98 μg/L), the hemoglobin level was(118±12)g/L. With the progress of pregnancy, the levels of serum ferritin and hemoglobin decreased gradually. The median serum ferritin levels in the first, second trimester and third trimester were 54.30 μg/L(34.48-94.01 μg/L), 28.60 μg/L(16.40-50.52 μg/L), and 16.70 μg/L(10.20-27.00 μg/L)respectively(P<0.01). The mean hemoglobin levels were(127 ± 10)g/L,(119 ± 11)g/L and(117 ± 11)g/L respectively(P<0.01). The prevalence of ID in urban pregnant women was 48.16%(5 973/12 403), and IDA prevalence was 13.87% (1 720/12 403). The prevalence of IDA in the first, second trimester and third trimester were 1.96% (20/1 019), 8.40%(293/3 487)and 17.82%(1 407/7 897), respectively(P<0.01). The prevalence of standardized ID and IDA were significantly different in various regions of China(P<0.01). The standardized prevalence of ID were relatively higher in East China and Northeast China, 57.37% and 53.41% respectively, while it was the lowest in Southwest China, 30.51%. The standardized prevalence of IDA in South Central, Northwest, and East China were relatively high, 21.30%, 16.97% and 17.53% respectively, and the standardized prevalence of IDA in Southwest China was the lowest, 5.44%,the differents in various regions were significant(all P<0.01). Conclusion The current phenomenon of ID and IDA in pregnant women is still very common,and nutrition and health care during pregnancy should be strengthened.
