Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(7):605-608
[Objective]Discussing the clinical experiences in children long-term fever diseases case with warm therapy.[Methods]Collecting, organizing and analyzing the cases on children long-term fever diseases with warm therapy in our department.By analyzing the Renshen Baidu San case,Guizhi Tang case,Guizhi Reushen Tang case,Fuzi Lizhong tang case,Sinitang case,to expound thoughts of diagnosising and syndrome differentiation in treating children long-term fever diseases with warm therapy.[Results]For the five cases which were caused by suffering cold-evil or who were yang-deficiency,such as deficient person contracted by external cold,wind-stroke syndrome of Taiyang channel,Taiyang-Taiyin combination disease,Taiyin-Shaoyin combination disease,Shaoyin syndrome, using relieving methods such as superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs, tonifying and strengthening the body qi,sweating and releasing the exterior, regulating ying and wei, warming the middle and relieving exterior syndrome, warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney, and restoring yang to rescue from counter flow, and prescribe the prescription such as BaiDuSan,Guizhitang,GuiZhi RenShen Tang,FuZi LiZhongTang,SiNi Tang, often obtain a better curative effect.[Conclusion]Applying the thoughts of the six-meridian syndrome-differentiation,using the warm-methods to treat children long-term fever caused by cold syndrome, acquired a good effect, deserving promotion in clinic in further.
2.Proved Case Records by Using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the Treatise of Cold-Induced Disorders to Treat Paedi- atric Diseases
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(12):990-992
[Objective]Discussing the experiences on using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the Treatise of Cold-Induced Disorders to treat paediatric diseases.[Methods]Selecting 4 paediatric cases that are all using Guizhi added Dahuang Tang to treat concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin which causing fever, eczema, constipation, abdominal pain,to discuss the train of thoughts in using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the clinic.[Results] Using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang in the Treatise of Cold-Induced Disorders with a flexible addition and subtraction can treat all kinds of paediatric diseases such as concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin. The 4 cases proved in this article all used the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang to treat paediatric exogenous high fever, eczema, constipation, abdominal pain, etc,on the basis of syndrome differentiation, using the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang ,or Xiaojianzhong Decoction plus Dahuang, with the addition and subtraction,to treat various of paediatric diseases caused by concurrent disease of Taiyang and Yangming Channels, concurrent disease of Taiyin and Yangming Channels, interior excess pattern of Taiyin ,and all obtained good effects. [Conclusion] Under the guidance of the six meridians syndrome differentiation, with the addition and subtraction of the Modification of Guizhi Decoction plus Dahuang, expand the scope of the application of classical prescription, and enhance the clinical effects.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2018;42(2):114-117
[Objective]To explore the experiences of professor ZHENG Qizhong to use classical prescription treating the cold-heat complex pediatric diseases.[Method]By following professor ZHENG Qizhong, gathering the cases that are all treated by professor ZHENG Qizhong to treat pneumonia asthma case using Xiao Qinglong Decoction plus Shigao, abdominal pain and diarrhoea cases using Banxia Xiexin Decoction, diarrhoea and pertussis cases using Wumei pill, pneumonia asthma accompanied by diarrhea case using Mahuang Shengma decoction, analysing the mechanism of the upper prescription and the clinical experiences of treating cold -heat complex paediatric diseases. [Results] Cold -heat complex paediatric diseases are very common in paediatric acute or chronic diseases, professor ZHENG Qizhong has an original idea and in -depth study of classical prescription, and using them flexibly to treat various paediatric diseases such as pneumonia asthma, abdominal pain, diarrhea, pertussis, etc, and always acquires good results. [Conclusion]The clinical experiences of ZHENG Qizhong using the classical prescription to treat Cold-heat Complex Paediatric Diseases is effective and has the value to study, popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the effect of soluble Tie2 fusion protein(sTie2/Fc)on the angiogenesis of peritoneal vessels in uremic peritoneal dialysis (PD) rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal rats as control group (group1),rats with sham operation (group2),uremic rats without PD (group3),uremic rats dialyzed with 4:25% PD solution (group4),uremic rats dialyzed with 4.25% PD solution and treated by subcutaneous injection of 2.5 μg/kg sTie2/Fc (group5),uremic rats dialyzed with 4.25% PD solution and treated by subcutaneous injection of 5.0 μg/kg sTie2/Fc (group6).sTie2/Fc was given every other day during peritoneal dialysis period, total 14 doses. After regular PD for 28 days,RT-PCR and tissue immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of Angpt-2 in peritoneal tissues in each group of rats.Microvessel density (MVD) of peritoneum was detected and quantified with immunohistochemical staining by using anti-CD34 antibody. Results The expression of Angpt-2 mRNA and protein was found in each group. There was no significant difference of.Angpt-2 expression both in mRNA and protein level between group1 and group2.Compared with group1,the mRNA and protein expression of Angpt-2 were significantly increased in group3 and group4 (all P<0.05).Compared with group3,the mRNA and protein expression of Angpt-2 were significantly increased in group4 (all P<0.05).Compared with group 4,the mRNA and protein expression of Angpt-2 were significantly decreased in group5 and group6 (all P<0.05).Compared with group5,the mRNA and protein expression of Angpt-2 were significantly decreased in group6 (all P<0.05).Only few new microvessel was found in group1 and group2.Compared with group1,MVD was significantly up-regulated in group3 and group4 (all P<0.05).Compared with group4,MVD was significantly down-regulated in group5 and group6 (all P<0.05).Conclusions Peritoneum neoangiogensis can be effectively inhibited by sTie2/Fc in uremic rat treated with PD.Blocking of signal transduction may be involved in the mechanism of sTie2/Fc inhibiting peritoneal angiogenesis.
