Objective To compare the efficacy of different dose esomeprazole-based triplen therapies for Helicobacter pylori (Hp)eradication. Methods Two hundred and forty Hp-infected patients were randomly assigned to undergo high-dose (40 mg) or low-dose (20 mg) esomeprasole combined with clarithromycin (500 mg) and amoxicillin (1g) twice a day for one week. Hp eradication test was performed at 4 weeks after the end of treatment to evaluate the response to therapy. Results One hundred and fourteen patients were followed up in high-dose patients, and 104 were Hp eradication. One hundred and thirteen patients were followed up in low-dose patients, and 101 were Hp eradication. There was no significant difference in eradication rate of intention-to treat analysis and per protocol analysis between high-dose and low-dose patients [86.7%(104/120) vs 84.2% (101/120) and 91.2% (104/114) vs 89.4% (101/113), P>0.05]. There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse effect between high-dose and low-dose patients (8.3%(10/120)vs 6.7%(8/120), P>0.05). Conclusion It demonstrates that low-dose esomeprazole-based triple therapy has a similar Hp eradication rate compared with high-dose esomeprazole-based therapy in China.

Objective:To dynamically describe the drug concentration change in different time in vivo to understand the in vivo be-havior patterns and rules of drugs, provide reference for performing individual treatment and avoiding adverse drug reactions and lay foundation for dynamic description of physiological pharmacokinetic model. Methods:A two-compartment model was established using Simulink dynamic simulation and used in curve fitting and parameter estimation. The results from the model were compared with those from 3P97 software. Results:There was no significant difference between the results from the dynamic model and those from 3P97 soft-ware. Conclusion:The dynamic model can be used to dynamically simulate two-compartment model for oral administration. The re-sults from the dynamic simulation are more direct, and can correct the fitting error in 3P97 software.

To observe the clinical effect of compound Yimucao oral liquid on postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods:A to-tal of 200 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea were randomly divided into the observation group ( 100 cases ) and the control group (100 cases). The patients in the observation group received 20ml compound Yimucao oral liquid three times a day for seven days, while those in the control group were given 15g Yimucao granules three times a day for seven days. After the treatment, the duration, amount, color and quality of lochia, lower abdominal pain, uterine involution and the status of postpartum infection in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation (94. 0%) was higher than that in the control group(84. 0%). Compared with that in the control group, less average hemostasis time, better situation of abdominal pain, uterine involution and lower postpartum infection rate in the observation group were observed after the treatment(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compound Yimucao oral liquid can promote the uterine involution. It’ s effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum lochirrhea.

Objective To explore the clinical trait and relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in Uygurs women with breast cancer of Xinjiang. Methods The clinicopathological data of 74 cases with breast cancer of Uygurs women were analyzed, multivariate analysis was done by COX proportional hazard model. Results 74 cases have followed up: there-year and five-year survival rates were 75.00 %(48/64) and 43.50 %(20/46)respectively. Multivariable COX regression revealed that patient age, menstruation, status of involved lymph node, TNM and the expression of PR were five important and independent prognostic factors for breast cancer of Uygurs women, the hazard rations of these factors were 0.037, 0.103, 13.851, 18.877, and 0.046, respectively. Conclusions The proportion of breast cancer of Uygurs women was low in patient of Xinjiang, but patient age was young, age of onset were more than half between 36 and 50 years old and mainly belong to Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage of TNM, prognosis was poorly. Patient age, menstruation, status of involved lymph node, TNM and the expression of PR serve as independent prognostic indexes of breast cancer of Uygurs women. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important to improve the survival rate of breast cancer patients

OBJECTIVE To study and develop an effervescent disinfection tablet with low chlorine smell.METHODS The specially tiny smashing technology and the high molecular complexon technology were applied to make the tablet after mixing the complex organic chlorine powder made by a special technoloy with the effervescent agent.RESULTS No chlorine was detected by examining the disinfection solution with 4000 mg/L available chlorine,but it was 0.997 mg/m3 for the symclosene(trichloroisocyanuric acid) disinfection tablet.The sterilization,toxicology,sanitary examination,etc all met the disinfectant standards made by the Ministry of Health.CONCLUSIONS "Aiershi" brand disinfection tablet is one kind of disinfectants with low chlorine smell.Its compound disinfection fluid,is without chlorine smell nearly.It is unharmful to the human body and the environment.And it highly praises by thousand hospitals using it for more than two years.It has been one of items of scientific and technological achievement of Shanghai municipal government.The use of low chlorine disinfection tablet could be expanded.

Objective To investigate the expression of hMLH_1 in gastric cancer and its significance,Methods The expressions of hMLH_1 protein and mRNA were detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 68 cases of gastric cancer tissues,33 cases of para-cancer tissues and(35 cases) of normal gastric tissues.Apoptosis was assayed by terminal deoxytransferase mediated dUTP nicked labeling.Results The positive expression rates of hMLH_1 mRNA were 63.3%(43/68),100%(33/33) and 100%(35/35),and those of protein were 61.8%(42/68),93.9%(31/33),100%(35/35),respectively,in gastric cancer tissues,para-cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues.There was a correlation between the expression of hMLH_1 and clinical grade of gastric cancer(r=0.531,P

ObjectiveTo examine the effects of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) techniques on lower limb motor function of strokes and its mechanism.MethodsWe used simple random sampling and cross-section survey design. PNF Contract Relax Agonist Contract(PNF-CRAC) techniques were applied to 44 stroke patients. Surface electromyography values(sEMG) was recorded from rectus femoris and hamstring of stroke patients with both low limbs. ResultsPNF-CRAC techniques not only caused the irradiation of muscles activities in the contralateral extremity during unilateral exercise, but also increased agonist EMG activities and the motor control of knee joint in strokes.ConclusionPNF-CRAC techniques can improve the knee stability and enhance the recovery of motor function in paretic lower limb.

Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed closed negative pressure drainage combined with sponge dressings on refractory wounds.Methods Sixty patients with phase III-IV pressure ulcers were randomly divided into experiment group and control group in equal number.The self-designed closed negative pressure drainage combined with sponge dressing was applied in the experiment group and in the control group the conventional dressings were used.The two groups were compared in terms of hyperplasia of fresh granulation tissue,time for filling the defect and the healing time and the medical expense.Results Compared to the control group,the time for hyperplasia of fresh granulation tissue,the time for filling the defect and the healing time in the experiment group were all significantly shorter,and the medical expense of the experiment group was significantly less(all P<0.01). Conclusion The self-designed closed negative pressure drainage combined with sponge dressings in the treatment of phase III-IV refractory pressure ulcers may effectively shorten the healing time,improve the curative effects and reduce the economic burden of patients.

Objective To study the effect of compound Minwei syrup on serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods 189 patients with chronic urticaria were enrolled as the observation group,60 cases of non-allergic diseases were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated by compound Minwei syrup for average 7 days.Serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γbefore and after treatment were detected.Results After treatment,in the observation group 123 cases recovered,34 cases had marked effect,effective in 23 cases,9 cases without effect,the total effective rate was 95.2％.Serum IL-4 in the observation group before treament was significantly higher than the control group(t =3.729,P ＜ 0.01),IFN-γwas significantly lower than the control group(t =3.064,P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,serum IL-4 in the observation group was significantly lower than before treatment (t =2.778,P ＜ 0.05),1FN-γwas significantly higher than the control group (t =2.467,P ＜ 0.05).Mild drowsiness and sleepiness appeared in 2 patients in the observation group,symptoms disappeared after drug withdrawal.Conclusion Minwei syrup can significantly improve IL-4 and IFN-γ balance in patients with chronic urticaria.

Objective:To explore the quality of inventory samples of a biobank stored in a deep freezer from 0 to over 10 years in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital. Methods:We extracted 24 pairs of stocked gastric cancer samples between 2003 and 2014. We used 1%aga-rose gel electrophoresis to analyze DNA and RNA purity and integrity while adding the RNA integrity number (RIN) for precise analysis. Bicinchonininc acid (BCA) assay was used for protein concentration evaluation. Coomassie brilliant blue method was used for protein integrity assay. Results: The samples were divided into four groups according to cryopreservation period (<2 years, 3-5 years, 6-8 years, and>9 years). No significant difference in DNA integrity was found between the groups (P>0.05);however, DNA degradation in normal gastric mucosa was faster than that in gastric cancer tissue (P=0.023). The RIN significantly declined when the storage period was 6 years or longer (P=0.018). No significant difference in protein concentration was observed between different groups. Using Coo-massie brilliant blue method, we found significant differences in preserved proteins with different molecular weights. Proteins with varying molecular weights were detected in the groups with the following cryopreservation periods:>9 years, a small number of low-molecular-weight (average 36.5 KD) proteins;6-8 years, medium-molecular-weight (average 65.63KD) proteins;3-5 years, high-molecu-lar-weight (average 127.5 KD) proteins;<2 years, high-molecular-weight (average 160 KD) proteins. Conclusion:Cryopreservation does not exert an obvious effect on DNA. If the cryopreservation period is more than 5 years, serious degradation of RNA should occur;like-wise, degradation of proteins with higher molecular weight should occur.
