Objective To explore the application value of the special electromagnetic(TDP) acupoint irradiation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type.Methods According to the digital table,43 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type were randomly divided into the control group (17 cases) and the observation group(26 cases).The control group was given the anti-infective symptomatic and supportive as well as traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral treatment,and the observation group was given TDP acupoint irradiation(Dazhuixue,lefi and right Dingchuanxue) on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 5 to 10 days.The efficacy,symptom score,duration of hospitalization,medical costs and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.5 ％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.5％)(x2 =4.54,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P ＜ 0.05).But the difference of medical expenses between the two groups was not statistically significant(P ＜0.05).The two groups showed no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Application of TDP acupoint irradiation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease of Hantanzufei type can improve the efficacy,and it has the value of clinical promotion.

The experimental hepatic necrosis induced by D-galactosamine was treated by ATP and ATP-MgCl2, respectively.The results showed that the degree of hepatic necrosis in the ATP-MgCl2 group was milder than that in the control group and ATP group.It is suggested that ATP-MgCl2 could reduce the hepatic jnjury and accelerate the regeneration of the hepatic cells in the experimental hepatic injury.

OBJECTIVE: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of rosiglitazone in compound rosiglitazone metformin tablet.METHODS: HPLC was performed on a Phenomenex Ods3-C18 column using 0.38% ammonium acetate-acetonitrile(50∶50) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 247 nm and the sample size was 20 ?L.RESULTS: The standard curve of rosiglitazone was linear in the range of 20.40～183.60 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9);The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD=0.82%(n=5).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for the determination of rosiglitazone in compound rosiglitazone metformin tablet.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the assaying of metformin in compound rosiglitazone metformin tablet.METHODS:The determination was performed at a wavelength of 233 nm.The absorbability was detected with metformin as control and its content was computed.RESULTS:The linear range of metformin was 1.242～11.18 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) and its average recovery was 100.04%(RSD=0.22%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of compound rosiglitazone metformin tablet.

ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics of S gene varivants of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection with coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb.MethodsHBV DNA S gene regions were amplified and sequenced in 26 HBsAg-positive/HBsAb-positive patients (test group) and the newly diagnosed 39 HBsAg-positive/HBsAb-negative patients (control group).The sequencing results and amino acid variants of this region were analyzed.ResultsThe amino acid variants were significantly more frequent in test group than in control group among the complete S gene region (P＜0.05).In addition,a significantly bigher amino acid variants arose in patients group versus control group in HBsAg major hydrophilic region (MHR),especially the first loop area of a-determinant (6.69％ vs 0.89％,P＜0.05).ConclusionThe coexistence of HBsAg and HBsAb in patients with chronic HBV infected might be related to the emergence of S gene variants in and around HBsAg a-determinant especially in the first loop area.

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Qufengqingre method in treatment of the patients with cough after cold.Methods74 patients with cough after cold were selected and randomly divided into the control group(36 cases) and the observation group (38 cases ).The control group was given roxithromycin (150 mg every time,two times every day),ketotifen( 1 mg every time,one time every night),pentoxyverine citrate(50mg every time,3 times every day).The observation group was given Qufengqingre decoction,and the decoction was boiled in water twice per dose,and mixed juice about 300 ml was abtained for morning and evening oralling.The efficacy,symptoms score and adverse reactions were observed.ResultsIn the control group,7 patients were cured,effective in 21 cases,invalid in 8 cases,and in the observation group,17 cases were cured,effective in 18 cases,invalid in 3 cases.The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.1％ higher than 77.8 ％ of the control group ( x2 =4.16,P ＜ 0.05 ).The cough and sputum score of the two groups before treatment was ( 2.18 ± 0.73 ) points and ( 1.09 ± 0.27 ) points,(2.26 ± 0.65 ) points and ( 1.12 ± 0.23 ) points,respectively,and after treatment was ( 1.11 ± 0.37 ) points and (0.65 ± 0.16) points,(0.72 ± 0.19 ) points and (0.35 ± 0.08 ) points.Differences in scores between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(t =1.29,1.31,all P ＞ 0.05 ) ; In the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant( t =2.68,2.59,2.43,2.41,all P ＜ 0.05 ) ; After treatment the difference between the two groups were statistically significant( t =2.53,2.37,all P ＜ 0.05 ).Both groups had no obviously adverse reactions.ConclusionQufengqingre method in treatment of the patients with cough after cold had remarkable effect.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions induced by antiviral drugs. METHODS: 52 literatures on the antiviral drugs-induced ADR were retrieved from VIP database and CNKI from 1999 to 2009. 523 cases in literatures were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: 82.79% of ADR cases were induced by via intravenous drip administration. Various clinical manifestation of ADR cases mainly appeared as allergic reactions, injury of digestive,circulatory system and urinary system,etc. 73 ADR cases were induced by acyclovir mainly appeared as injury of urinary system. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to rational use of drugs and antiviral drugs-induced ADR, especially allergic shock.

Objective To investigate the effect of fluvastatin and butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the dynamic effect on serum C reaction protein.Methods 80 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.All ACI patients were given conventional treatment,the control group was given fluvastatin,the observation group based on this to use butylphthalide soft capsule.The NIHSS score,ADL score,blood rheology indexes and CRP levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment,and evaluated clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%(37/40),the control group was 70%(28/40),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The NIHSS score of observation group at 7 d and 14 d of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),the ADL score of observation group at the 30,90 d of treatment were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05 ).The hematocrit,fibrinogen in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05 ). The CRP of ACI patients in two groups were decreased after treatment,and at the third day significantly lower than those before treatment in the observation group (P<0.05 ),while the control group had significant difference at the seventh day after treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.05).Comparing two groups,the CRP levels of observation group at 3,7,14 d of treatment were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared the single use of fluvastatin,combination of atorvastatin and butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the blood rheology,faster the recovery of neural function and CRP decrease quickly,and with higher efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.

Minimally invasive ablation is one of the most effective therapy methods for liver tumor. Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, Second Military Medical University is responsible for the training of refresher physicians in liver tumor minimally invasive ablation. However, due to the different professional background of the refresher physician, the conventional teaching method is not enough. Through the train-ing of clinical thinking, image reading ability, ultrasound guide operation and the management of intraop-erative and postoperative complications in many aspects targeted teaching, reaching the purpose of training, increasing the experience of popularities of minimally invasive ablation technology, and providing a reference basis for future refresher physician teaching in liver tumor minimally invasive ablation.
