Objective To investigate hemostatic effect of uterine tamponade in dealing with postpartum hem -orrhage due to uterine inertia during caesarean section .Methods 72 patients treated with conservative treatment due to bleeding uterine contraction weakness during cesarean section were chosen ,who were dealed with sterile gauze close packing of uterine bleeding ( uterine packing group ) .43 patients underwent conservative therapy of uterine contraction weakness resulted in postpartum hemorrhage were selected to carry out B -Lynch suture hemostasis ( B-Lynch suture group).Bleeding volume,operation time,bleeding efficiency of two groups were calculated .Results The uterine packing group had shorter operation time ,less bleeding,immediate hemostasis rate.The B-Lynch suture group had a tad longer operation time , bleeding more , immediate hemostasis rate low , low efficiency .Immediate hemostasis rate (95%VS 82%)between two groups had statistically significant (χ2 =4.02,P<0.05),and no significant difference in the operation time(t=0.73,P>0.05).Conclusion Uterine packing for postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia during caesarean section has simple operation ,rapid,hemostatic effect,postoperative body without foreign body removal.

Myoepithelial carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor. The primary site of this tumor is the salivary glands. With the rapid ad-vancement in immunohistochemical examination and pathological examination, the number of clinical cases of the most common type of myoepithelial carcinoma of the salivary glands, as well as rare primary sites of myoepithelial carcinoma, reported in the litera-ture has increased. Based on related cases reported in the literature, various studies worldwide, and our personal practical experience, this article summarized advancements in the research on myoepithelial carcinoma, including etiology, pathology, clinical characteris-tics, diagnosis, and treatments, as well as myoepithelial carcinoma features of various rare primary sites. This article aims to provide useful evidence for oncologists in diagnosing and treating myoepithelial carcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of the combination treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) with transcatheter chemoembolization or systemic intravenous themotherapy in the treatment of malignant solid tumors. Methods Eighty-four patients with malignant tumors were treated by transcatheter chemoembolization or systemic intravenous themotherapy, and then by HIFU, from July 2001 to December 2002. The clinical symptoms, organ functions (ALT、AST), and imaging findings (ECT, MRI or CT) before and after the combination treatment were compared. Results After the combination treatment, the remission rate of clinical symptoms was 92 5% (62/67). Of 56 patients with liver cancer, levels of ALT and AST reduced to normal in 58 9% (33/56) and 66 1% (37/56) of the patients, respectively. An AFP decrease ≥50% of originally numeric value was observed in 71 9% of the patients (23/32). MRI or CT findings indicated that the volume of tumor necrosis was ≥50% in 91 7% of patients (77/84), ≥80% in 61 9% of patients (52/84), and

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment for primary presacral tumors.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients of primary presacral tumors from January 2013 to May 2015 were analysed retrospectively.Results Of the 42 patients,16 cases were asymptomatic while 26 patients had discomfort at the sacral or abdominal region,or difficulty in urinating or defecation.90％ of the cases were digital rectum examination (DRE) positive.Among the 42 patients 36 cases underwent surgical treatment,1 case underwent radiotherapy,5 cases refused surgical treatment.Among those receiving surgical resection,28 cases had trans-abdominal surgery and 4 cases had trans-sacral surgery,while 3 cases had trans-abdominal & trans-sacral surgery,1 case had trans-abdominal and perineal surgery.Tumors were completely resected in 31 cases,and palliatively resected in 5 cases.3 cases suffered from intra-operative presacral hemorrhage.1 case with delayed hemorrhage required surgical intervention.2 cases from incision infection recovered after wound disinfection and dressing.3 cases had postoperative hip or leg numbness;1 case with high fever was cured by intensive antibiotics treatment.Conclusion The low incidence of presacral tumors makes early detection difficult.A diagnosis can be obtained by a positive DRE combined with CT or MRI results.Resection is a therapy of choice after biopsies.

Aim To investigate the myocardial hypertrophy,the expression of transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1),Smad3 and Smad7 proteins in spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR)and the effects of benazepril and candesartan.Methods SHRs of 12 weeks old were given benazepril and candesartan for 12 weeks.The tail arterial pressure was measured every two weeks.At 12 th weekend,cardiac configuration,heart mass index,area of cadiocytes,concertrations of AngⅡin plasma and myocardium,expressions of TGF-?1、Smad3 and Smad7 proteins were measured respectively.Results The arterial pressure,wall thickness,heart mass index,area of cardiocytes and the expressions of TGF-?1,Smad3 proteins increased in SHRs but were attenuated after the treatment of benazepril or candesartan.After the combined treatment,the synergistic effect could be observed.The levels of cardiac tissue and plasma AngⅡwere reduced.The expressions of Smad 7 were up-regulated after the treatment of benazepril or candesartan,while they were stable after the combined use.Conclusion There is a synergistic effect of attenuating myocardial hypertrophy in SHRs by combined use of benazepril and candesartan.It may be related to the regulation of Ang Ⅱ,decreasing the expressions of TGF-?1 and Smad3.

Objective To set up the technology for adsorbing and separating total flavone in Sarcandra glabra with macroporous adsorption resin,11 types of macroporous adsorption resins were investigated.Methods The static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin;the dynamic adsorption and separation were used in studying the condition of adsorption and separation.The total flavone adsorption capacity,total flavone content,and total flavone recovery rate were used as the evaluation criteria.The UV spectrophotometric method was used in the determination of total flavone content.Results The results showed that among 11 types of macroporous adsorption resins,the HPD400 was the best for adsorbing and separating the total flavone in S.glabra in the following technological condition: the concentration of S.glabra sample extract was 10 mg/mL;the maximum adsorbing capacity for total flavone in S.glabra was 9.5 mg/mL;the current velocity was 2.5 mL/min;the eluting reagent was 70% ethanol(three times as the volume of the resin);and the HPD400 resin could be used three times,repeatedly.Conclusion It is a simple and efficient to separate the total flavone in S.glabra under the technological conditions,and a total flavone recovery rate is about 85%.

Objective To explore the relationship between the change of intestinal environment and pathogenesis of non alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Methods Forty two SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: model group( n =24), treatment group( n =12) and normal group( n =6). The rats of model group and treatment group were given fat rich diet, and those of normal group were given normal diet. Furthermore, the rats of treatment group were given lactulose after 8 weeks of fat rich diet feeding. Twelve rats of model group were sacrificed at 8 weeks of study. At 16 weeks, the rats of treatment group, normal group, and the rest of model group were sacrificed. The serum levels of aminotransferase were measured and the pathology of livers were observed by HE stain. Results The rats' livers presented the pathology of steatohepatitis with higher serum levels of ALT and AST in the 16 weeks model group. The serum levels of ALT and AST of treatment group decreased significantly and were close to normal group. The hepatic inflammation scores also decreased markedly (5.83?2.02 vs. 3.63?0.64), but were still higher (3.63?0.64 vs. 1.98 ?0.90) than those of 8 weeks model group. And the degree of hepatocyte steatosis did not change in the treatment group. Conclusions Lactulose could ameliorate the hepatic inflammation of rats with steatohepatitis induced by fat rich diet, but could not prevent the development of steatohepatitis. It suggested the change of intestinal environment, such as intestinal bacteria overgrowth, was one of important factors in the pathogenesis of NASH.

Aim To investigate the effect of irbesartan and spironolactone on expressions of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),P-p38MAPK proteins during vascular remodeling in renovascular hypertensive rats(RHR).Methods Renovascular hypertension was induced by two kidney one clip(2K1C)operation.8 weeks later,RHRs were given irbesartan or(and)spironolactone for 8 weeks.After 8 weekstreatment,the morphometric measurements were performed in the mesenteric arterioles.Concertration of carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen(PⅠCP)and N-terminal propeptide of type Ⅲ procollagen(PⅢNP)in blood serum was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method,and the media collagen area was assessed by collagne-specific Picro-sirius red staining with computerized video processing.Expressions of collagen type I,CTGF,P-p38MAPK proteins were detected using immunohistochemistry respectively.Results The arterial systolic pressure was attenuated significantly after the treatment of irbesartan,and this effect could not be enhanced by spironolactone.The media thickness over lumen ratio,media cross-sectional area over luminal area ratio of mesenteric arterioles,concertration of PⅠCP and PⅢNP,media collagen area,and expression of collagen typeⅠwere significantly increased in RHRs but ameliorated by irbesartan and spironolactone.Meanwhile,the expressions of CTGF,P-p38MAPK proteins were up-regulated in RHRs but blunted significantly after the treatment of irbesartan and spironolactone.The combined treatment had the synergic effects.Conclusions There is a synergistic effect of attenuating extracellular matrix(ECM)producing and amelioration of vascular remodeling(VR)by combined use of irbesartan and spironolactone.It maybe related to the expressions of CTGF and P-p38MAPK proteins down regulated by these two drugs.

Objective:To compare the effectiveness and safety of Dengzhanhuasu and Danshen Injection in the treatment of the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Meta-analysis, and to provide basis for their application in clinic.Methods:Computer search was performed using Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial,Ovid-medline,EMBASE,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM,and the literatures about the effectiveness and safety of Dengzhanhuasu and Dansheng Injection in the treatment of the patients with angina pectonis of coronary heart disease were obtained.According to the principle of selection and elimination, the literatures were selected, and the qualities of literatures were evaluated.The related data were extracted from the literatures.RevMan 5.3 software was used to extract the data for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 167 literatures were retrieved, and 8 randomlized-controlled studies were selected according to the selection criteria.The evaluation results of the effectiveness of angina pectoris according to symptom showed that χ2=2.62,df=7,P=0.92,Z=6.85 (P<0.000 01), 95%CI:2.73-6.10. The evaluation of the effectiveness of angina pectoris according to electrocardiogram,χ2=6.37,df=7,P=0.50,Z=6.37(P=0.000 01),95%CI:1.94-3.49.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences in the relief of symptoms and improvement of the electrocardiogram efficacy between Dengzhanhuasu and Danshen Injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dengzhanhuasu has better effectiveness in the treatment of the patients with unstable angina than Dansheng Injection and they have the same safety.
