OBJECTIVE: To discuss the responsibility transformation of pharmacists and its necessity.METHODS: The process of transformation in fundamental responsibility of pharmacists were reviewed; the current situation in the development of pharmacist group was presented, and the necessity to transform the responsibility of pharmacists was analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION: It is the contemporary demand to transform the responsibility of pharmacists in China.Training of pharmacy talents and the development in the field of pharmacy, construction of information system, the development and utilization of information, scientific research, the development and utilization of new technology and method, as well as the strengthened management of drug distribution chain, and the establishment of Pharmacist Law can all help to achieve a full range of pharmaceutical care.
3.Roles of TGF-?_1 and singal protein SMADs in rat myocardial hypertrophy

AIM: To investigate the role of SMADs singal pathway in rat myocardial hypertrophy. METHODS: The rat model of myocardial hypertrophy was produced by constriction of the abdominal aorta. The wet left vertricular/body weight ratio (LVMI) was measured. The expression of TGF-beta l and Smad 2, 3, 7 mRNA were assessed by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The LVMI and the expression of TGF-beta l and Smad 2, 3, 7 mRNA in cardiomyothy were increased in 3 day after the operation and continued at last 4 weeks. The peak expression of TGF-beta l and Smad 2, 3, 7 mRNA was in 2 weeks after operation. The expression of Smad 7 was increased in 3 days after operation, but the peak was in 1 week after operation, then decreased. CONCLUSION: The signal protein Smad 2, 3, 7 are involved in the progress of rat myocardial hypertrophy produced by constriction of abdominal aorta. [

Objective To evaluate the correlation of intrahepatic HBV DNA load with the HBV load in serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)and the stage of fibrosis,grade of inflammation,level of serum ALT and AST.Methods Liver specimens were taken from 50 patients by percutaneous needle biopsy and divided into two parts:one was processed for histological examination,and the other was used for molecular biology analyses.HBV DNA load was measured with fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).The data of serum level of ALT and AST were collected.Results A high correlation between intrahepatic HBV-DNA load and serum virus load was found(r=0.77977,P

The classification of lung tumor with the help of computer-aided diagnosis system is very important for the early diagnosis and treatment of malignant lung tumors. At present, the main research direction of lung tumor classification is the model fusion technology based on deep learning, which classifies the multiple fusion data of lung tumor with the help of radiomics. This paper summarizes the commonly used research algorithms for lung tumor classification, introduces concepts and technologies of machine learning, radiomics, deep learning and multiple data fusion, points out the existing problems and difficulties in the field of lung tumor classification, and looks forward to the development prospect and future research direction of lung tumor classification.
6.Compartive Analysis on CT Diagnosis and Surgical Finding of LDH

Objective To improve the level of CT in diagnosing LDH and to provide the proof for selecting method of clinical treatment in lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods 218 cases of LDH showed by CT and operative exploration were analysed retrospectively.Results The accurate rats of CT diagnosis of LDH were 95.4%. According to CT findings it may be divided into 5 types: Ⅰ was central type, Ⅱ was postero-lateral type, Ⅲ was forminal type, Ⅳ was extreme lateral type, was nucleus pulposus type. Conclusion CT plays an important role in diagnosis and selecting methods of clinical treatment of LDH; It is signficance to enhance the accurate rats of CT diagnosis and the effect of treatment by distinguish nucleus pulposus and fibrous scar tissue from CT finding of LDH.
7.WWOX gene expression and aberrant CpG island hypermethylation of WWOX gene in breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the expression of WWOX gene in breast cancer and its relation to hypermethylation of WWOX gene CpG island. Methods The expression of WWOX protein was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining in breast cancer cell line and breast cancer tissues.Methylation specific PCR(MSP)was used to check whether it Was methylated in the promoter and exon 1 of WWOX.Results Deletion in the WWOX expression was observed more frequently in invasive breast tumors,(32.2%)than normal breasttissues(5.4%)(P<0.01).20.3% of premenopause eases were completely negative for WWOX expression compared to 57.2% of postmenopause breast carcinomas(P<0.01).Furthermore,23.1% of Stage Ⅰ(6/26),28.6%of Stage Ⅱ(10/35),46.2%of Stage Ⅲ(12/26)tunlors showed negative WWOX protein expression.In breast cancer specimens.methylation rate of promoter and exon 1 CpG island of WWOX gene was 55%and 45%respectively.Whereas.WWOX CpG islands of normal mammary tissues were completely unmethylated in all cases.CpG islands of WWOX promoter and exon 1 were methylated in MDA-MB-231 cell line but not MCF-7 cell.Conclusions Some deletion in WWOX expression is common in breast cancer and methylation of WWOX DNA CpG islands plays a crucial role in the silence of WWOX.WWOX may play a role in the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer.
8.A Comparison Study of Combined Medication of Telmisartan with Amlodipine on the Reversal Left Ventricular Remodeling in Renal Hypertensive Rats

Objective To compare the effects of telmisartan and (or) amlodipine on the reversal left ventricular re-modeling in two-kidney one clip hypertensive rats. Methods A total of 50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=10):two-kidney one clip renal hypertensive (2KIC) model group, sham group, telmisartan (10 mg/kg) group, am-lodipine (2.5 mg/kg) group and telmisartan (10 mg/kg)+amlodipine(2.5 mg/kg) group. The model of two-kidney one clip re-nal hypertensive rats was established. The tail arterial blood pressure was detected once a week. After 20 weeks, rats were sacrificed and specimens were collected. The left ventricular mass index (LVMI) was assessed. The myocardial ultrastructur-al changes were observed by electron microscope. Values of plasma renin activity (PRA), angiotensionⅡ(AngⅡ) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Compared with sham group, the levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP), LVMI, PRA, AngⅡand ANP were significantly higher in 2KIC group (P<0.01). Compared with 2KIC group, values of SBP, LVMI, PRA and ANP were significantly lower in telmisartan group and am-lodipine group (P<0.01), but the value of AngⅡwas significantly higher (P<0.01). The levels of SBP, LVMI, AngⅡand ANP were significantly lower in combined medication group than those of single drug medication group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the plasma PRA level between those groups (P>0.05). Results of myocardial electron microsco-py showed that the left ventricular remodeling was significantly improved in combined treatment group. Conclusion Telmisartan and amlodipine can effectively improve the left ventricular remodeling induced by hypertension. There was more effective therapy using both medications together.
9.Effect of Pneumatically Ballistic Extracorporeal Shockwave on Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pneumatically ballistic extracorporeal shockwave on chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods 66 cases with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n=33) and control group (n=33). There were 1 case drop-out in the treatment group and 2 in the control group. The treatment group accepted pneumatically ballistic extracorporeal shockwave, and the control group accepted hot magnet for 2 weeks. They were assessed with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Finger-floor Distance (FFD) before and after treatment. Results The scores of VAS and FFD improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and the difference before and after treatment were more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The pneumatically ballistic extracorporeal shockwave is more effective on chronic nonspecific low back pain than hot magnet.
10. Analysis of the incidence and age characteristics of upper gastrointestinal cancer among 2003-2012 in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer, Cixian County, in Hebei Province

Objective:
To investigate the overall incidence and age distribution of upper digestive tract cancer in Cixian county, and to provide a reliable basis of prevention and treatment for upper gastrointestinal cancer.
Methods:
Collected annual incidence rate among 2003-2012 from Cixian cancer registry and abstracted all incidence rate of upper digestive tract cancer. The age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population (ASR China) was calculated using the national population composition of 2000. The age-standardized incidence rate by world standard population (ASR world) was calculated using the world population composition of 1964 of Segi's. The annual average change (APC) was used to estimate the growth rate of the last two years in comparision with the first two years, which was calculated by Joinpoint regression model. The data was divided into two sections (from 2003 to 2007, and from 2008 to 2012), and the rate difference of different age group was calculated.
Results:
The crude incidence rate of the digestive tract cancer from 2003 to 2012 was 165.36/100 000 (10 309/6 234 346), which dropped from 170.75/10 100 000 (1 029/602 638) of 2003 to 146.02/100 000 of 2012 (936/640 991).The PC and APC of the crude incidence rate of upper gastrointestinal cancer were-12.96%, and-1.54% (95%
