Objective To probe into the anatomy and clinical application of the facial nerve canal surface by multislice spiral CT image curved planar reformation. Methods Fifty patients with facial nerve disease were selected as study group from January to November in 2010, 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group, using models of multislice spiral CT scan for the patient, scanning from the upper edge of the orbital under external auditory canal edge of the connection as a horizontal line, ranging from the lower edge of mastoid process to the petrous bone on the edge of the data obtained in the Wizard workstation reconstruction. All the measurements were more than two measurements of the average physician. Results Normal facial nerve canal in control group could be displayed clearly in an image, display rate was 100.00%(50/50), and the segment data could be accurately measured; axial reconstruction, reconstruction of coronal and sagittal reconstruction of the three comparison of measured direction, fan sections, horizontal and vertical segments of the length and diameter were not significantly different (P＞0.05), and the first and second bending angle of bending angle was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05 ). Compared with control group, the patients with vascular disease in study group showed significantly decreased rate, the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Curved planar reformation of multislice spiral CT diagnosis of facial nerve canal disease has great clinical significance, should be widely applied.

[Objective]To study the association between the polymorphisms in the promoter region of Osteopontin(OPN)with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related HCC.[Methods]A total of 225 cases diagnosed with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related HCC and 200 age-matched patients with HBV infection without HCC were collected. Three polymorphisms(-156delG/G,-443T/C and-616T/G)in the Osteopontin promoter were genotyped using direct sequencing.[Results]The frequency of-156delG/delG genotype in the HCC group was higher than that of in the control group (P = 0.003). There was a significantly increased frequency of the allele-156delG(P<0.001)in HCC patients. Logistic regression analysis was performed to show an increase HCC risk associated with the delG variant genotype(OR1.64;95%CI 1.25~2.16). There were no differences between the groups in the genotype distributions and allele frequencies of SNP-443T/C and-616T/G.[Conclusion]Our findings suggest that allele-156delG in the Osteopontin promoter may be a marker for risk of HCC with HBV infection in Chinese Han population.

Objective To explore the TCM pathogenesis regularity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD);To provide basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods A cross-sectional study was used. The clinical observation form of NAFLD was used to collect the patient data. Factor analysis and singular value decomposition methods were used to study the internal factors of the four diagnostic characteristics. The differences between the various analytical methods were compared. Results Factor analysis used the α factor analysis method, the principal component method, and the image factor method. The results of α-factor analysis were the best. The first three factors had the highest explanatory rates of data, namely spleen-dampness factor, kidney deficiency factor and qi deficiency factor, which constituted the basic pathogenesis factor of NAFLD. The singular value decomposition method obtained 3 singular values, namely spleen and kidney qi deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency, and qi and yin deficiency, also highlighted the spleen and kidney deficiency in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. Conclusion Spleen-kidney deficiency plays an important role in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. Treatment based on deficiency for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has great clinical significance.

Objective To survey the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with HBV-related cirrhosis receiving nucleos(t)ide analogues treatment and to assess its risk factors.Methods A total of 141 patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis receiving nucleos(t) ide therapy from April 2008 to June 2011 were enrolled.The clinical data including virological and biochemical tests were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to identify the risk factors of HCC occurrence.Results Patients were followed up for 6.4 to 87.6 months with a median followup time of 32.5 months.During the follow-up period,15 out of 141 patients developed HCC with an average annual incidence rate of 3.8％.HCC incidence was higher in HBeAg positive cirrhosis and in those with family history of liver cancer ( RR =4.524 and 3.858,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Patients with HBV-related cirrhosis have a high incidence rate of HCC even they recieve nucleos (t) ide analogues treatment.HBeAg positive cirrhosis and family history of liver cancer are independent risk factors for HCC.

Objective To explore the growing change of sizes of lateral cerebral ventricle in second-third trimester normal fetuses in MRI,to provide the normal reference for clinical monitoring.Methods MRI findings in 98 normal second-third trimester fetuses were retrospectively analyzed.The fetuses were divided into 6 groups according to gestational age (unit:week)including 18-21,22-25,26-29,30-33,34-37 and 38-40 weeks,respectively.The maximum transverse sizes of fetal atrium and occipital horns of lateral ventricle (cm)were measured.The SigmaStat statistical program was used for statistical analysis.Results The length of lateral ventricle atrium horn in 6 groups were 0.35 ± 0.03,0.33 ± 0.05,0.31 ± 0.04,0.30 ± 0.03,0.26 ± 0.05 and 0.25 ± 0.04,respectively,and the ventricle length of occipital horns were 0.91± 0.09,0.84 ± 0.09,0.84 ± 0.1 1,0.81 ± 0.13,0.80 ± 0.1 1 and 0.74 ± 0.13,respectively.The length of lateral ventricle atrium horn and ventricle occipital horns among some differ-ent groups showed significant differences (P <0.05).The length of fetal ventricle atrium and occipital horn were reduced gradually with gestational ages.Conclusion The ventricular length of atrium and occipital horn in second-third trimester normal fetuses reduce gradually with gestational ages.

Objective To investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and bilateral hip bony ankylosis. Methods 43 patients with ankylosing spondylitis and bilateral hip bony ankylosis were randomly divided into observation group (23 cases) and control group (20 cases) in accordance with the principle of informed consent, individually treated by total hip arthroplasty and conservative treatment, the effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the postoperative Harris hip score and the VAS pain score of patients were significantly better than the control group,the differences were all statistically significant between two groups( all P ＜ 0.05 ). Excellent rate of the two groups were 91.3% and 60.0% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( x2 = 4.328, P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty in treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and bilateral hip bony ankylosis has better clinical effect, and could improve the quality of life of patients, so it was worthy of clinical application.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between syndrome differentiation types and the objective indexes of fatty liver.MethodsA cross-sectional study was adopted. Clinical observation table of fatty liver for TCM diagnostic performance was used to collect the data of patients and cluster analysis was adopted for syndrome differentiation. The difference of the objective indexes among different syndromes was studied.ResultsFatty liver showed more severity in spleen Qi deficiency and dampness group compared with heart and liver yin deficiency group(χ2=8.218,P=0.041). Patients in the spleen and stomach Qi deficiency group had less smoking history(χ2=8.416,P=0.038). Patients in the spleen Qi deficiency and dampness group had higher AST, TP, ALP and WHR indexes and lower Alb.ConclusionsDifferences of objective indexes in different fatty liver syndromes can be used for enriching syndrome differentiation contents, and provide the basis for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of fatty liver.

Objective To explore the change of signal value in the fetal frontal lobe with gestational age in normal second-third trimester fetuses.Methods MRI findings of 125 normal second-third trimester fetuses were divided into 5 groups according to gesta-tional age (unit:week)including 1 7-21,22-26,27 -31,32 -36,37 -40,respectively.The signal values were measured in inferior frontal,middle and upper,respectively.Results The signal value of fetal frontal lobe in 5 groups were 387.38 ± 1 66.75,354.46 ± 1 74.78,342.24±141.23,338.90±1 10.94,310.23±1 18.62,respectively.The signal value was 341.77 ±149.22,35 1.00±145.1 6, 342.85±140.61 in inferior frontal,middle and upper,respectively.The signal value of frontal lobe was 350.34±147.68 in the left and 340.73±144.29 in the right.There were no significant statistical differences on fetal frontal lobe signal value in each group (P>0.05).But the signal value in the frontal lobe had a gradually decreasing trend with fetal age,along with the signal value in the central frontal was higher than the other two parts of the frontal lobe and the left is slightly higher than the right.Conclusion The signal values in frontal lobe of normal second-third trimester fetuses were gradually decreased as gestational age increasing,with the signal values in central frontal lobe was higher than that of in margin of frontal lobe,and the left side was slightly higher than the right.

Objective To observe the clinic effects of mirabilite- bag navel nursing in gastrointestinal dysfunction patients after surgery for colon cancer. Methods During Janurary 2013 to Janurary 2016, 80 hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery for colon cancer were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine nursing, the patients in the control group accepted traditional abdominal bandage nursing, patients in the observation group accepted mirabilite-bag navel nursing. Time to recovery of bowel sound and anal exhaust within 72 hours after surgery, main symptoms within 14 days after surgery such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention, loss of appetite and inflammatory marker C-react protein were observed. Results Within 72 hours after surgery: time to recovery of bowel sound and anal exhaust in the observation group were (26.2±3.3) h and (39.1±8.6) h, respectively, they were significantly shorter than the control group (35.6±6.7) h and ( 65.7±10.9) h, respectively (t=9.42, 11.67, P＜0.01). And there was a higher total effective rate of 90.0% (36/40) in the observation group compared with the total effective rate of 52.5% (21/40) in the control group (χ2=12.14, P＜0.01).Within 14 days after surgery: the total effective rats of improving main symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention and loss of appetite in the observation group were 90.0%(36/40), 95.0%(38/40), 90.0%(36/40), respectively, all of which were superior to those of the control group, 52.5% (21/40), 40.0% (16/40), 50.0% (20/40), respectively, χ2=12.14, 16.82, 12.75, P＜0.01). Under the nursing interventions, patients′ CRP level in both group were lessened, in the observation group, from (76.91 ± 7.23) mg/L before the intervention to (19.73±5.68)mg/L after the intervention (t=28.43, P<0.05); in the control group, from (77.12±8.09) mg/L before the intervention to (60.33 ± 6.21) mg/L after the intervention (t=6.79, P<0.05). The difference between the two groups also showed statistical significance (t=23.085, P<0.05). Conclusion Mirabilite-bag navel nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, lessen inflammatory reaction, improve the main symptoms in patients after surgery of colon cancer.
